My girls loved visiting Bills shop. He was so patient with all their questions and they loved trying out the typewriters and seeing the really old ones. We have had our little Smith and Corona for few months now and we all love to write letters on it.

Bill is the best in the business. I purchased my first typewriter from him over 5 years ago. Since then, I have collected 50+ typewriters and my first one is still in perfect condition and one of my favorites! I do not trust anyone but Bill with my typewriters. He is knowledgeable, honest, and reasonably priced. On numerous occasions he has been able to fix my typewriters during the consultation and has given great advice on whether it is worth it to even service a machine. His honesty and thoroughness puts him above the rest. Highly recommend!

Mesa Typewriter Exchange is great. I had never owned or used a typewriter until a month ago when my friend found one at a garage sale and gave it to me. I took it into Mesa Typewriter Exchange to see what needed fixed to restore the machine to proper working condition. Bill was fantastic--he checked out the machine, adjusted the tabular settings and carriage, which was freely shifting, explained various parts and settings, and described the unique features of my particular machine. He was incredibely knowledgeable, friendly, and passionate. The machine was perfectly fine to use after Bill made some minor adjustments; it just needed a fresh ribbon, which Bill showed me how to replace in the machine. In the end, I was only charged for the ribbon, despite the labor, and I was informed that I could find typewriter ribbon at Staples or Office Depot as well. Of course, that doesnt matter because I will return to Mesa Typewriter Exchange for all future typewriter needs. Thanks for all of the help, Bill.
