These guys are great, we went there not knowing what to expect, but they took care of us. They honored the warranty on their battery and installed a replacement battery for us free of charge. No hassle, we were out of there in like 15-20 mins. I highly recommend them!

Worst business I have ever been to in my life, they do not honor your warranty. Came here because a friend recommended but I highly advise everyone against this location. I will always let people know to avoid interstate at all cost. My battery got damaged on the outside after 1 month and all they offered was for me to buy another one from them. Even the OReilly guy gave me a discount when he heard what happened! Lost what would have been a lifetime customer....

I absolutely love coming here for battery services. They do a great job with testing, installing and at a fair price last time I was there. They have a great warranty that cant be best and its been hassle free for me here seeing as its direct not a distributor. They have lots of little accessories too battery testing supplies, holders, smaller batteries common and uncommon, flash lights/lanterns, battery boxes, chargers both solar/plug in type, wire, connectors/supplies, the employees are great, very helpful knowledgeable and friendly. They even have loaner batteries available most of the time if testing is needed tho quantity is limited so its no guarantee they can have one every time. They make you feel good about being a customer here and I hate to got anywhere else or have any other battery in my vehicles.

Stopped in last night to get a battery for my son’s car. The staff was very helpful. I trust interstate batteries as they have performed well for our family over the past couple decades. Richard was very helpful in making sure we got the correct battery for the car, as there are 2 different battery sizes listed in the reference guides.

Took a dead 4 month old interstate battery to them. They stated that the battery was only thru Bass Pro Shops. They had an upgrade they would replace it with and alI I would have to pay the difference. I paid $ 139.65 total for upgraded difference. I got home and looked up the price on the new battery and its $130.00ish on many different websites. So good for paying the difference only.

Came in for a car battery for an older vehicle that we were selling. Got a used one for $40 and it works perfectly. Good selection of both new and used car batteries; even household batteries (plus rechargeable ones). Also have some cool flashlights!

Very friendly staff. I needed a battery and got a great battery for my car at a competitive price. It was $10 to install it which is pretty cheap. I was in and out in no time. Yes I would recommend this place.

Josh gave me a quote over the phone for a replacement of my cars battery. When I got there he took care of me immediately, testing my old battery and then replaced it. Fast and courteous, decent price - Ill be back.

I called and spoke with Richard at the Mesa, Az All Battery Store. He was very helpful on the phone, he was able to look my vehicle up quickly and found the correct Interstate battery for it. I will be going in to purchase my battery tomorrow morning and will let Richard know I am happy with my phone conversation with him. Interstate batteries is known for their excellent service and warranty. A little pricey but worth the few extra dollars, especially in the Arizona summer heat.

I was a little surprised the battery failed after only 16 months, but this hot Arizona weather is really hard on batteries. It was only a minor annoyance to jump the battery and head to Interstate. They looked up my information in the system, checked the battery, found a bad cell, and put in a new battery. It was ready before I had a chance to look at the other products in the showroom. And, of course, at no cost. This is my third trip to the shop, and everyone is always cheerful and friendly. They take time to explain details of the repair and how best to maintain the battery. Interstate is my new go-to place for batteries. Check out the other things they sell. On my first visit, I bought a solar-charged flashlight which works great.

Im sure the batteries are fine, but the customer service that we experienced was deplorable. At first we were very excited and grateful when we called and they were closing in five minutes, and the person answering said he would wait 10 minutes after so we could get there and buy a car battery that we needed today.Extremely disappointed to arrive there at exactly 11 minutes after the hour, with no one in sight. I would much have preferred that the person answering the phone had said, no, I will not wait so that we did not go out of our way only to find no one there.

Believe it or not I go there to get odd size batteries like watch batteries security light batterys not the normal stuff like car batteries in flashlight batteries

The people were polite and service was fast but they charge for a battery installation.....the one in Peoria Illinois doesnt.

My interstates are junk. It took over an hour to reach their service center to warranty them, they told me to just trickle charge them and everything would be fine. Would not warranty them, because there was nothing wrong according to their manager. I trickle charged them for 3 days per their instructions and connected to nothing, they died in a few hours. Walmart batteries work no problem. Interstate isnt what they use to be.

I had a really good experience here, everyone was very knowledgeable and the guy at the counter was able to help be figure out exactly the right model of battery for my cars, since there are 5 different versions possible for my car, but only one fit! They installed a fresh battery and cleaned the terminals and I was on my way quickly.

Got a new battery 2 yrs ago- has a 4 yr warranty. Went in to get it checked.

First I purchased a PREMIUM battery from interstate thinking it would last a little longer than autozone ones that die about every 2 years. No trouble but I needed it installed there as I stopped on my way home from work where I had to get a jump. They wanted to charge me $10 to install a $160 battery. Autozone and Orielly do it for free. I said never mind ill figure it out. Come 2 years later and my battery is dead. I took it back for a replacement. The bald baffoon that work there tells me I should have been putting water in it. I told him I have not put water in a battery in 25 years and Ive been getting them from AutoZone or OReillys the cheap ones. He tries to make me feel stupid like dude youre supposed to be putting water in batteries you never done that before. I said I have in my motorcycle batteries but not car batteries especially not when I buy the premium ones. I said they did not tell me that when I bought the battery two years ago. He said well you bought the battery two years and two months ago so it will be $75. I argued with him for a while and he wasnt budging I had no choice at that point time what to buy battery. He said all the batteries needed water so when he brings out the replacement battery guess what theres no place to put water he said oh this must be our new kind. He was complete a$$. I will never buy another interstate battery again in my life and I let him know that while I was there do not go to the store.
