I live 5 min drive away from New Dimensions, but never brought my vehicle in till today. At about 2pm, I called New Dimensions and asked if they have the same day appt may be available to replace my starter since today was my only day off. Service Manager Zack took my call, ordered my parts right away from a 3rd party, and as I was arriving, the ordered part was being delivered to the shop. Tech Sergio installed a new starter, test drove and came back and I was out of there by 3:30pm same day. Amazing work! Super happy with the service.

I was going to Jaime @ New Dimensions for about 10yrs when I brought in my Cadillac CTS for an oil change, & consistently after for an oil leak that never seemed to go away, $3000 in repair fees. He told me I needed to replace all the hoses in my car $6000, I was stressed at work when someone at work said, “Have my mechanic check it”, I was hesitant because I only trusted Jaime, but I went with the idea of having it checked, he didn’t charge me to tighten a bolt and it never leaked after, “he said it was loosened & it should have been tight”.I could never believe he did this to me after all I had taken it in was for an oil change, be aware when you trust your car with Jaime. I can only imagine how many times he did this to others.

I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for quick, honest, and friendly service. I have taken multiple vehicles here for various services, and have always been more than pleased with the outcome. The staff is very friendly and helpful, and the work is top notch and completed in a very timely manner. They are upfront about pricing, and contact you throughout the service to provide updates and run any changes by you before proceeding. Cannot recommend them enough!

New Dimension is now the place I recommend for people to get their car serviced in East Mesa. The team is exceptional and they are very transparent with their recommendations. I brought my Jeep in for suspension issues. The technician found the source of the issue and had a reasonably priced quote to me in a timely manner. The repair was completed and my Jeep was back to me in a timely manner. I am more than pleased with the end result.

Really great service! Found this recommended on my Next Door app and they were spot on. Super nice, and be sure to download their newsletter, good savings, coupons and deals. It saved me money definitely! The wait area is really clean and its a comfortable environment. Staff super courteous which I appreciate considering how car issues can make me crazy. They even inflated my tires! I had forgotten to mention it to them but they caught it and corrected it.

They did a great job on fixing my car, got it done the same day so i can get back on the road for work, very fair and honest, will be going back to have them do my brake pads also.

I trust Jaime and new dimensions auto for my repairs! Upfront and honest is hard to find with auto shops. Ive had my work truck serviced here, my Buick century and I will definitely be taking my Isuzu rodeo I just bought here for service and a full inspection. AGAIN!!!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND NEW DIMENSION AUTOMOTIVE!!!!Im a repeat customer and just had a water pump go out. Called them and they were able to pick up my vehicle from home, repair, and return it back to my home in the same day. (And yes, they were wearing masks, gloves and sanitized my car when done). I can’t say enough how happy I am with their service!!! Being a female, I have experienced other auto companies giving me the feeling they are taking advantage of my lack of knowledge when it comes to auto repair. NEVER have I had that feeling with New Dimensions!!

Jaime and team are wonderful. My wife has never felt that she was getting ripped off after leaving the shop. Extremely honest and doesnt do anything that doesnt need to be done. I had the added benefit of him finding a car (that he took care of the past 10 years) for my daughters first car. I refer all family and friends to this shop.
