I came to this auto shop because my brakes had failed suddenly. Despite my normal auto shop having just recently fully “inspected” the car, both my brake lines to my tires were burst. My transmission mount was also broken as well as several other small problems that should have been very easy to spot. Thanks to Iconic Tire, I not only found out about all these things but was also able to fix them the very same day. They sent me detailed pictures with their findings, spent quite a bit of time explaining what the problems were and what they could cause should they not be fixed. They did not push any additional or ridiculous fixes outside of the actual problems they physically showed me. Amazing service, will not be going anywhere else and would highly recommend you not either. After being jerked around and outright lied to by other shops this one really does tell it like it is and they stand by their work and their honesty. Genuinely cannot rate them high enough. Thank you so much for your help!

Charlie was very helpful when I brought my car in with a big nail in the tire. He found new tires, got them in the same afternoon, installed, and did an alignment. The car was ready that evening! I’ll definitely be coming back for maintenance etc.!

Update 9/6/2021You guys have claimed in your video footage that nothing happened to my truck yet you wont give me the footage to verify your claims that your employees had nothing to do with it. Im paying for the repairs out of my pocket. I will be discussing this with my fleet manager to make sure that our company vehicles dont go to a Iconic Tire for service work. Next time Ill stick with Gruelich.I left my 2014 F250 here to get worked on before 12pm on Saturday august 21. I picked it up around 6:30pm and immediately noticed a long dent going from the drivers side door handle to the drivers side rear door handle. There is paint missing also at the end of the dent. Steve, you seemed like an honest guy and you talked highly of this family owned business. I can guarantee that my truck had NO dents on it prior. Iconic Tires is amazing! As a young, single, woman I get intimidated when it come to dealing with my car. I had called a few other tire stores that were less than helpful. When I called Iconic Tires John was immediately so friendly and helpful making sure I got the best deal for my tires. I never felt pressured or like they were trying to upsell me on anything. Customer service was incredible and I will be bringing my car back for any service it may need from now on!

Six stars if I could! My uncle recommended me to this place and I was so happy he did! Everyone in the shop was so friendly and helpful. They didn’t try to upsell a bunch of unnecessary services or put us through some tacky dumb sales pitch. John was direct and upfront with pricing and timing. They have a text notification system that keeps customers informed when work is ready (no missing phone calls from random numbers). We bought tires and had them installed and the truck aligned with an unlimited 3-year alignment plan. We got a great deal because John was willing to work with us to find different options to us that would fit our needs. I am very happy with the product and service. I had previous tire purchase and suspension work done at a different Iconic location in October, 2020.I scheduled oil change and tire maintenance at the Mesa location and during inspection a radiator leak was discovered. Repairs were completed in a timely manner and I was informed of progress, leaving car overnight.I greatly appreciate the 12 month financing available through Goodyear as my routine maintenance turned into an expensive radiator/thermostat/hose/coolant recovery reservoir replacement budget wrecking experience.All staff members were polite and professional, especially Charlie who drove me home when I had to leave my vehicle.

Got my car serviced for an oil change on 5/7 and was pleasantly surprised by the friendliness of the employee and the reasonable prices they offered. I had a coupon and they honored it right away. My vehicle has been running well and I’m planning to return to get my car serviced soon.

I cant thank Dillon and the crew enough at Iconic Goodyear in Maricopa. I had a lower ball joint failure on my 1965 Chevelle Malibu and it was a total nightmare for me just trying to get the car on a flatbed towtruck. While I was broken down in a parking lot I met Josh who highly recommended these guys to repair my car. He was absolutely right! From the moment the car got off the towtruck these guys were professional and very personable and took the edge off my stress. After the repair they did an amazing alignment to my front end. Five star service!

No one else was able to do a sudden tire replacement after one of mine popped and I was on the temporary spare.. Everyone told me to schedule an appointment or wait until tomorrow;However, Iconic Tire was able to do it within an hour. Better than the rest, thank you so much.

We called to find out if we could drop the car off when John said please bring it by they didnt get to get to it Friday night but thats okay they got to it Saturday and they even got it done on Saturday stayed a little bit late so we had time to get down there to pick it up so that we would have it for work on Monday since they are closed on Sundays that was A Step Above and Beyond so thank you very much and I love having air conditioning

I went in on Good Friday because I had a slow leak, and they repaired the tire with a patch. When they showed me the problem he also noticed an abnormal wear and shared a recommendation to place with new tires and an alignment to which I agreed to doing. He found that my tire was not in his inventory but that he could order for Monday and would call me as soon as they arrived. Come Monday, as promised I received a call that they were in and I drove to have the work done. The alignment test showed that it was needed and they even matched the price from another shop to get the alignment, given me the price match. I was in and out within the hour...great work team at Iconic Tire & Service Centers in Mesa!Im so appreciative

I was in need of help they came to the rescueBut Rick kept trying to upsale me on things I neededAnd even pushed financing. I’m a senior I have no extra money. The bill which was hand written was not easy to read. Plus I think $550. Is a lot for 2 tires and a $100 battery installed. If I had a CHoice I would have went somewhere else. The tires are great

Ive been here twice now, once to have my tire pressures checked in my truck and trailer before a road trip and to have a trailer tire replaced. Both times the service has been great and the staff very helpful. The location is also great for getting in and out with my 33 trailer. I highly recommend this shop.

Best service I have seen anywhere. They even did some added extras to make sure things were safe at no charge. Always feel anxious going to a mechanic and waiting for an up sell, which by far is not there process. Will not use anyone else.

Because I have not lived in the area for long and am not familiar with places I can trust, I was on my way to Big O to get my tire fixed. As I was driving by Iconic something told me to go there instead so I turned around and went. I am so happy I did! I was very impressed by the service and the inside waiting room. It was very clean and accommodating with a coffee bar, water, and a nice area to watch Tv. The service was fast and when I was told the tire was done I was prepared to pay to just be told they don’t charge for tire repair! I will definitely be back and will recommend to others! I messaged these guys on a Saturday and they were able to get me in same-day. Once I arrived, John at Mesa was friendly and accommodating, took my vehicle’s information and told me it would be about an hour and a half, which was fine since their location is within walking distance of some great restaurants, as well as a small green belt/park.I was nervous to go pick it up, since historically when I’ve taken vehicles to get serviced, I’m told upon pick up all of these things that are wrong with the vehicle that need to be replaced right away, normally paired with a high bill. John was honest and advised me that everything with my vehicle looked great, but there was a leak in one of my shocks. He quoted me the price for the parts + labor, which wasn’t astronomically high. He also was straightforward with the time frame in which to get it fixed. I didn’t feel pressured or like they were trying to upsell me unnecessary services.I’m planning on taking my other vehicle into them this week for its oil change, as well.Definitely recommend them for quick, honest service!

Did a complimentry AC, it was over charged, gave me a price, they did the work and now the AC is working with the added problems that were there before... I would go back to them.

Just purchased a set of tires for my Tacoma and got a four wheel alignment for 3 years. FaithWorks Auto Repair recommended this business. I also got a veterans discount! The employees were extremely polite and helpful. In addition to my oil change, they checked several important parts of my car. They were able to show me some problem areas that will soon need attention and suggested repairs. I could not do the repairs at this time, but there was no pressure or change in attitude toward me by the employees. They were able to apply coupons and discounts for me which saved me money on the oil change and the same discounts would have been applied to any other service had I chosen to do it. I will definitely return in the future for any more service to my car.

Iconic Tire was a pleasure to work with on the oil change on my car. It’s an ‘84 so I was worried about them having the exact oil filter on hand. After being furloughed for 8 months I just started a new job and on my way to a work appointment I got a flat tire. I changed the spare but it was low on air and I was not going to make my appointment. I explained my situation and the team at Iconic Tire stopped what they were doing to help me out. They fixed the flat and put away the spare in plenty of time to make my appointment. I was thrilled and did not care what the cost was going to be. I was shocked when they did not charge me and would not take my money after I insisted that I had to pay them.

We were looking for a reliable shop to look at our daughters AC issues. They checked the AC unit for free and figured out what needed repair. During the repairs they also inspected the vehicle for any other issues. This was most important to us especially since the car is our 17 year old daughters car we just bought used from a private party. It’s so important to us she has a reliable and safe car. Sergio was awesome he gave me every detail and even told me what was good with the car. I didn’t even ask him for that info because I was afraid to be told to fix things not needed. Most importantly he didn’t try to sell me anything we did not need! I was even impressed that their quote to fix the AC was what my hubby said it should be before we took it on and not hundreds more.I highly recommend Iconic Tire & Service Centers!

I purchased a set of 4 37x1250r17 BFG K02s for $1775 + a partial alignment for an additional $69.I spoke with Jeremy the owner about mounting the tires after I get off work. He said that it was no problem. Which was reassuring. After I arrived Jeremy and I did a quick meet and greet then he left never to be seen again. There was no connection to do a follow up making sure everything was to my liking.The price of the tires were a good deal, just took cost to 3 hours to mount and Balance. The appearance of the facility was the cleanest tire shop Ive seen. Almost like that was priority #1. I would recommend this place for tires, but if you require more complex work my opinion would be to go elsewhere.

Came in for A/C service as my vehicles A/C wasnt blowing as cold as it had been. $175 to add some freon seemed a little high but I paid it. They let me know I had a leak in my front axle/boot and they could fix for approximately $400. I have a warranty purchased from the dealership so I told them I would take it there to get repaired in case the warranty covered it. Just heard back from Honda dealership that there is no leak and no problems could be found in axle area. Kinda feel like Iconic was trying to steal $400 from me.

Friendly and courteous treatment with consideration to your needs and questions, and no pressure.They actually took us to view under our vehicle, in order to explain or teach us about the parts or the repair situation, that was needed. Replaced a tpms sensors in my jeep. They were fast and offered water and coffee while I waited.

Brought car in for noise issue. It was diagnosed as an exhaust leak. They fixed the exhaust leak then recommended many other issues (brakes., shocks) which were also fixed. Total cost was over $1300. We were assured that the car is now all OK. Check engine light comes on less than an hour after paying and leaving the shop. Brought it back and was then told it was O2 sensors which were never mentioned the day before but now need replaced for $616. Im taking the car somewhere else for a second opinion. I will never bring my car back to this shop again.Update: my son brought the car to another technician and they found that the wiring to the O2 sensors were messed up during the cat replacement at Iconic. The O2 sensors DID NOT need replacement, not one, not both. The other shop fixed the wiring for labor cost only and the check engine light went off. Bringing the car back to Iconic to replace both sensors which would not have fixed the check engine light issue anyway.

Superb customer service! They came across something I/we didn’t foresee before hand and they took care of the issue without changing the amount that was quoted to me. Showing empathy they seen a customers need over the money. Thank you John I truly appreciate your help.

I was so pleased with the great service today. I had a bumper that got hit and was falling off. I went to Iconic with my problem after several body shops turned me away with outrageous time-frames to fix it. I needed tires desperately as well. They got me right in fixed my bumper at no charge and sold me great tires at the most reasonable price and aligned them for free! I was in and out in an hour and a half! Made my day! Worst auto care experience of my life. Bought 4 new tires and discovered the staff stole my spare tire ($350). This owner agreed refused to replace it, stating they would take their chances in court.Check your belongings, spare tire, and per the state of CA if they really did the work.I did a little research in the owners and learned they where run out of CA for steeling from customers, over charging forparts, and doing work was not needes.So what did they do? Moves to a state without a BBB or Auto regulatory agency.Be warned this group will rob you and say thanks for your businessLLP

I took my car in for a oil change. I was told o had a oil leak, so paid to have gasket replaced.Well, since then Ive had large oil leaks everyday. Ive taken it back, and the oil leak get larger everyday.Customer service is good as John has tried everyday to fix it. But something happened that Im losing oil daily. Now Ill have to pay more and take it to KIA.UPDATE:I took my car in for a oil change the first of June. After the oil change and the shop trying to fix a oil leak they said I had (Ive never had a oil drop on garage floor) I had a leak the next day. I took it back 3 more times, and the leak continued to get larger everyday. Once the manger found out I had to take it to another shop to fix their damage, he offered to refund all my money once the car was fixed. Well, after being at the other shop 9 days and $3,000 later, I have yet to be reimbursed for the damage. And the big boss at Corporate, Jeremy, wont even be professional and return calls. His manager was been kind, agreed they did lousy work (witnesses there). Do NOT go to this shop!UPDATE!!! After going back and forth with the owner, they are fully reimbursing me for the damage done to my car that the other shop had to repair. I appreciate Jeremy taking responsibility and especially the help from the manager John.

We were in need of tires and had a broken shock that we were unaware of. Not only did they replace all of our tires, they also replaced our back shocks at closing time. We shopped around for tires previously, even a buy 2 get 2 free tires place that was not a savings at all. Goodyear Tires not only provided us with quality tires, they saved us money and replaced everything at the end of their workday. The gentlemen working there were all professional, offered us waters, kept proper social distancing and treated us like family they care about. I give this a 3 star only becuase I went in (awatukee)location im new to the area this is a convenient location for me, they got me in same day with an hour left before closing and I got a brand new tire.HOWEVER I had my old tire still after completing care I found out they repair tires for free im I was going to get my brakes change by them but seems like they dont really care about saving anyone money I dont think ill go there again.
