I have brought my car in for some issues having, plus oil changes.I love Jason in the service department. Jason is the most friendly person I know and only will do business with him there since i feel like he takes care of my needs. His customer service is Phenomenal.I like that they provide rides to and for work when you car is in the shop.When you go please ask for Jason! You won’t be disappointed.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I been a Larry Miller Nissan customer for about 5 years and counting. I recently visited them due to trouble with my Nissan and end up trading it for a brand new SUV. I can’t be more satisfied with the customer service and the professionalism of the big team that help us that day: Jason from the service tech department, and from the sales department Luis, Felipe from the financial services department and Sam (the boss). Every time I have a mechanical need (emergency or routine maintenance) I can depend on this group of individuals to not only assist me but go above and beyond and give great customer service and reasonable pricing. Shuttle service is always a plus and last minute appointments are usually honored (as availability permits). I think everyone should try this dealership. We have purchased 2 vehicles from here and service our Nissan and Dodge vehicles here as well. You really can’t ask for more, especially when you feel like family!

Bought a vehicle from this establishment. 2 months later the battery died and needed to be replaced. I took it to Larry H Miller and they replaced it free of charge with a brand new battery. Fast, efficient, courteous service! I definitely recommend them.

I came here off of a suggestion, and needed a second opinion from another shop suggestion on some work on my Mustang. They took me in immediately and gave me a run down very quickly of what I needed. The previous shop I went to told me I had a rear diff leak and also needed to replace my back Axel. These guys looked at it determine that I did have a rear diff leak, but the rear axel was fine and only had a rear shock leaking as well.I got the rear diff fixed that day and then scheduled with them to install a whole new aftermarket suspension on my car. They ended up installing a new suspension, which included springs, shocks, struts, caster camber plates, and panhard bar on my car and got it finished the same day I dropped it off.Jason was great communicating with me the entire time letting me know how everything is going, and John did amazing work on my car. I am definitely using these guys again for other work and maintenance on my car for here on out

I liked that the communication was open and he was willing to check things out for me that I was concerned about and gave me an honest answer. Terrible service..They took 2.5 hours and when I finally left my vehicle was making a terrible noise, like the back axle was falling apartI wonder how the person that drove it over to the lot didnt hear it...got on the 101 freeway scared to the max. Called to let them know I was on my way back, no one answered! It turned out it was an error on the back tire magnet 🙄 . Then there is huge greasey foot prints on the drives side floor mat. NEVER again!!! Definitely not the quality of service you would expect, Dustin texted he was informed of what happened 🙄...not good!

Salesman was not very experienced. Hes been there 3 months and kept talking to me about trucks I dont want. As soon as I walked in he just sat me down with a four square and started writing me up. Asked questions about my trade without even knowing what Im looking for. He didnt offer me a water bottle, offer to show me around, or really put much effort at all into selling me a car. He didnt even get a manager involved and Im in the market for a new vehicle. I think its because I have tattoos and look like a hippy. Not sure. Not a great experience lol. I have 800 credit, down payment money and a paid off trade.

Awesome experience took my car in to get worked on and totally expected to get taken advantage of. That absolutely did not happen and I learned about why they did the work they did and the reasons they felt it needed to be done. They worked with me the whole time and were great at communication. I had Anthony Lopez for my service manager and I would recommend him 10x over.

As usual I have to fight with them to cover something on warranty. 4 hours to put in 2 tires that were ordered The day before and appointment was made. The mechanic never bothered to look at anything more noticing the other 2 tires had bubble on them. And the steering arm woman loose . I then crashed 2 days later... now I dont have car zone the other lover way iTi get them off me is to survey them.take them to another 9ne and know your rights ND the law!

This is the 3rd visit where I tell them the truck makes a knocking sound underneath the front of the vehicle, they first told me they could not replicate the sound and did nothing. Second time I had a tech ride with me and felt and heard the sound but could not identify the issue. When I left the vehicle the 3rd time they then said a heat shield was bent from offroading and was making the noise, I was skeptical as the only skid plate that had any visible scraping was the front skid plate. I picked up the vehicle at my expense after taking an Uber and found the noise was still present after driving away.

This is the only place we take our Nissan. We feel we get honest diagnosis and pricing. The staff are friendly and easy to work with. There is peace of mind knowing they are a dealer shop and will have the tools and parts needed. We have had the opposite experience at a neighborhood shop and paid the price. If I can give them a zero star I would. Worst dealership to deal with. Cassidy (manager) an awful deceiving person and rude. The leaf SV is posted on their website for $25k, when I was ready to buy he gave me a higher price, he said the lower price posted on their website is to get people in the door. During my conversation with him, he said get out of here because I was right and he was wrong. Wow! Great customer service. I was ready to pay for the car in cash. Never gonna go back to them. Be aware! Horrible way of doing business.

My sister purchased a used Nissan a couple of weeks ago from this dealership. We happen to live on the West side and this location is in the East Valley. One day she noticed something hanging in the under carriage of her car. So she gave them a call when we were in the area, to see if they could check it out. They were hesitant because they did know what the issue was and they were closing in 30 minutes but allowed us to bring in the car to get it looked at without an appointment. By the way this is on New Years Eve. So we pulled up and were quickly greeted by Anthony and Justin who took a look under my sisters car and realized the the problem with a quick fix with a simple clip. They fixed it within a couple of minutes and we were on our way again. Great service department. Thank you and happy holidays.

Usually an appointment is required, however when I come in. They say, NO PROBLEM !! we can try to squeeze you in today. Which they usually do. When I call to make an appointment, sometimes they will say, we can get you in next week. Im inpatient and dont like to wait, so Ill just show up unannounced. And they take me. One of the service advisors suggested doing it this way, and I never have any issues. These are my go to mechanics from now on. Fast, friendly and courteous.

Its a good spot to get your oil changes done. I think they are running a special where you can get 3 oil changes and 3 tire rotations AND 3 free exterior washes for $90. Its really a steal.The oil changes/tire rotations/free wash does take about an hour or more to do. Also, if you try to book for the weekend late morning/afternoon or a weekday after 5 pm, youre most likely going to have to book out.Your best bet, if you want to do it on the weekends, is to book between 7 to 8 am. Hardly anyone wants to wake up early on a weekend for an oil change ;)
