They met us when we drove up and explained the process clearly and precisely and told us about how long it was going to take. They checked in a couple of times during the process to let us know how things were progressing and when it was all completed our vehicle was out side ready for us to drive away. The waiting room was clean and nice and there were a couple of TVs to pass the time. Very well done.

Went in for warranty work and my warranty provider was closed. They were able to still do the work and got my car back same day. They had me pay a few days later with an online link later after the warranty claim processed. They made it so easy to pay and I still got my car back right away. Very convenient.

I arrived for the night drop off for a scheduled appointment with our a Service Advisor, Brett Sampley promptly greeted me, looked up my appointment with my phone number, captured needed information, and assured me he would follow up with me in the morning.Like clockwork, Brett called with a very positive evaluation of the vehicle with only one service required outside the LOF & R&B scheduled, a coolant exchange. He leveraged my point to cover the expected service, so the total out the door was very good.I appreciate Bretts prompt attention and following through as he said he would.

The warranty work was completed in a reasonable amount of time. The service department was prompt to provide information on the work that needed to be done and how long it would take. After the work was completed I had oil and filter change and was able to pick up the car in less than 24 hours after I dropped it off.

I waited 3 hours to get my fuel pump and fuel gauge fixed. I left thinking they fixed it but it wasn’t fixed. I’m trying to get it taken care of but haven’t heard anything back. There is a Larry H Miller in Albuquerque that I’m willing to drive it to to get it fixed right.

I recently brought my car in to get my sync system checked and get my front seat fixed. Usually dealers offer you courtesy vehicles but I guess that doesn’t happen here. I made an appointment like I was supposed to and figured that them checking the sync system and fixing the broken seat that I had since I bought the car would not take all day. I was wrong. I called back at 3:30 and they were barely looking at my car. They said they would be done with it so I wouldn’t have to take a day off to come get it the next day. Needless to say I got my car back. A week later the seat broke again and now there is a new piece broken. I have never had an issue with this place which is why I have continued to go there but I feel like I will be finding a new service department.

Took my vehicle 75 miles away from where I live because I bought it at this location and they have always been through and a joy to work with (even though they have changed ownership since I bought my Fusion). I was assigned a new Service Line Manager (Justin Frier) and he was very helpful in keeping me apprized of where we were at. They found a nail in one tire and fixed it as well as clearing the electronic notification that I had Low Tire Pressure. Because the service took over 3 hours, and I had expressed concern that it was taking so long, there was NO CHARGE for the service they did. I will keep driving 150 miles every time I need service.

I called the service department to see when I could get my truck in and they said that afternoon or the next day, but it ended up being 4 days later. They fixed the issue and no more problems. Every shop is down mechanics right now, so just pack some patience.

I had the normal service performed, oil change, tire pressure, fluids check and was told all things where verified and those that needed some correction where taken care of. Such as tire pressure and fluids. This business is where I purchased my truck and I have no regrets doing so. The employees have always been courteous and friendly.

This is the dealership where I bought my car (2019 Ford Fiesta), so I have continued to take it there for regular maintenance. They are so friendly and professional to deal with. They always go the extra mile for me. I had some spots on one side of the car that didnt come all the way off during a regular car wash. They cleaned these off, no extra charge. I would highly recommend this dealership for all your Ford vehicle needs.

Very dissatisfied with the service department at Larry H Miller Ford Mesa. I took my van in and paid $1100.00 for 60,000 maintenance, package for 3 oil changes, tire rotation and wheel alignment. I told them I was leaving town the next day. I picked up my van late afternoon and left early the next morning for a trip to California. Within a few miles, three dashboard lights came on. I called as soon as the service dept opened and spoke to a manager named Joey. I told him about the lights and that I had just had my van serviced the previous day. He said that the first light was a tire pressure light and it could have come on from one small change in the calibration or a nail. The second light was an information light. The third light was a “oil change required” light that came on briefly and then went off. Joey said that a light like that would have stayed on and wouldn’t have gone off, insinuating that I was making it up or lying. Well, the light kept coming on and going off several times so Joey didn’t know what he was talking about. I had to interrupt my trip to find a place to check the tire pressure. The tire place told me that the tire pressure was fine but whoever rotated the tires did not re-calibrate them. As soon as I got back from my trip I had to take my van back in to Larry H Miller Ford Mesa service department to find out if they really did the oil change and why the “oil change required” light kept coming on. Fernando was the service agent that originally helped me and he had them check and said that they didn’t reset the oil change button. It is unacceptable that after all the maintenance done on my van that they didn’t reset the tire pressure and oil change buttons. I asked for a refund of the oil change package and Fernando said he would discuss with his supervisor (Joey?) who was at lunch and would get back to me. It’s been two days and they have not gotten back to me. Terrible customer service!

I didn’t have an appointment but the guys told me how long the wait was and let me decide if I wanted to wait or schedule for another time. Since the wait was reasonable I stayed. They did a great at getting me out the door when they said they would. They recommended somethings for next time. This Quick Service really is.

I brought my truck in paranoia change and the tire pressure was never even checked all four tires were at different pressures none of them were the same I had to leave the dealership and take it to a tire place to get my tire pressure adjusted to the proper spec this should’ve been done during the oil change after spending almost $60 for an oil change I think that should’ve been done. Also I was told that I would get five free oil changes and it was really three free oil changes it would be nice to have a card to have punch to know where you’re at on your oil changes and of course you don’t wanna do it that way because the customer would know how many oil change they would have at the time that they were buying the vehicle and would cost you more money down the road because people would have proof. Scott Solee was mine salesman and I’m not very happy with the way he fine to me just to make a sale I will be contacting Ford to complain about the sales tactics That goes on at the dealership and I will not be using your dealership no longer for any oil changes because I really feel like you should at least check the tire pressure if you’re not check my tire pressure and what else are you missing on my oil changes

The custom service was awful. Caitlyn was very unprofessional and was not very empathic when I complained. She did not care that you guys lost a customer. Also, I dont like that no one honors the appointment system. You get treated like a walk in and that is unacceptable. If I go out of my way to schedule an appointment then I should be attended to as close to my appointment time as possible not just put In the line. I waited 2 and a half hours for a basic oil change and again I called in advance and set an appointment. I wont be coming back.

First time ever at this company. I have a maintenance warranty that gives me free oil changes. I made appointment for 9:30am and showed up on time. They were very busy. I was quoted 1 1/2 hours-2 hours. I was very surprised. It ended up being 3 hours 15 minutes.

After my first visit where my car was there all day for a recall that the actual Ford Manufacturer said would take less than an hr. No one cared and when I spoke to the women who checked me out sue didnt care either and actually laughed it off. That was last Friday. Today I end up stranded because my battery died. And after hrs of going back and forth on the phone. I wasnt allowed to exchange it with out my vehicle which makes no sense. And then after I pay for an Uber. Head back to my car to put the battery back in they tell me they will need to hrs or more. What the..... to exchange a battery. Why wasnt I told this at 10 when this conversation started. Now its 1pm. Im forced to go buy a battery at a Walmart so I can pick my kid up from school at 2pm. 2 users 55 dollars later I have to buy 106.00 battery from Walmart just for me to put it in myself. 2 visits absolute ridiculous customer service. This is why I hate coming to the dealer. I wish I would not have bought the 90 oil change package or I wouldnt be back.

I called on Monday to get a estimate for the lining falling down from my moonroof. They said I must come in so I made an appointment for Wednesday. When I saw Ryan on Wednesday I told him I would be waiting and just wanted an estimate to replace the lining. He said he would text me within 1 hour. 90 minutes later I caught him as he was talking to another customer and he told me it would be 7 hours labor and was still working on a price. After over 2 hours I went to his office to get my car back when he finally quoted me $1475.00. After waiting another 20 minutes for my car to be brought up (Ryan finally went to get it himself) I was able to leave. When I got home I called another dealership and got a price quote OVER THE PHONE for $1300.00!!!I called Seth per his request, and he still has not returned my phone call 2 days later.

Brought my 2019 F-150 Lariat in for an Oil Change and also to check Tire Pressure Sensor Fault error. Was not reading 2 Tires. Picked up the vehicle and the fault code was not looked at and the tires were not rotated. They at the last minute tried checking the code and made me come back in 1 week later saying they didn’t have time to get me taken care of even though I originally made an appointment listing what needed to be addressed. Very unprofessional, not checking everything as listed and also wasting customers time. Still did not get a confirmation of a follow up appointment to get sensors changed.

During my last service the technician marked my battery as requiring replacement, this dealer had replaced my battery in January of 2019 and that one failed in June of 2020, so when it failed again in May of 2021 this ford dealer told me I had to buy a new one as they already replaced it once and thats all they are required to do. This is very frustrating that you sell me a 7 year battery and it if it dies or even if its possibly defective you replace it once and tell the customer the warranty is now over. I have been doing business faithfully with this location for over 5 years with 4 vehicles and now Im looking for a new vendor, Thanks Larry H. Miller Ford !!!

They couldnt get my tire gage inside my car to register my tire pressure for each tire..thats a first...I been going there for 4 years with no problems..and its still not registering...ill wait until my next oil change( the works) and see to it that you fix it right...and the wait 2 and a half hours ? I dont believe that they didnt even rotate my tires...I cant get enough faith to trust LMF as much as I go there its tuff to trust you guys...and the free car wash was a joke my car had smirl mark all over like they dry it off in the sun when it was half dry and half wet...what a mess...I had to have my car rewashed...very very upset and not pleased at all...please look in this and correct this situation..I dont want this to be my last visit..I would like to have faith and trust in you LMF

Warranty work on our 2020 F250 diesel. They had to order a part. They arranged a loaner car and fixed the problem as soon as the part came in. Service rep is knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. Highly recommended. If this level of service continues, I’ll have LHM do all work on this vehicle.

Not sure I had the best service and attention to me on my vehicle. When I asked Justin if my redeemed discount was credited to my charge in his booth, his response was yes but said, “I bet you wouldn’t say anything if you received double credit.” I felt dishonored but didn’t respond to the rude remark.After leaving the booth, I read through my receipt and found not everything was checked as indicated by Jonathon Godbee. In particular on my battery it was marked “requires replacement.” I returned to the booth to ask Justin about it - he indicated he checked on it and said he forgot to let me know it was a mistake. Godbee was working on two cars and made the wrong entry and couldn’t change it in the system. I asked Justin to please make the correction. He wrote in, “battery tested good.” He said my car was ready but had to wait for my car to be washed. When my car was brought up another customer was called up saying it was their car. I followed after telling the person driving it up, and Justin who came out, that it was my car. Clearly I wasn’t treated well, especially as a Loyal Customer of 11 years with my 2010 Fusion where I bought my car, and perhaps more training is needed in customer service with some Service Advisors. When I called the Service Department, the woman that scheduled my appointment was very considerate and answered the questions I had. Thankful for her!

Charges $45 to replace a defective OEM part with a $20 aftermarket part, even if you supply the replacement part yourself. Will not perform regular maintenance unless you agree to it. Charged to repair cable notch that they broke. Still better than Earnhardt Ford though

The Ford focus had a recall on the passenger side air bag so We took it down to get the maintenance necessary to fix the issue and we were welcomed the moment we arrived. A shuttle service brought us home while repairs were being done and within an hour it was ready for pick up. They came and picked us up brought us back to the dealership and we were very highly satisfied with the service. They also in addition washed the car and we drove off with smiles and the day was again enjoyed with a special treat for Wally. Frozen Custard!!!! Thank you again to the Team at Ford...
