If I could rate them a 0, I definitely would. DO NOT BUY A VEHICLE FROM THEM! Bought a 2012 Tahoe with 136,000 miles on it. The interior looked amazing, & I thought it rode smoothly... until I got it on the freeway after signing papers & I ended up need $600 worth of tires & $1100 in mechanical problems!It had:-A broke tire rod-Both my back shocks were broken & LEAKING-Transmission slips when towing-spark plugs-power steering hose had a major leak so they had to replace.The worst of it all is they had their “mechanic” look at it and they told me nothing was wrong with it.I asked if they would fix whatever the other mechanic finds & Brady (finance manager) said that my warrantee didn’t cover it.Mind you this was 7 days after I had the truck.I asked to return the vehicle and have a refund for the money I put down and I was allowed to return the vehicle but my down payment, I would NOT get back.

I can only say that a few days ago we had excellent service, my son found what he was looking for and took it home with a very good percentage, thanks to Representative Adan who helped us from beginning to end, hey I am looking for my third car in this same dealer 👍👍

I went in to trade my car for a 2001 Jeep Wrangler. They had recently bought it from an auction and it still needed to be inspected and worked on so I put $200 down + my car. The 200 was to not only reassure that it was mine to but to be moved to the front of the line to be worked on. I signed a document stating that if the price went up or if the Jeep wasnt to my liking I would be refunded my money. (I will post that below) and also, I got the final numbers via text ( I will also post that as well.) I specifically asked MULTIPLE times if the price would go up and the answer was always no and the final numbers were given to me even. They were -okay- with communication on updates for the vehicle and even though the dealer told me to call the mechanic there the woman who answered always gave me the run around and told me that my dealer should be the one giving me the updates. OKAY moved from that, so I waited maybe 2 weeks for the car to be finished and on the day it was supposed to be ready they sent me a text saying that it still needed work basically. We were already in the area so we asked if we could come in for the paperwork to get all wrapped up. When we arrived we had to deal with another dealer and he told us that the computer stated we still need $300 more if I wanted to get the vehicle. This was a surprise to me because I had DEFINITELY asked MULTIPLE TIMES before the fact if the price was going to go up. Now $300 isnt much I suppose but I refused because of the dealers nonchalant attitude about it, not really caring about what we told him. He happily refunded the money and it wasnt until my boyfriend told him we would be leaving a review did his face turn pale and he asked if we could Talk about it. Maybe they thought since I looked young and naive they could pull the wool over my eyes and try to squeeze out any money they could but that is VERY far from the truth. I will writing a complaint to the BBB about both companies Mesa Motors AND Brown and Brown Wholesale. I never go out of my way to post reviews mind you, so Id like to thank you for wasting my time in many ways.

I bought a car that I thought had a clean title, but I found out from the Chevy mechanic that the cars frame looked like it had been in and accident. I put $4,700 down on this vehicle. I’m a student so coming up with that type of money was rather difficult. I am so upset about this. I called them and they said they could do anything about it and that they would call me back to talk about with the manager. It’s been a year still have not gotten a call back...so now I have no car and still need to get to school and work some how. Make sure you check the car for this type of stuff. They also had the audacity to text to sell me another car. Definitely DO NOT recommend coming here to get a car!

Ii went to Mesa Motors and drove an hour and forty minutes in hopes to get a truck I saw online. I was met by Adam and he was very helpful. My intentions to get the truck I saw online didnt pan out. They bent over backwards to help me. I dont have good credit and my request was to stay under $500 or less payments and stay under $25k.I drove away in a 2013 Ford F-150 crew cab. They made every effort to get me the lowest payments and lowest interest rate. I felt a bit uncomfortable because Im just an average Joe and the efforts they made for me made me feel like I was important. I am a very happy customer whose requests were fulfilled by Mesa Motors. I stayed under $25k with $441 payment in a beautiful 2013 Ford F-150. I want to say....THANK YOU for making me feel like a VIP!!!😁😁😁😁😁😁😁

Fantastic staff in the storefront, but be cautious of the financial services staff. I’ve been waiting on a refund check that was apparently mailed out early in Sept 2018 and have never seen any trace of it. The financial staff don’t seem to find any value in sending checks as priority mail with any sort of tracking information to ensure delivery. The check is now void as it is well past the 90 or 120 day time period, and there has been no effort to reissue the funds at this time. They simply do not care. It’s truly a shame, because I had such a great experience with the sales team and thought I found a great dealership, but I guess there is no such thing as a great dealership.EDIT/UPDATE:After Devin reached out to me, he had a new check written that I picked up on Monday 1/21/19. For context, I initially worked with Devin when I purchased my vehicle back in Oct 2017. He truly had gone above and beyond to help me resolve this issue. As this issue pertained to the finance group, I hadn’t thought to reach out to Devin sooner, but now I wish I had.With the confidence of knowing how hard the sales team will for you to resolve any issues that may potentially arise, I truly would consider purchasing another vehicle here in the future.

Eddie, my sales guy, told me that he would get them checked out by the mechanics. I had to take my kids home, and decided to call back and see how things were going. Eddie said that the mechanics were looking at it, but being that no offer was made, it was not there TOP priority. So I made an offer. Less than 10mins later Eddie calls back and says that they couldnt do that offer, but now the problems were fixed?Disappointed with my experience. Think it was just my sales guy. Your typical fast talking salesman.

I just bought a truck from Mesa Motors about three days ago. I went online and googled Mesa Motors and from some of the reviews on there I was VERY skeptical about buying a car from them. However, I decided to give them a try and I am VERY glad I did. I went in and test drove a 2004 F150 Lariat super crew. Adam Greenfield was who I dealt with first. He was very kind and straight forward. No pressure, no rushing. I gave him a copy of my drivers license and he gave me the keys. He told me to take my time, turn it on, take it for a spin and if I had any questions he would be inside and he left us alone. Very stress free environment. After the test drive I went inside and I started the paperwork with the owner(cant remember his name). Towards the end of all the paperwork the owner grabbed the keys and went and topped off the gas tank in the truck just to be a nice guy. Highly recommend this dealership to anyone.

Went in yesterday to look at a truck and they asked how much I wanted for my car to trade in, I said I’m looking to get around 8k, and they said they’re pretty close to blue book value, so they could match my price, then I took off work the following day so I could go in and do all the paperwork and then all of a sudden my car was only worth $4500. BS and just wasting my time
