This shop came highly recommended from a friend. I had bought a used vehicle and took it to Broadway Auto for a full inspection. Reasonable prices for the amount of work I needed done. After my repairs, I had a traction control warning light came on. I brought it back to the shop. I thought there might have been a mistake and maybe something overlooked from my previous repairs. After talking to the shop, it turns out the light had come on on its own and was not related to any repairs. They offered to fix the issue for free. I would definitely recommend! Thanks guys!

I loved the experience here. I had 2 issues and and a oil change that at another auto shop quoted me at $1,753.85. It was all done here for $702.82 it was fantastic and way cheaper.

Broadway Auto Repair came highly recommended to me and I was not disappointed. I have had several bad experiences in the past with other shops and I have a pretty high bar on my expectations.The owner Mike is the consummate professional and clearly knows his craft. I came in because my starter was acting weird. I didnt know if it was wiring or the starter itself, but they determined it was the starter and replaced it. After that the starter was making grinding noises but was starting. Then I had one day where it would not start after work, although it seems like it might have been the battery. I had it towed back to Broadway and they immediately checked it out and they replaced the starter to a better fit at no additional charge. Now my car has finally been giving me no new issues and starts fine every time. It was a relief to know that they were looking at my car and making sure that the work they did was good quality. Thanks!

Mike and Efrain were wonderful. My truck had a leak at the timing chain cover as well needing a new radiator and fan clutch. They communicated throughout the entire repair texting images of the issues at hand as well as calling. They did not charge a diagnostic fee either! All the other shops in the area wanted to charge 100-150 diagnostic fee.. I will not take my vehicle anywhere else.. And when the repairs were complete Mike offered to send a Lyft to pick me up if I could not find a way to the shop. And the interior of my truck was so clean when I picked it up. Mike are you ready to do a top end rebuild on an 08 Ford Ranger? Thats the next project for Broadway Auto. THANKS AGAIN BROADWAY AUTO THE TRUCK RUNS LIKE A CHAMP!

Explained to Mike we were new to Mesa, looking for a reliable shop to call our own. Explained the situation to mike, dropped off the car and within an hour or two I had a call back with the diagnosis and what we needed to do to get it fixed. I wasn’t charged anything outrageous or anything close to that, great honest work. Highly recommend

*Big heads up, because of covid, this place is overwhelmed with business to the point of NOT getting OIL CHANGES done same day, and thats with even dropping it off at opening (which Mike, who I spoke with, said he gets over a dozen cars in by opening time and come 9am the time expectations start pushing over to the next day). I spoke with him near closing at 5 and he said he has several oil changes that were dropped off this morning that he isnt going to be able to finish today, and he cant do appointments (because of covid hell have employees sometimes around for no reason if the appointment doesnt show) They sound like a great shop (per the reviews), Im giving the rough score because of all the research I did just to find out I need a 2 day car rental to get the oil change. And that I found all this out the hard way while making a call to confirm their coupon online was still current. If I didnt call ahead I wouldve driven out of my way for nothing on top of it.Congratulations on all the dedicated busines and I hope Ill have the time in the future to experience you guys. Mike is super knowledgeable and always gives you every option available for repair.I go there for anything my car needs from oil changes to scheduled service to major repairs.As long as Mike is the owner, Ill be a loyal customer.If you dont want to overpay and get repairs that you dont need pushed on you, this is the place to go. I wouldnt hesitate to let them work on any of mine or my familys vehicles.They are in constant contact with you regarding repairs you might need, but I like the fact that they are so honest. They could have easily told me I needed a new transmission, but instead they instructed me that the car could be driven without replacing it if I was willing to tweak my shifting habit.Any other shop would have insisted I needed a new transmission, which makes no sense on a 12-yr old Chevy Cobalt with almost 100,000 miles. The repairs would have ended up costing twice as much as the car is worth! Instead he advised me as to how I can drive the car for another 6 months to a year with no issues.It takes a very honest business owner to talk people out of doing repairs that they know they customer would likely agree to. Mike saved me around $1200-$1600 in repairs today. So instead of the original estimate of $1400-$1800, my total bill only came to $650.The honesty, integrity, and truly good character of the owners and employees is a very rare find in the world of todays auto repair shops.I went to another shop and was taken for a ride last summer when my AC went out. They told me that debris had crashed through the compressor and the entire system needed fixing. It cost me almost $900. I later learned that the original compressor had never been removed and all the AC needed was a charge or possibly a hose that might have detached. A $150 job at most and I was taken for almost $900! If I had known about Broadway Auto I definitely would have gone there instead!Thats why if you want honest, reliable repairs, go see Mike at Broadway Auto.Great job! Thanks again!

Would not recommend this place, I went to get an oil change and a recommended I get a new belt, They install the new belt only to have it fall off 2 separate times making me late to work and cause me to wait for hours for tow trucks finally had to pay $700 at a new garage shop to get the truck fixed

I went to Broadway Auto Repair because my AC decided to stop working on me in the prime of Arizona heat! It was torture. I took my car in and was greeted professionally by Efrain, I told him what was happening with my AC and he proceeded to ask specific questions which was a relief to me because I knew in his mind he was already getting the info needed for a diagnostic. Once they figured out what it was Mike took me back and not only explained, but showed me exactly what was going on with my car. The part was ordered and Efrain explained the specific reason for the pricing. I really appreciated all the transparency in their work because we all hear about females getting fooled with prices when its anything regarding repairs. I was comfortable with all of it. They made sure to make an appt as soon as possible knowing the hardship having no AC was. I definitely recommend this shop!

I found this repair shop online and decided to call yesterday to schedule an appointment and got one for today early in the morning. I arrived on time and everything was very simple and easy. They told me Id have to wait for about an hour or even less for the service to be done (oil change). Sure enough in less than an hour I was out of the shop. The price was reasonable and they kept me inform of everything. It was a great first experience and well be back when we need to service our cars again.

Great place to take your vehicle when your vehicle is sick. Doesn’t cheat you or over price you. Honest to their words. They take their time to explain to you what is wrong or what needs to be done. Also won’t touch your car if it’s something they don’t do, will give you numbers to other companies that work with them on different parts. Excellent service

The AC in my truck went out while I was 150 miles from home on one of the hottest days this summer in the valley. Having been previously made aware of Broadway Auto Repair from a friend, I decided to contact them and requested an appointment to repair the AC. I was very pleasantly surprised to be told to bring your truck in now and we will take a look at it. After determining the cause of the problem and informing me of the estimated price, they went right to work on the repairs. I had my truck back in about 4 hours. I was very impressed with the professional attitude from both management and technicians. Plus it is rare to see an auto repair facility as clean as Broadway Auto Repair. I would highly recommend this repair shop to friends and family in the future.

Super friendly and very reasonable shop. I stopped in for an oil change and with six quarts of oil and a check of my check engine light it was under $30. The manager also said I could bring my own rotors and pads for install or if I buy from them they would warranty the install! Check them out!

Trust. It can not be stated how important it is to trust an auto mechanic. I brought an older car to Mike with an electrical issue. 2 shade tree mechanics have tried to fix it in the past. Not only did Mike find and repair the problem, he charged a very fair price. He also took the time to talk about a.potential issue I have with another vehicle and a couple of things for me to check. I trust Broadway Auto Repair based on the experience I had with them.

Excellent service, took my Yukon Denali to get the A/C checked. They got my A/C blowing cold again in 30 minutes. Will definitely take my other cars here for general maintenance.

I brought my Nissan Rogue in on a very busy day to have the brake pads checked, but I live in Mexico so Mike graciously took it in right away. Not only did he replace the brake pads but he also replaced a bent disc. He also found, and showed me, that my serpentine belt was cracked in several places. I feel like someone was watching over me because without that replacement, I may not have made it home safely! Mike is honest, doesnt try to sell up, and is very good at what he does. I will definitely recommend him to anyone needing car repairs!

They worked with us to have our car towed to them and when it was a minor problem ( a key hadn’t been programmed yet😎) they charged us very little.We also bought a used car and they came recommended to check it out. They found a few things wrong and were great honest people to work with.
