We have been taking our vehicles to Faithworks for years and the quality of service has always been top notch. They are personable, explain things in a way thats easy to understand, and complete work in a timely manner. It is wonderful to be able to take our vehicles to people we trust.

I must say that these have to be in the top 5 best automotive service centers for repairs in the state. I have brought different cars to them at different times and each time they have done excellent work. They have never let me down. I have never had to bring my cars back for any repairs they had done. They were always done right the first time. And they always diagnose a problem properly. I was just recently disappointed by Auto nation Tempes service department and I will never return there again. Faith works will always be top on my list for any service I need in the future.

Did a lot more than i requested and charged accordingly. Hourly rate is 150% of other mechanics but i switched to these guys after i kept having new problems arise after visiting my previous mechanic.UPDATE: during my visit I was advised that I needed to do a transmission flush every 50,000 miles and if I didnt that it would be likely that my transmission would go out on me. My transmission doesnt even have 40,000 miles but I didnt realize that so I went ahead and got the transmission flush. I was basically told that my transmission would go bad if I didnt do them every 5000 miles. So I did the transmission flush. After I left I had fluid leaking after I went over a bump and my sister stick would not come out of park. I brought my vehicle back into them they put it up on the lift and said they didnt see any leaks and said that the shifter sticking had nothing to do with anything they had done. They did show me how to push the button so that my car would going to drive. I had no problem with the stick shifter prior to going to them and now in order to get my car out of park I have to use a paperclip every single time I want to drive my vehicle. It makes it very difficult if you work for something where youre in and out of your cars and youre constantly doing deliveries. I Rely heavily on my car to make sure I have a roof over my head and now Im stuck with a car. Is not operating the way it should be and it was operating just fine before I brought them brought it into these guys.

Josh was amazing. He identified the problem with the test drive, before even looking at it (carrier bearing on the drive shaft). The tech was thorough enough to identify that the U-joints were also at varying degrees of failing. The repair completely rectified the issues of vibration and noise I was detecting. I always go to Faithworks for my car repairs because I know I’ll experience honestly, fair price, options explained and quality service. Been using this shop for years.

I brought my 07 chevy silverado classic in for a check engine light for an air leak and low oil pressure. The price was fair, the work was top notch, and everyone I talked to was very professional. Everything was above board and they didnt try to push any on me that wasnt what I brought the truck in for. Ill be going back for further maintenance on my other vehicles when needed.

Took my truck in a few weeks ago to get looked at for a possible leaking transmission pan. While it was in the shop, they found a lot of other concerns that they brought to my attention and explained the importance of the major ones. They fixed the leaking transmission pan and have even reached out to ensure it was fixed, which I have never had a shop reach out afterwards to ensure their work fixed the problem! Very friendly, helpful, and trustworthy! I will definitely be going back, customer service is awesome!!

What a refreshing experience. Prior to going to Faith works, a competitor had told me I needed a full AC replacement totaling $1,700.Faith Works got me in same day, diagnosed a leaky hose and repaired it for $170. Youve never seen someone hand over $170 so enthusiastically.Will definitely be going there in the future.

I took my 2017 Hyundai to the dealership for the 15k scheduled maintenance service. I was quoted. price, NOT an estimate, of eight hundred dollars for items such as an oil change (which was not due according to their records for another four thousand miles), tire rotation and alignment (for tires purchased and installed three months prior), and new air filters (which had been replaced two weeks earlier).I went to Faitk Works. The gentleman gave me a price ofbfifty dollars for an intial assessment, to be followed by an estimate for recommended repairs.I made an appointment for the next week.I anticipated hoses, wires, wipers, no big problems.Within three hours I received a call that my car had a clean bill of health and was ready to be picked up. No additional fees for services.I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Faith Works as honest, prompt, and wholly reputable and trustworthy😁👍.

Faith Works has always done a good job. This is a company you can trust. They always try to give you the best and least expensive options to repair your vehicle. Although some repairs are very costly I would only trust Faith Works to do the work because you can trust they stand behind their work, and that offers peace of mind.

I have 2 vehicles. A 94 truck and a 04 car. These guys will be the only ones to touch my vehicles!!! They have helped me save money on repairs, and done outstanding work on both vehicles!! My mother has been bringing her car there for years with nothing but good to say about their quality of work, honesty and integrity. My daughter made the mistake of letting these guys flush her transmission after she asked them to check her tires. She spent her rent money doing the work they said she needed done or her transmission would fail. Shame on them for taking her little bit of money and now her car will not shift since they worked on her car. This is a new problem that she never had until she used this repair shop.

My car randomly wouldn’t start one morning, so i had it towed to this shop. i had never been there before, and they were super busy on the day i brought my car in. i told them what i thought the problem was, and they said that since they had so many other cars to look at, they probably wouldn’t get to mine till the next morning, which was totally understandable, but kinda disappointing to hear because we were planning on leaving town that night. after only a few hours, i got a call from them saying that they were still too busy to send a tech out to check out the issue, but one of the other guys thought that it may end up being an extremely simple fix, just based off what i had previously told him. so he went and looked at it himself, and asked me if i was willing to try just replacing the battery to see if it would solve our whole problem. i told him to go ahead and do it, and it fixed everything! i got my car back that same day, and was able to drive it out of state that evening and had noproblems whatsoever. you can tell these guys are aware of their customers, and genuinely want to help you with whatever your car needs without pushing extras onto you. will definitely be going back here, highly recommend!!!

You have been warned! DO NOT USE this company!!! They claimed to fix my radiator and did terrible work. I took it home and the motor was blown!!!! Now they did not offer to fix or repair. Do not use this company.

Had a quote from another automotive shop on replacing my fuel pump. and wanted a comparison...had never used FaithWorks before. Yet, their story was appealing to me as a Christian. I was not disappointed. They gave me an honest assessment of the issues and a competitive quote on replacing my fuel pump. Then, the day of the repair, the mechanic assigned to my vehicle did a 2nd assessment and determined that it was not the fuel pump after all, but the control module. This was close to half the cost of the fuel pump. They could have stuck it to me and I would not have known. But, they took the high road and did the honest and fair thing - called me to let me know. This team will have my business going forward. I could not be happier with the service.

Ok, i guess. friendly service. If they schedule you an appointment, believe theyll keep it. They work within the time frame that they quote. They MSM to your phone all the services your car needs. The prices dont suddenly change. If they tell you one price on the phone, its still the same price in person.

They were able to diagnose what was wrong with my car over the phone and give me and accurate quote before I even showed up. I went to a previous mechanic and he could not figure out what was wrong with my car, these guys were able to do it over the phone and fix it quickly! Very impressed with them and will absolutely be returning!

I found this place randomly and came here for a pre-buy diagnostics check for a vehicle I was looking to purchase. 1.0 star rating 1/30/2019Phone call:Hello, Faith Auto Works.Me: Hi I have a Car I bought motor mounts for.The person who was going to install them said he couldnt do it, so Im looking for a shop to install them.Them: Well, we dont install customer purchased parts, but heres what we will do. Normally our labor rate is 100 dollars an hour. But because you bought your own parts its going to be 120.00 an hour. To do your car will be 2-1/2 hours for the front mount, 2-1/2 hours for the rear and 2 hours for the transmission mount. That will be 871 dollars including tax.I took the car to Sun Devil Auto works on McKellips and Power road in Mesa. They did all three for 243.00 plus tax.Bob the manager at Sun Devil is great and I highly recommend his shop.Faith Auto Works call themselves Christians.Never again will I call this place.

I’m new to the area and I’ve never had super great experiences taking my car into a random car shop. So I was nervous when my car started acting funny and the check engine light came on. Great service from the first phone call until I picked up my vehicle. Very professional in every way possible. Im from out of state and needed some repair work done to get back on the road. The best thing is when they fix it...it’s fixed. You do t have to go back because the fix wasn’t good enough, etc! You know what I mean right! We have all had those experiences! I recently brought in my car for redoing the front and rear brakes and am very happy with the outcome. In addition to the repairs, they also provided me with a list of recommended repairs that was easy to understand with clear costs outlined for each of them. My favorite part was that each recommendation was a separate estimate which helps me to choose which to do based on cost and concern to my vehicle. This was my first visit based on a fiends recommendation and overall it was a pleasurable and easy experience for me.

We stopped by Faith Works on Alma school on a hot day to see if they could work us in for an AC recharge. They were unable to do so but immediately referred us to their Dobson location which did the job for us right away. The cost was reasonable and as quoted. Now the AC is ice cold. Highly recommend!

I asked Faith Works to do a pre-purchase inspection on a vehicle for me, since I was purchasing sight-unseen from another state. They even went to the dealership and picked the vehicle up for me! The 20-point inspection was a well spent $86, as they found some serious issues. We ended up not purchasing the vehicle. Great and fast service. My car had a broken oxygen sensor with check engine light on so that I couldn’t pass emission. The diagnosis and repair are done by only two hours without any appointment. The price is transparent, and the customer service is great!

My experience with them has been amazing. They actually text you a full report with pictures as to what is possibly happening. My situation has been a little complicated because of some health issues (and a bad parking decision when my car started smoking), and they were so accommodating to the point where they went above and beyond.
