Did a good job describing the repair needing to be done to my car. Gave me a couple options and their opinions of the repairs. Decent pricing. Very straightforward and I appreciate the honesty. Will definitely be bringing other vehicles for service.

This place is great! Ralph was very informative and talked me through the processes of getting my truck fixed, what it would entail and and the cost involved. He also did a routine check to make sure everything was in order for my long journey to Michigan. In the end it cost even less than the original estimate.I highly recommend them!

A/C compressor died in my Hyundai Tuscon. My technician Frank was extremely knowledgeable and professional. Ive had to replace the compressor on other vehicles in the past and am aware of the cost. All Brands Auto have been the least expensive by far. Honest and direct and only recommend fixing what needs to be fixed. They replaced the compressor the same day, and the owner picked me up from my home to obtain my vehicle. I regret not going to this automotive repair shop in the past. I would highly recommend.

I took in an older van that had failed emissions. It had already been to a couple different shops and no one could tell me what was wrong with it. Steve had it fixed the next day and it passed emissions way under the limit!

Called for radiator they didnt have it they gave me a price and ordered it and had it in the store in 2 hours ended up buying a used one and replaced it myself. They knew I might do that and still had the part ordered and called me when it arrived.

I would strongly recommend not going to this place because of the owner/manager.... Ralph at this shop is a wonderful mechanic but the management is despicable. I tried to pay my $300 bill with my temp debit card, feeling certain the 12/16 expiration date was valid. It was declined due to being expired. The owner, bald white guy with glasses demanded to drive me to the bank - would not accept a check even tho I have been there several times before. Told him I would be right back, leave all my belongings there, and run to B of A. He would not allow me to do this - demanded to drive me in his car. Because I had my dog with me, I said no, we will use my car - he refused to allow me to drive my own car 2 blocks to the bank. Once we got 2 blocks away to B of A, he FOLLOWS ME INTO THE BANK until I told him to stay outside...my card had expired that morning, even tho the expiration date was wrong on it - he would not even hand me my keys until I finished paying at the desk, then sarcastically, he says you are welcome for the ride to the bank.This man is psycho - he treated me like I was a felon after previously doing alot of business there... I will be writing a letter to Cal Am Resorts who has a large number of huge RV resorts here, notifying them to advise their residents and the bulletin board that recommends or advises consumers to stay away from, that this is one place to avoid at all costs. Despicable person.

We have been going to this place for more years than i can remember. Steve and Jerry have always taken great care of our cars. Steve is honest and upfront about what needs to be done and tries to help us when he sees something that might be going bad. Today, they stopped us from having a major blow-out on our tires. Jerry kept reminding me every time I came in for an oil change that the tread was wearing thin so we had them replace them today and glad we did. There was a big chunk of tire gone off one of the back tires and a nail in it. Probably would have blown any day. I will NOT trust any of my vehicles with any other service repair shop EVER. Its like finding a little gold mine in Mesa.

I have a friend tristan hoffman that swears by your mechanic steve and i trust tristan with my life so ill definitely be bringing my 91 f150 in soon it needs a column and the transmission needs to be serviced in some way

I went in this morning to get my bottom radiator hose replaced, the gentleman I spoke to yesterday was waiting for me. I believe his name was Ralfe, very nice man, he took care of the problem and even fixed a dent I had around the front driver wheel, he was fantastic, I will certainly return again for any other problem I might have, and cost was very very reasonable.

Sandro and his team continue to be my choice in auto maintenance. The team is responsive, reasonable, and fair. In addition, unlike an OEM service center, they provide you all the possible alternatives available for your maintenance (e.g. new OEM parts, generic, refurbished, etc…). The team balances the work recommended and the customer’s preferences. My 1994 Toyota failed the emission test. I took it down to Steve at All Brands Auto and he checkedit out. He order a replacement part and replaced a few vacuum hoses. He explained why he did things.What he thought caused the problem and what else he might have to do if the problem wasnt fixed.He asked me to have the van retested and call him with the results. The 1994 Toyota with 226,000 miles passed with flying colors. Thanks Steve
