My car broken down on Friday night while driving from Michigan. Although they have reservations full day on Saturday, they still managed to help me get the car fixed on Saturday so I can keep my travel. With good price. Definitely nice people and a good place for fixing a car

Was able to get me in on a saturday morning when i called them at 10 am. An gave me a more than fair price for what i couldnt do. Great people there!!!

We always get great service and decent prices at Macons, formerly Band B Auto. Rob is honest and dependable, always gives you an idea of what is wrong, and lets you know if he sees anything else that may need attention in the near future.

My car broke down in the middle of the road while driving from Michigan. I was afraid that no one would be able to fix or check my car on a Saturday afternoon. Lucky I found this shop after googling for few minutes. They usually close at 3pm on Saturday. But I explained my situation to them and they showed me love and support. They got my car checked out the same day even tho they were fully booked for the day.

Looks like the business in the building is closed due to health concerns from our local health department.

I always have a good experience at this location. I get what I pay for. I am always given extra information,if I want to follow up on. I enjoy the conversations while waiting on quick services (oil change). Inside could use a womans touch but overall no problems!

They were not able to find the cause of a drain on my battery, but were able to determine nothing was wrong with the charging system of my car. They did find the problem when I needed a boost to get started, the battery started leaking and when the tech checked with a volt meter he found that the battery its self was the cause. Replaced the battery and have been good for the last week with no starting problems.

Oil change didnt go well, after the job was paid for, we went to a store and discovered oil was leaking right after the oil change. We took it back and they corrected the problem, but that is the first time I ever seen that after an oil change. I always took my car to zercher, but the old Lances and never had a problem.

Went to get my oil changed and after they got done we watched them starting to back out and they hit something with the tires not the back bumper. When we said something about it. The guy was rude and they lied about it. I have it on dash cam. So when I post it the truth will show

My cars been there since Thursday and they still say its not done. They told us that itll be done sunday by noon. I called Sunday at 11:30 they said that there was putting it back together. 2:30 rolled around and nothing. They told us itll be done in the morning and here it is 11:30 and when we called to see if its done or if they was close and they said they dont know. First time and going to be my last time. Slow and they take 4 days for a 3.5 hour job. Get you stuff together if your gonna be a shop. Sorry but not sorry.

Service sucks and very unprofessional, have a young kid running the office who is extremely rude. They didn’t even have money to make change for the amount of my bill. Dropped my car off at 8:45 to get 1 tires changed and it took them til 11:30 to get it done, not to mention the guy changing the tire was walking around in flip flops and didn’t seem to have a clue as to what he was doing!!! I will NEVER take my cars to them again!!! EVER!

I dropped my car at 8am to fix compressor problem. No one called me to update me. I called them at 11am, they told me there was no problem, I told them to re-charge the AC and they said yes. I call them back at 3pm and nothing has been done.

Affordable oil change, but be careful when they start telling you that something else is wrong with your car.

Not as friendly and charge way to much and they dont fix it right

I wouldn’t take my car there. Unprofessional. Service sucks. They have a guy there working in flip flops. That’s all I need to say

They quoted car to be done on a Monday but it wasnt done till Thursday Evening.
