The first visit was for a diagnostics and went good the next day I called to see if they could get me in (which they did )to install a pitman arm since I didnt have time to do it my self and have a wheel alignment done . After waiting an 1.5 hour they finally brought the vehicle back up front and told me they couldnt do a wheel alignment with out replacing the tie rods and such, surprised I went in and spoke to the lady behind the counter and she said I owed$60 and it would be an additional $240 for labor, parts, and an alignment. I agreed and went and sat out side . As I was sitting on the bench one of there mechanics came around and entered the front of the building with a unsettling grin on his face that made me think and realized I just spent a week working on my car and I was pretty sure they were trying to RIP me off . So I immediately stepped In and cancelled the work order and went to tire barn to confirm my suspicions since I originally tried to get an alignment done the day before there but couldnt do it due to the fact the pitman arm needed replaced which happen to be the only thing I missed when I replaced everything . I spoke to the manager there which Ive know for years and asked if he could squeeze me he said no he was booked and I asked him if the parts that in and out automobile on 38th street said needed replaced and he also said no the only thing that needed replaced was the pitman arm. Saturday afternoon my wheel alignment was successfully done by tirebarn and no scams . I dont appreciate dishonest people and am truly insulted and wonder how many people have they ripped off !!!

I had an issue with oil in my spark plug well I took it in and they fixed the issue. Nobody is perfect and the repair didnt fix the issue. I brought it back in and the problem was more in depth than we first thought, so they fixed it at a pretty penny. They gave me a discount for bringing in twice and Im very happy. Their mechanics arent perfect (no person is including mechanics) as I stated before but their customer service is. Thanks guys!

I went into this shop recently to get spark plugs and wires changed out on a truck I had just bought right. Well the previous owner stripped out the plugs and even welding a large bolt to one of the plugs and left it like that in the motor right so long store short I was charged a little extra for labor 200 extra plus the services to have them changed originally. All totally understand they did the work I paid without no problems thanked them and went about my business Shortly after I find myself dead on the side of the road. Had to pay a 250 dollar tow because I was over an hour away from a shop. I get a call from the shop asking me who changed out my wires so I told them and I ask why right. Well he says “the person who changed your wires left one they took out sitting right on top on the motor that ended up melting into the motor and frying the computer. This is something Im going to have to have a dealership do now and its not cheap by all means. Idk about everyone else but I cant afford to just go and buy another vehicle because a shop was careless and caused my truck to be ruined and now I work an hour away from my home and cant make it to work. I face losing my job my home my everything all because I needed new spark plug and wires not to mention I just spent 500 to get fixed in shop and 200 to tow it bk to a shop. If you use this place please keep in mind that anything is possible and no one deserves to be in this situation. Not to mention not one thing is being done Bout it. I have called and have been waiting for someone to call me bk and NOTHING. Its horrible I will end up having to take them to small claims court. Which I will do because I dont deserve this kind of treatment nor should I be screwed out of something that helps me support me and my children.
