Came in for 4 new tires and staff ensured me only two was necessary. Told me they love money but no need to over spend. Professional and friendly service.I bought 4 new ones anyway

Well, I called up there on a Wednesday asking if they had my tires in stock- they didn’t (that’s fine, I just decided to have them order.) They told me to be there the next day around 2pm, didn’t get any of my information, I asked if they needed it they said it wasn’t necessary. And said after we got off the phone they’d order. Perfect! Right? So Thursday, I come in, and nobody knows what the heck I’m talking about. No tires were ordered, they claimed “it could be a late delivery” but they couldn’t even find the paperwork saying the order had been processed. One worker even joked with another coworker and said “its not like we’re known for doing this” as he laughs but I’m frustrated because I made time out of my schedule for this and they were nowhere to be found! If my tires didn’t need changed ASAP, I would’ve just left- but I decided to stay and make sure they REALLY ordered my tires and gave them all my information like they should’ve taken from me from the beginning. So the tires got changed Friday.Other than that, prices weren’t drastically expensive- better than other places I called around for an estimate. It was quick, approximately an hour.

These people can’t even air up tires. Took some tires to them to have mounted and balanced and walk in to pick them up and the guy tells me he got my tires on the rims but can’t get them to air up.. took them home and aired them up myself. Stay away from here go somewhere with professional techs. Would give 0 stars if it were an option.

The service, support and quick response to my tire needs was absolutely outstanding. Very respectful staff working to solve a series of issues related to a set of trailer tires. I could not be more pleased with the service and support I recieved. What a great shop, across the board!

He explained things well; and when he need clarification for the answer to one questions, he made sure he has the correct information before answered. Other places I’ve gone have said what they thought instead of checking with the person who was actually doing the work. I appreciated this courtesy. It was a pleasure speaking with Chris. The work that was requested was completed well and in a timely manner.

I had to go here because I have had horrible experiences with tires in marion. I heard great reviews on this place so I decided to give it a shot. Not only did I not have an appointment but the were truely so polite and fit me right in and made my vehicle safe to keep driving. I am very grateful for this place.

Raben tire in Marion does an excellent job. I called Tire and they got me right in as a walk-in. Service was exceptional. Fixed my flat with a patch and rotated my tires. No charge on the rotation. I would highly recommend Raben Tire Marion to anybody looking for tires or repair.

Been going here for years for tires, oil change, and rotation. I have always received excellent service. One time, one of my hubcaps fell off after a change, and they paid for the replacement. I drive a lot so its great that I always get my 5th oil change free!! I highly recommend them!

I was at work out of state so I had to have my father bring my new tires in to mount on my wheels. They got him in without an appointment and I was able to pay for the service over the phone. Fairly priced and good service.

Went to Raben Tire to get front brakes. On the way there, one of the brake calipers blew a piston. They gave me a reasonable price for the repair, and had me back on the road in 2 hours.

Not only did they call me before fixing things but they showed the broken parts.

When our food truck’s lug nuts were froze up and needed a new tire put on, we called everywhere and either they couldn’t help or wanted to charge $300+. We called Raben and they were very professional and quick. It took 15 min and they only charged $30! Wow. Service and advisors were very professional and friendly! We will be back

I dropped my truck off for an alignment and tire rotation. Another issue was discovered and fixed. When I returned to pick up my vehicle the tires were not rotated and the alignment was not performed because of the length of my vehicle. When I drove away my front end was so far out it was unsafe to drive the vehicle.I dropped the vehicle off on Friday and picked it up on Saturday.I feel like the job was rushed through.I was informed by someone there that they probably should have not have done any work because of the length of the vehicle.
