Took my car here. I heard they were reputable so I thought it would be a good idea. Right off the bat, their labor rate is extremely high but i thought because of the quality of work, they were able to charge that much. I recently found out that when they worked on my car, they cut my trailing arms, then welded them together. My guess is they did they for the alignment. I took it to another shop, now I have to buy another pair, and pay for the labor. $500 all due to performance concepts. If you want to pay high labor rates for a shop that cuts corners, charges $300 more than the quote, and puts you and your families lives in danger, then this is the shop for you.

Took a dumptruck to this shop for motor repair as it was missing on a cylinder and wouldnt start, after a month was told he needs a special tool to diagnose issues but offered to reinforce bumper for truck...i agreed it needed repair, another two weeks and yhe owner tells me the truck motor is shot but i owe 2500 bucks for labor... i am still mad about that one. took my truck and now it is completely fubar since i paid 2500 bucks to have my motor taken apart and a bumper kount welded. bad bad biz

These guys are great. Honest, trustworthy and reliable. I have an 88 Volkswagen, which isnt easy to work on, but they always make sure Im in good shape. Theyre communicative, they are very happy to explain any repairs or problems in detail and, unlike other places Ive been to in town, they tell me about small problems I can fix to save me money. Thoughtful, engaged and customer-oriented, I cant recommend these guys enough.

The engine in my vehicle was replaced in 2015 by the owner/technicians at this shop. With less than 10, 000 miles on the new engine, the rear spark plug blew. Two separate technicians from other shops said the spark plug was not properly installed, I googled what causes a spark plug to blow. It confirmed what the technicians said. I have had other costly repairs done here, and the quality of workmanship is all over the place. I would not recommend having your vehicle repaired here.

Very disappointed. My family has taken our vehicles here for years and the quality of service is not consistent and it is quite disturbing. My wife is allergic to smoke. She had to leave her car there to be worked on and when she picked it up, she was not happy when it smelled like cigarettes and had trash on the floorboards. We were reassured that the employees did not use her car for personal errands. After I had extensive work performed on my truck here, I decided to go to another reputable mechanic in town for an oil change. It really burns me to learn that the skid plate along with the mounting brackets were missing. After having to replace them, Ive decided I will not go back here.

Did a great job diagnosing the problem and getting it fixed at a fair price. Recommended by my mechanic (Master Auto Repair) and he was spot on, as usual.

I heard the shop builds engines for the racing community and want to put a turbo on my truck. Normally I work on my own truck. I spoke with the owner in the afternoon. With bloodshot eyes and questionable demeanor, he was very arrogant and talked to me like I was stupid. I will never go back there again.

Terrible customer service. Will not return calls. Will not go back to these guys. Heard they cut corners to get the job done, and after reading others reviews, so glad I did not leave my truck with them.
