Fast service for estimates. Disappointed that repairs are scheduled 2mths out. Seems a little extreme. Didnt give an explanation. Its my fault for not asking.

Would NEVER take my car here again. It is a recommended shop from my insurance. I hit a deer in my car, so we had it towed here to be fixed. They ordered the wrong part, kept saying that the parts weren’t delivered on time, didn’t noticed until they were almost done that I needed a new hood. They ordered it and of course “didn’t get delivered on time.” They called me and texted me to let me know that my car was ready for pick up. After driving 30 minutes to get there, they told me that they scratched the hood while they were putting it back on my car— so they had to paint it again. I went back the next day to get my car. I was driving my car a day or two later and noticed my engine was overheating. We popped the hood— no coolant. Would not recommend this service to anyone!

I had an issue with my clearcoat on my paint. They got my car in while I was on vacation. They are super nice!!

I was so happy with the service provided by Gerber. Johna at the front desk was so helpful and sweet! Our car looks as good as new, and it came back to us washed & vacuumed out too--so appreciated. I will be recommending to others!

I called to try and get an estimate on some damage done to my tailgate on my truck. I exclusively used Gerber and its predecessor for every car accident I have had, thats about 5 in 15 years. It says on the website they do minor repairs , when I called I was told they will not fix the damaged brackets so I can reattach my tailgate, because they will not do something without a insurance claim or it being an accident. All the damage came from a car accident, but at the time I did not want to fix it. Now I want to fix part of the damage causing the most problems and address the dent later and they are saying they will not do that. I understand they do not want to do something so small when other peoples cars have more money to be made in repairs, but this was a simple fix to remove two broken bolts. I could not even get a quote over the phone, I asked if I could bring it in for an estimate and they told me no. I have another car with a broken windshield I was wanting to bring in to fix, but if they will not give me the time of day to even look at my truck, I will not waste my time with any other repairs in the future.

Very disappointed in this place. I picked up my vehicle and they didnt even put the bumper on right. They had to order a clip said it would be in in a couple of days and only take 25-30 minutes to fix, a week later Im calling them cause they never called me and they said oh yeah its in. So I drop my Journey off before 8am tell them Ill be back at 9am to pick it up, I call to make sure its done, they tell me its going to be another hour. It should have been fixed right the first time, so now its just a huge inconvenience for myself. Would not recommend!
