I had a paint warranty completed on my 2011 Toyota Camry and they were exceptional to work with. Their office staff went above and beyond while organizing the warranty work and coordinating with a just meh dealership. Their office staff made sure I was taken care of.I am extremely satisfied with the quality of the work that was completed. The prep work was done well and with great attention to detail. Fit and finish of the panels after reassembly was spot on (arguably a bit better than I gave it to them). The color match to the unpainted portions of the car is excellent and I am very happy with the quality of the application. The paint texture and finish is excellent, I have been looking for a few weeks now and cannot find a blemish in the painted areas. Their attention to detail during reassembly was excellent as well, they even remembered to replace the clear vinyl rock-guard on the dog-leg after painting!I had a lot of word-of-mouth recommendations for this body shop from people in the know and I was not disappointed.

Very courteous and friendly as well as Their Professionalism is 2nd to none as far as Customer Service goes. I had just dropped off my damaged vehicle on 9/27/21 so I cant reply on their level of work and also Enterprise Rental car was there waiting for me everything was done right there at the Collision shop. So it was quick and easy.

Put 2 dents in my 2016 Chevrolet Silverado on the bottom passenger door and fender. Took here and got an estimate from Nick. Scheduled the fix (about 6 week wait time).It was well worth the wait. They did an excellent job on the repair. I was given regular updates on the progress. The paint work is impressive, I have no idea where the old and new paint blend. I highly recommend them for all your vehicle body work.

Extremely fast fantastic work

Had a little run-in with a deer: radiator busted, seatbelts locked, airbag warning light on, all sorts of other issues. I was regularly kept informed of progress and the vehicle looks better than it did when I first got it.

My car is a Toyota Camry. I wouldnt take it anywhere else. They do the best painting job of any body shop in town. My only quibble is they were over optimistic on the delivery date and missed it by a day.

My low rating is due to the fact that I wrecked my car 2 months before they could schedule me in. The day after I brought my car in they call my insurance company for more money and the insurance company deemed it was totaled. I shouldve fixed it myself, at least I couldve done it cheaper and I WOULD STILL BE DRIVING IT! I know the collision center did no work, they literally called my insurance company and said it would require more money. It took 2 months just to have someone look at it and say, nope! More money! At least Vic Koenig offered to look at it on the spot and verify the estimate. If I do have another collision, I will be taking it to Carbondale...js.

Fantastic, going in to get an estimate was super easy and only took about ten minutes. They did an amazing job on our car it came out looking bran new, and they even finished quicker than anticipated. Instead of nine days it got done the very next day which was amazing considering the damage. They were friendly and seemed to really care. They also detailed the inside and cleaned my rims. We were very pleased with the entire process and if we ever need car repair again im sure we will go back.

I was treated very cordially when I arrived at the collision center. The manager came out and told me what was going to happen to repair my van. In the meantime while he was looking at my van in the service area, one of the servicemen came out in the lobby. I was talking to him about it and he told me that it would look as good as new when I picked it up. I was amazed when I saw it after all the repairs had been completed. Be very wary of this company. Called for a back hatch of an 2005 expedition needing to be painted because the paint was peeling. This company said that I would need to buy a whole new back hatch for the expedition and swiftly pulled up one for me to buy at that moment totaling close to $2000. Needless to say I did not do that and found a body shop in the region that knew a little bit about cars and said that 2005 expedition were a trial year for the paint on the tailgate and all it needed to be is sandblasted and repainted with a different type of paint. My total came to $500 compared to the $2000 at this company wanted. Again shop around and don’t take what they say as gospel, would have cost me four times the amount that I paid.

This was the second time that Ive needed auto body work and Marion Collision Center is the top in my book. Thank you for 5 star service from the two girls up front, Emily and Hillary, to Brett outside finishing the detail after it was so much cleaner than when it went in. Thanks again.
