The car was in a car accident and quality auto was very thorough with the Diagnosis of the car. The car ended being total so no repairs were needed. They were very honest about totally Versus repairing the car. Very very helpful. Will always go back with the great customer service we had.

Quality Auto does a tremendous job on their repairs. Sent the vehicle in for some minor bumper repair and the vehicle came back immaculate inside and out. They were timely on quotes and repairs, despite the increased demand from the Derecho. But quality work comes at a quality price.

Went in for a quick quote on adjusting my headlights. I previously was in another shop that could not do it. Quality Auto Rebuilders have repaired two windshields cracks for me. Those were done quickly on a drive up basis and at a reasonable price. They also repaired an air dam that had been broken on parking curbs. This too was done quickly even though their shop is backlogged with major repairs from the year ago dorecho.I am very happy to do business with them.

I had derecho damage to practically every panel on my car including the windshield. Kelly was great to work with. He was very honest and up front from the get go. He kept me informed the entire time my vehicle was in their care (almost a month). If there was something he wasn’t sure about he’d call to get my input or just to keep me informed. Super honest place. I had a vacation scheduled right at the end of the timeframe my insurance company would pay for a rental car for me. Because time was running out and Kelly didn’t want me to pay out of pocket for a rental, they offered me a loaner vehicle of their own and waived the gasoline charge since they went slightly over the estimated time my vehicle would be out of commission and because the loaner vehicle will basically just be sitting in long term parking at the airport. When I returned from vacation, I picked up my car and they did excellent body work. Looks better than before it was damaged. To top it off, I had a medical episode while there due to over exerting myself in the heat. Megan was very accommodating and concerned, offered to call someone for me and provided water, cold cloth and an ice pack. It was very appreciated. This place comes highly recommended by me. I’ve had body work done elsewhere by big name places and I was no where near as impressed. Last kudos go out to the hands that did the actual work. A-1 job! Thanks!

Had minor deep paint scratch. QAR ordered factory color touch up paint stick. Techs repaired scratch and severál more paint chips for no charge in 30 mins. My cost was only $20 for paint stick which they me keep for any future needs. Fast service and fully satisfied with QAR. Would highly recommend to anyone.

Ive consistently used Quality Auto for and damage from accidents etc. But Ive recently started using them for general maintenance as well. Im super happy I made this decision. In other shops, it aways felt like I was getting pushed for repairs that were questionable. Qualitys team is very down to earth. They provide sound advice and their services are very reasonable. My van had extensive scattered cosmetic issues with the paint after being hit by blown shingles on 8/20/2020. It understandibly took 4 weeks to get in for an estimate and in addition they were dealing with bad internet connections to the various insurance company bidding programs.My repairs obviously could come after more seriously damaged vehicles. Paint was repaired in 8 working days in mid April of 2021 and looks great.I have had Quality do repairs on varied vehicles in the past and have never been disappointed with the finished quality.Having worked cleanup in a car dealer body shop in my youth I know it takes quality work by everybody in the shop to turn out quality vehicles that satisfy customer expectations.

Very friendly and professional. I had some light scratches on my hood that they were able to buff out with no issues. Returned my car back to me the same day! The price for the buffing and PDR of a small dent was much cheaper than a total repaint would have been for those impacted areas. Given how inundated auto body shops are in the area (from the April/May hail storm and August derecho), I felt fortunate that I could have an estimate done here. I was led to believe by a Quality Auto Rebuilders employee that my vehicle could be worked on in the coming weeks, because the damage to my vehicle was very minor. After receiving the estimate, I called about three weeks later to schedule repairs, and Im told that the soonest I can get in is March 2021. Estimation process was good. Scheduling process, not so much: I felt misled. Past experiences at Quality Auto Rebuilders were of five star caliber.

Quality Auto is the best. I went through a repair with another shop due to a deer and to Quality for hail. The difference between the two shops was night and day. I have a 2018 Camry and hope to keep it for years to come. Quality did a beautiful job on the outside of my car. Looks really nice and the damage was extensive. Couldnt even tell it had been through hail... and back. They are replacing a door panel on the inside and then it will be good to go. Overall my experience with them was very good. I highly recommend them and will continue to be a customer in the future.
