Went to get an estimate. Great customer service, polite , courtesy, and smiles on their face. Wasnt there long at all. Estimate was done within 20 minutes but thoroughly done.

I took my wifes classic car to D&F collision service Marion Ohio to have it painted a different color. We got an estimate that we thought was very reasonable . We are both so happy that we picked an excellent body shop to do the work. The people were great to work with right from the start. The technicians were EXECELLENT at removing dents and repairing rust work. The paint technician was just SUPER , SUPER, SUPER, at painting and buffing. After we got the car back , we entered it into a car show. There were 125 cars registered , and we took 1st. place from peoples choice. So if anyone needs any body and paint work done, then D&F collision is the place to go.

Do realy good work will use them again if needed

I would highly recommend this place! Our mirror got taken off in a car wash and they paint and put the new one on for a very reasonable price, not to mention when we first came out to have it put on the guy looked at it and said, ya those don’t match very well I need to repaint that! We were like we can’t tell a difference.. he showed us the ever slight difference and repainted it! I was very impressed.I also just recently called them because we were looking at a Jeep that had been painted camo and we were going to wanted it painted so I called to see what they would charge (not holding them to a price, just trying to get and idea) he told me we did not want it, they were trying to hid something and the frames rusted out bad on the year we were looking at. I was truly great full for his honesty because it was for our 17 year old daughter.

They were awesome. Worked smoothly with the insurance to fix damages. Called me and gave me an update on when my car should be done. Not only did they fix the required exterior damage to the vehicle, but they also detailed the inside of my car! (& trust me.... with two dogs... it was a disaster!) Definitely recommend!

This place is awesome! They are very friendly, laid back, and very detailed at what they do. My truck was a mess the left side was trashed by a big buck. From the front fender, both doors of a crew cab, and the 6 1/2 foot bed. These guys did excellent work matching the paint, putting the bed back together as well as the rest of the truck. The truck looks brand new. Would definitely recommend this shop.

Several months ago we noticed that the back door of our Jeep Wrangler would not lock after a minor fender bender. The local Jeep dealer looked at it and told us the entire lock mechanism would need to be replaced (over $300). Because we have been so impressed with D & F Collision in the past, we took the Jeep there for a second opinion. They asked if I had an extra few minutes for the technician to look at it--a great example of their attention to detail. TEN minutes later they showed me a small piece of plastic that had broken off and lodged in the locking mechanism, and just like that it was fixed, free of charge. Honesty in car repair shops is a rare thing these days; I am grateful to have D & F in Marion.

So happy with Dan & the staff at D & F Collision. They definitely know how to make your car good as new again. The tech found hidden damage that was covered by my insurance company even after the initial estimate. A rental car was set up for me when I dropped my car off so I wasnt inconvenienced at all . Great place . Customer service exceptional

After the collision I had a hard time finding a collision shop in my area that had any openings in Union and Franklin counties. The insurance company recommended D&F Collision and Body Shop. From the very first phone call I was impressed. I was told they would keep me updated on the progress of the work being done on my car. They told me I could expect to have it completed by 2/14. I was pleasantly surprised when I got a phone call on 2/9 telling me my car was ready. The workmanship was outstanding, it was like I was looking at a brand new car. Not only did they complete the repairs but they detailed the car both inside and out, something I was not expecting and extremely pleased. They went the extra mile to make my experience that much better. I took the car back to them a couple of days later due to a concern I had but I must stress it had absolutely nothing to do with their work. They took me right it, looked the car over, added oil and attached my sway bars that two other repair shops here in Marysville told me we’re broke and wanted to charge a couple hundred dollars to repair. D&F did all this at no additional charge. They even took the time to make some recommendations to me. D&F has won my business and I will highly recommend them to anyone I know that needs any type of work done on their car. They are honest, professional, excel at their craft and do not gouge their customers. I live in Marysville so it’s almost a 45 minute ride to their shop, but well worth it when you find someone that you can trust! Thank you D&F!!!!

Absolutely 5 star service!! I was visiting from another state and was involved in a car accident. I unfortunately had to leave my car behind without know who was even going to be working on my car. There was extensive damage, but Troy could not have been any nicer to deal with over the phone and emils. He kept the lines of communications open and assured my husband and I that my car would be returned as if it was a brand new car. When we picked the car up this past weekend, he and his team exceeded our expectations! I took my car to D&F after a horrible experience with a friend discount paint job. I wanted it done right and Dan and the whole crew went above and beyond! They went though and fixed all the little details that were done incorrectly and now my car looks brand new. Highly recommend!

This is the second time have taken my car to D&F. They have done a fabiulous job on fixing my Toyota Corola. Their work is perfection and they matched to the exact color. They also garentee their work for life! They made all of the arrangements with having someone there to provide my rental. They made the whole process so easy. These guys are knowledgeable and are great at what they do. When I picked my car up, it was completely washed and detailed inside! I was completely astounded. Let me tell you, my car was gross. Sticky stuff in the cup holders, stuff in the back seat and in the conceals, doghair, and dust. These guys had my car clean and immaculate. This is a service I was seriously thinking of having to pay someone to do, and here they did it for me. I have told all of my friends and family and they are wowed by D&F going the extra mile. Service was supper slow missing bolts and scratched my sons tent on his window they say they clean the cars before they give them back but it was dirty and not happy at all it will go back on Monday they said it was only going to take a week to fix and its been over 2 weeks and still not done right
