Just got a Jackson v delivered came great shape and even in tune I usually just buy at local music go round but if I see something I like at Lincoln store I wont hesitate to buy

He could not have been more helpful- went over, above, and beyond to answer my questions. Then, he had it shipped out immediately after accepting payment and it was received in 2 days. These guys are GREAT to work with! Some of the best customer service I’ve had. I live out of state and coordinating with them to pick up an amp was a breeze. The day I came to pick the amp up (from MN,) they had a huge blizzard and the store was closed, but Rob came and met me at the store so I could pick the amp up. These guys are top-notch. I’d do business with them again in a heartbeat.

Found this place by Google reviews and I see why. We did a bunch of Christmas shopping for our whole family. The customer service was amazing and very patient as we decided what we liked. Gone in a few times since to have some kids guitars re-stringed and the prices are in unbeatable. Definitely recommend them!

I live in Arizona, I ordered a nice Fender Rumble 350 bass amp from them online and had it shipped to me. Just a week later, the amp came to my door, but when I opened it, the cabinet was cracked and falling apart. Now, I knew immediately that it was not the music stores fault whatsoever, but I contacted them and let them know about my problem. They were quick to respond with the explanation that they could file a claim with UPS, I could return the amp, and get a full refund. At first I didnt want to, because the amp still worked. About a week later, after the amp had started to develop problems performance-wise, I decided it was best to return it. The store was more than willing to refile the claim with UPS so that I could return it and get my refund.They were great sports about it the whole way through, even though I caused a lot of pain for them, Im sure. But they responded quickly, got me what was promised and what I needed. They were great, nice people. Ill definitely shop from here online again, or if Im ever in Lincoln. Great guys.

This is a fantastic shop that you should definitely visit while youre in Lincoln. Very fair pricing on guitar gear, and the selection just keeps growing every month! While I no longer live close to Lincoln, the staff shipped off a nice Les Paul to Seattle without any issues -- I bought it off the MGR web portal, which now lets you browse the inventory from the comfort of your home. By the way, if youre a fan of bluegrass, the owner (Rob) is a phenomenal banjo player. As far as selling gear to Music Go Round, its way more convenient than dealing with auction sites, however you should expect to be paid less than the used selling price of the item -- thats how the shop stays in business after all. It certainly never hurts to bring some stuff by to see what youre offered.

Since 2009 I have both sold to and bought from this store. Building an inventory of equipment that I feel is one of the best around. (Very Large sound and lights systems). Rob and the staff have always gave me the best price on equipment purchased and have always gave me the best deal on stuff I have traded or sold to them. The store is always in clean and organized and well stocked. There is hardly a time that I have walked into the store that I have not walked out without buying something I couldnt live without! Very courteous staff and the customer service is TOP SHELF!I have asked to have certain things watched for and have got a phone call when those items have came in. I have purchased each one of them, thats TOP NOTCH service! Rob has went out of his way to order NEW items that he does not carry and to me, thats service that cant be beat!If respect as a customer is what you are looking for when making a major purchase of band gear or an instrument, without the high pressure sales tactics; this is the place for you!

I enjoy shopping here, they have a great selection of used gear. The staff is friendly and helpful. Inventory turns over pretty quickly and there are always new instruments to check out. Inventory is also online at their website.

Drove all the way out here to watch two employees make fun of the customers who came in before us. Wasted 5 minuets waiting at the counter. They didn’t seem to care at all. Honestly didn’t look like they had much of selection anyway. I’ll go somewhere else 100 times before ever stepping into that store again.

Ive been here several times and not once have I been greeted, nor has anyone asked what Im looking for. I made one purchase here and the salesperson said absolutely nothing about my purchase. I asked questions to make sure I was making a good choice and he grunted at me.On my latest visit (October 27, 2018) when I went into the store there were two people behind the counter. They were both looking at computers. Neither one noticed or cared that I was there. After looking for a small vox amp, I asked the guys at the counter. One looked at me, grunted, and said Think theres one in here. He tossed it on the counter and I asked him about the amp. He grunted, Dunno and then plopped back down to watch whatever video was on the computer screen. I said that I would have to think about it and left.Summary: Horrific customer service paired with not caring at all about the product they were selling. I would not recommend this place.... ever. To anyone.Also, the place was a pig sty with the two practice rooms stuffed with junk.

The owner yelled at my daughter and I, demanding she doesnt try the used drum set we were interested in and possibly going to purchase. He keep insisting she was to young at three years of age and the set was very expensive. I know it was expensive - jerk! Never going back.
