I purchased an approximate $5100 digital piano 2.5 years ago. Im the only one who plays it and it looks brand new. Mike..do not know last name but no longer at Mall store was pleasant enough to work with but when I had questions he would refer me to Yamahas web site when I needed simple demonstrations.About 3 months ago one of the pedals started sounding like it was rubbing and definitely noticeable. I stopped in the store. Asked if someone could come take a look. Mike promised the guarantee would be honored should there be a problem with anything.The guy I talked to sat behind the counter. Looked at probably the Yamaha web site and said he couldnt imagine a digital piano having that issue. I asked again for service snd he said they had no one...NO ONE TO SERVICE what they sell? I was so frustrated. I asked about trade in value for a digital baby grand and he offered some ridiculously low amount. He had no desire to help me or direct me for help. A $5100 instrument and they wont stand behind their sale and service!!!Ive always thought Dietz was a reputable place in Lincoln. Definitely changed my mind. Just terrible attitude and service...or lack there of

Helpful staff. Told the lady what instrument I needed for the kid and the school, and she had all the info at hand. Quick, painless and I was out the door in less than 15 minutes. They are geat.

Andy was very very helpful with repairs! we were really worried about my french horn, because i have a band camp coming up very soon and i don’t even live here, and my thumb key was broken. although all repairs may not be as quick as this because they more complex, it was very clear that he knows what he’s doing, he gets it done quick, and for a great price! loved this place

Walked in and was not greeted. People who walked in after me were readily greeted and helped. Walked out keeping my $$ for a new piano. I’ll take it elsewhere.

Not knowing much about instruments, Mike was able to tell us everything you need to know about the violin. He answered all my questions, showed my son how to hold and use the violin, explained in detail about payments and insurance. He went above and beyond, what a great experience we had at dietze Music!

We had an awesome experience with Dietze Music. We worked with Mike and he was incredibly helpful, and put in extra effort to ensure that we had what we needed. We had a piano delivered to us, and the whole process was really smooth. Mike was courteous in giving me phone calls about delivery updates. The store is very clean and welcoming as well. Great selection, and would recommend to everyone.

The guy who helped me played a primus bass riff for me. Thats all you need for 5 stars in a music store lol

Went in to Dietze Music today looking for equipment capable of handling instrumental recordings (thanks, Covid-19! Lol) after finding BestBuy completely picked over. The gentlemanwho helped me was superb! The customer service was amazing and he helped me pick out a professional microphone and accompanying equipment. Would recommend!

Great experience here with knowledgeable staff. They were professional and helpful. My son and I took several visits to find the right instrument. Every time the staff invited us to spend as much time as we needed with the instruments. They answered questions and we found the right fit. It was an excellent experience and we will be coming back for all of our musical needs.

Friendly, knowledgeable staff. I was looking for a list of specific equipment from my sons music instructor. Having zero musical talent I know nothing about the things I needed. The staff helped me find all the things I needed as well as special order an item that I was being picky about. I highly recommend Dietze for all your music related needs.

Im a beginner guitar player and I stupidly broke a string. I had no clue what to do so I called and Jestin answered. I rushed to the store and he was more than helpful. I explained what did and he was sympathetic and super helpful!!! Thanks Jestin for not making me feel like an idiot, helping me by replacing my string, and for being so so nice!!

I didnt buy anything but the service I was given was amazing. I looked at the guitars and was shown some cheap and manageable amps that I could buy for a small amount of money.
