I ordered a new garage door and garage door opener with magnetic decals. I called to purchase with everything decided before I made the call, trying to get the salesperson to call me back was impossible, and when I did reach him he seemed like he was to busy to take my business after telling him that I knew what I wanted he finally took my order, should of seen the red flags. After I placed the order it was 3 months with no updates, wasnt until I called probably 5 times to get information about my order and said it would be about another month which was fine but left me hanging for that long is unacceptable. The door comes in and they installed it with a big gap that I could put my hand through, but the installer thought it was okay, so I called asked them to fix it and when the guy came out he acted like it was my fault I was taking time out of his day. They did not install the door opener because a few days before It was supposed to be installed they decided to give it to someone else despite having my order in for about 5 months, so I had to wait again. It was finally installed about 30 days later, I then had to ask about the door decor, which they said they would install them soon, I had to tell them I asked for magnetic ones, which is what was on the statement, but they decided not to order them because the salesperson is incompetent. Its been 9 months later, I never got them, tried call but no one has answered. Mind you everytime I call the salesperson is always on the phone and not once has ever called back. It took 4-5 attempts each day to talk to him. Complete failure on all aspects with this business.

We were preparing to leave for vacation when our garage door decided it didnt want to stay closed...I put in a call at 8 AM and our problem was resolved by 930 AM that very same day. Technician was knowledgeable and friendly. I would recommend this company for your residential garage door needs.

Noah Kaylor from Raynor Doors came to my home the same day that I called. He diagnosed the problem and was back the next morning. He fixed my garage door and I though that the bill was going to be around $1000. It was only a third of that. I can’t recommend Raynor highly enough!

I called early in the morning for an issue of my garage door not opening/closing. They were able to send Noah out to our house before lunch time and he had the issue resolved very quickly! He pointed out some things that could be fixed but was definitely not pushy at all. Great service and a great price!

Terrible customer service. They ignored multiple calls and emails, kept rescheduling. When they did come, technicians were nice but couldnt figure out issue. After waiting another week for them to schedule a follow up visit, I hired a different company. They overcharge as well. Send two guys to the job so they can double the service fee. The company that actually fixed my opener, sent one guy and was less than half the price of the service call from Raynor that they didnt even do anything. Would not recommend at all.

My garage door spring broke on Sunday afternoon. I called first thing Monday morning and they were at my house by 1:30 on Monday afternoon. They were very professional and friendly. I would recommend Raynor Doors very highly and their prices were more than fair.

When our overhead garage door opener quit working, we called Raynor Doors. They were great at scheduling an appointment that worked with our schedule. The technician who came out was actually early, worked quickly and was able to fix the opener. They were very reasonable with their prices, too!

Had a tech come out this morning and took a look at my garage door issue. The guy was super honest about the whole situation and said he unfortunately could not solve the problem because of the brand of opener. He didnt charge me for the service trip and told me who I should call.I cant speak to the service but I greatly appreciate when someone is transparent with me and doesnt try to screw me out of some money.

Came to our home within 2 1/2 hours and repaired the door quickly. The repairman knew exactly what was wrong and had the parts! Very friendly and polite, cost of repair was not high.

We have been waiting on our garage door to be delivered since July 12 it is now August 4. They didn’t order the door for 8 days after July 12. When we said we would cancel they said we’d have to pay for all shipping back and forth. This is from the VP of sales. We are still waiting for it to be installed. I would not recommend this company.

I needed repair on my garage door so I called late in the week and the man on the phone was very nice and got me on the schedule for early the following week. My appointment comes up and sure enough no one shows up. I call and was told I wasn’t on the schedule. Already having take off the morning of work I’m pretty annoyed at this point, but they told me they would do everything they could to get out that afternoon or the next day for sure. Afternoon goes by, next day goes by, no phone call or anything. I got a phone call a couple days later from them that I ignored as I ended up going with a different company at this point. Will not be using them or recommending them in the future to anyone

We had our garage door break with our cars in it on the weekend. They came on a Sunday morning and fixed it. The cost was higher than I thought it would be, but I thought Id call them later because I was just so happy to not be held hostage by our garage door. Before I even called them, I got a phone call from them. They noticed that we were overcharged (without me asking them) and refunded us the money. Now thats an honest company. I would highly recommend.

We had a very unpleasant experience and would not recommend Raynor Doors. My father in law used Raynor in the past and suggested them to us. My husband and him stopped in the office over 3 months ago to discuss replacing our garage door. They worked out a deal with an older gentleman for a discontinued door than proceeded to call several times to set up a time for installation and never received a call back. I than tried a month ago to get someone out here and after 3 phone calls and another 10 days I got a hold of someone. A representative came out that day, spent about 10 minutes with us, did not give us any pricing or an estimate, asked for my email, said he would email me prices and never did. I called back several days later and he told me he had sent the email but was on vacation so it may not have gone through. He promised to try again and call me to follow up. That was over a week ago.

The quality of work was good. It took a few months to get the door in.

Heard about your company on Jack Mitchells LNK TODAY. Door broke on Christmas Day. Called Raynor the next morning and they came out early afternoon to replace springs and check all systems on both doors. Nate was knowledgeable and very friendly. Cost was almost $100 less than competitors! We would definately refer people to Raynor Doors!

I called to inquire about a spring repair on my garage door. They told me a technician would call me to discuss. I hadnt heard back so I called to ensure it was still on their radar. When I told the person that answered the phone I had left a message over 24 hours ago his response was, Did you need it fixed yesterday? Shocked at the response, I just shared I expected a call back to discuss what was going on and to get on the schedule (even if it is some time out I understand there is a schedule). I decided to go elsewhere. My next call to another repair service was exactly the service I had expected. They gave pricing to come out and look at the door, pricing on the spring I knew needed to be replaced, and I was put on their schedule during that call.

I will not recommend Raynor Doors, they were at my home for maybe 45 mins and was charged for Trip charged for over $100 (40 mins drive) and a service charge for them to drive and do the call and back to Lincoln, so my bill was $272 for just service and drive time and $55 worth of parts. Spoke with a manager, and I told him that he needs to let people know when they send them out to drive more then 30 mins what their bill may be, his response was they were supposed to let me know that! Didnt get apology either.... Try and STAY LOCAL if you can.

Worked with them in the past and they were professional and did good work. However I had a spring break on a Thursday. I couldnt get on the books until Monday, and then I couldnt get a more definitive time than sometime in the afternoon. I dont know if they are under-staffed or if residential work just isnt as important to them or what, but I cant recommend them for repair work.

Awful. When I called to make the initial contact, I asked the gentleman on the phone if he was bored. I was given a quote, and it seemed appropriate, although I would have appreciated a thank you after we finished. The appt was scheduled for this afternoon, and I called at 1:30 to get a firm time. I was not able to leave a message as the voice mail was not set up properly,so I called back in about 10 minutes. I talked to an actual person who was unable to tell me when my appt would be because the scheduler was out of the office. I was then told the scheduler would be back in the office within the hour. I hung up, called Pioneer Overhead Door. They met Raynors price, and they were pleasant and interested in having my business. I cancelled the appt with Raynor. I had to ask the gentleman on the phone if he was interested in knowing why I cancelled. He was not.

Warranty is not much good when a company doesnt bother to return calls.Installed new door opener with warranty and despite three voice mails, never responded when we need repair two years later. Had to pay a competitor to get the work done. Lame.
