I had capital overhead install two doors, motors, key pad, and all new hardware this week and they did a fantastic job all the way around. I knew they were very busy but they kept in touch with me throughout the process and came to measure then install all in a timely fashion, I would definitely go with capital for the good pricing and great service

After several weeks trying to get another company to company fix an overhead door, I called Capital Overhead. The first company came out once with 2 guys and spent 2 hours to fix the chain only for it to break again and told me that they would call me back. I got tired of waiting and called Capital Overhead and they sent one guy and he fixed the chain, replaced the board, and oiled all the hinges in only an hour! The repair guy was very professional and friendly. I highly recommend this company!

Our door had been giving us a lot of trouble (alignment of the eyes, cables coming off the drum, getting stuck, etc.) for a few months after my wife clipped it with her suv. Finally it got stuck in the open position for good. Thats a security risk, so time was a factor. We first called a competitor because Capital had a longer lead time to come out. The competitor gave us a list of all the things wrong with the door, told us he couldnt fix it, and gave us an estimate of $2,800 to replace it. The door had given us enough trouble for so long that, resigned to that fate, we then asked Capital to come out to also give us a quote. The guy came out the next morning and said, Let me see what I can do with the existing door first before selling you a new door. He worked hard and replaced some parts and our door is now working again. Thank you Capital. Were glad we called you.One final point: In the list of deficiencies previously given by the competitor, one issued listed was that the opener was Under powered for the door. at 1/2 hp. In their $2,800 replacement quote they listed a new operator. I googled their model number listed in their quote, and surprise: It too was 1/2 hp. So again, glad we waited for Capital.

One star is more than this company deserves. I had called them to help with a broken door and the person who answered the phone was extremely rude. They acted like they were above my phone call. Would not recommend. Awful awful communication. I had to go elsewhere.
