We were very impressed by this team and their high quality work and customer service. We had our garage door replaced and they handled everything quickly and went above and beyond with clean up - even cleaning up some of our own mess in the garage! They were extremely professional with social distancing when we interacted. Side benefit: it gave our kids some great non-tv entertainment to watch for a good couple of hours! :)

Unaccommodating appointment scheduling. If you live on the north side of town, plan on only being able to get an early morning appointment.

Great installer. Very knowledgeable and helpful. Gave a window of arrival time, called that he was hung up on a previous job and would arriving near the end of the window. Still arrived during the window and did a great installation. I would highly recommend this company and really like the product.

I really appreciate how responsive they are. They usually have someone out the same day I call when I have a problem with my garage door opener. The service people are friendly and efficient.

This company is very busy and there needs to more like them. They were able to take care of us over at Leach Camper Sales, but we had to wait a little over a week for an appointment. I also had to call, leave a message, and use their website with my information in order to get in contact with someone. But once, the technician arrived for the doors he easily did the work of 2 men. Very impressed. We are now up and running smoothly and our shop technicians are very happy with the work he did.

I would look at one of the other garage door companies before using these guys.

I am a do it yourself type of guy, so I called Overhead Door about the new noise I was hearing from the garage door opener. The gentleman I talked with was very helpful and told me what to look for. As it turned out I needed to take the unit down and into their store. They reconditioned the unit for $42.04 (parts and labor -- 6/30/2017). Great price. Honestly, it took me 5-hours to play around with the project and I would have been better off having them come out and do that work and make other adjustments. Nice helpful folks to work with, I highly recommend them. Very pleased and impressed.

I have made several purchases here and used them for many repairs over the years on rental properties I used to work for the staff is very knowledgeable and does quick and quality work and repairs.

Our garage door spring broke on July 29. I called Overhead Door and they had someone come put in a temporary clamp about an hour later. They ordered the new springs and installed them two days later. My wife and I were very happy with the service, the technician, and the price.

Nothing but top notch service from these guy! Over the years weve used them many, many times and they are always professional, and dont spend your money for you. I am so impressed with these people. We have had two stupid mishaps with our garage door in the last couple years. They have come out both times within that day and been EXTREMELY fair in what they have charged us to do the work. These are honest people and I highly recommend them.

Made the mistake of making an appointment with pioneer overhead door. They stood me up twice! Overhead door came to fix our garage door the same day I called! We will be using this company again!

Had the job done for my work truck in a timely fashion with friendly staff.

They used a one-car door opener in my 2-car door in my brand new construction house. After a year it is malfunctioning all the time because it cannot handle the work and they don’t care because the warranty is expired. Every time I had to pay $70+/hour for a technician to fix it. Very upset with this company.

Called them at 9:30am Monday, expecting them to be swamped already. They had a tech here (Milford - out of town service call) and the door repaired by 4pm same day. Doesnt get much better than this.

Judging by the aggressive and dangerous way members of this company drive their vehicles, my guess is that these people are pushy and arrogant.

The spring broke on my garage door. I was able to get it fixed within a few hours. None of the other places I called could get anyone out to do for several days. I appreciate that kind of service and will call Overhead Doors everytime.
