Yesterday I visited the Lincoln Walmart. In the self-checkout at 4:45 and 100 degrees outside. I was double charged for an item in the self check, but didnt realize it until after the transaction was complete.I talked to the clerk and he agreed. He told me he could do nothing about it because the manager wasnt available and customer service was closed. He suggested I come back at another time to get the refund or wait for the manager to return. I spoke to a second clerk and she said the same thing. I asked him to contact the manager to come take care of the situation and he told me he couldnt.I tried the number listed for the store and pharmacy and it just rang endlessly.I ended up waiting with perishable groceries until almost 5 before the manager showed up and was very rude when I explained the situation, gave no apology and made excuses to justify the closure.There were other customers who were waiting as well.This is awful customer service and a store should never have this happen. Someone should always be available, especially during busy hours.I have been coming to the store for many years and never had a problem like this.This person does not have proper management skills and should learn proper customer service and communication skills.

Pharmacy I like. Always nice Pharmacist and Assistance. I really like Kathy and Scott helpful and knowledgeable. Always respectful and courteous to me. Appreciate you!

This was my first visit to this Walmart in Lincoln. The store and parking lot were clean and there were not carts all over the parking lot. Staff were very helpful and friendly. I would recommend this Neighborhood Walmart!

I love the pick up option and service at this Lincoln CA location. The app is great. The ability to alert them when youre on your way AND check in when you arrive and indicate your parking spot makes it fast and easy to get your delivery.The staff is always helpful and friendly. They do an excellent job of keeping health and safety a priority during COVID.Carter helped me today and he was awesome! I wish the company allowed us to tip the associates who work pick up because I would have liked to leave him a tip. He told me they arent allowed but said I could fill out the online survey to let the company know how he did. Give him a raise Walmart!

Pretty much as good as youll get at a Walmart. The pickup is usually pretty accurate. Most of the employees are friendly. Parking is hit or miss at this place. Try to go at off times if you want to be able to find a good parking spot.

I was shopping with my 74 year old Mother, who was obtaining her pharmacy meds, and the gal who was helping her at the counter kept referring to my Mother as hun/hon; a term of endearment. That is so very inappropriate and unprofessional. It was embarrassing, which caused us to walk away in a hurry. It was totally unbelievable. It is demeaning. Train your staff better!Thankfully, we were able to have a better experience, once we left the pharmacy.

I seen a vacuum cleaner there but not to sure if i wanted to buy it so i ask a associate that was working really nice lady kinda blond hair anyways she was grate everything she told me was good so i decided to buy it i just wish i remembered her name. This was the vacuum cleaner i just bought and thank you again you was awsome

Its convenient for Lincoln, however, I was in a hurry and I went through the self check that didnt accept cash. There was no sign of warning about this. When I went to pay it was a huge hassle and it took 15 mins to get me to another register to ring up my things again. The girl that was helping me was a sweet heart though.

Most of the time Im able to run in and run out with what Ive needed to get, didnt have to wait to much and love the fact that heres way more self check outs

Busy on a Saturday afternoon. Clean inside and was able to use the self checkout for a speedy exit. The limited parking is a con.

I was surprised with all the items they have available. It was clean, well stocked with everything. Even things people are looking for Covid cleaning

I go to Walmart often. Their prices are very competitive and the availability of products is excellent. I enjoy shopping there.

If I can avoid the big Walmart and get away with getting everything I need at the little Walmart neighborhood market I will! Its economically priced and typically has everything I need with plenty of things I dont need per se BUT.... I WANT them 😆 They have the biggest selection of vintage candy Ive ever found. Candy bars and other sugary delights that I havent seen in a grocery store in over 30 years. Brings me back to my childhood. Granny ALWAYS had the best candy jars 😋

Dr. Shepard is a great dentist with a good sense of humor. He is very skilled and knowledgeable about everything teeth. If youre looking for a dentist, this is a great place.

Wish there were more if these obsoleted, green walmarts around still.This is one of the few left in the area . But its (for walmart) a decent place. Friendly associates, fresh produce and dairy and clean too.

Its so nice to have this place in town when I dont want to pay Safeway prices though it is typically a little more than WalMart superstores. It is usually pretty clean compared to other big WalMarts and the employees are always very helpful. This place does seem to be out of a lot of products. I definitely cant complete my whole shopping list here but when I need milk on the way home from work, this is my go to spot.

They have all the basics and then some. I can usually find everything I need at less cost than Raleys. However, their produce is sub par and not well cared for.

I periodically use their grocery pickup for dry goods and more non-perishable items. Their produce is often pretty small and goes bad very quickly, if not already past its prime when I get it. More than once Ive gotten meat that still has a lot of time before expiration but is rotten upon opening. Its disappointing because their prices are great but we dont shop here that often because we end up going to other stores anyway for the meat and produce

Smaller Walmart located in Lincoln Ca.Clean and everyone was pleasant.More of a hometown grocery store feel.We stopped on our way home and we were pleasantly surprised at how well organized this Walmart is.Took us no time to get what we needed and get back on the road.

I was expecting a full Walmart, so I was surprised to find a grocery store/drug store only. Its large. The employees seemed friendly. They didnt have what I was looking for.

Im not a fan of big corporate stores but this is one of the best Walmart neighborhood markets Ive been in.

I gave it 3 stars only because the employees who bring the groceries out are polite. But the parking lot is filthy with trash and could be washed down. My online order is constantly and consistently having items out of stock or not available after I place the order. I have walked into the store and bought the items I needed on the online order that were not received because of being not available .

Im ready to go to another store. They do not have things I regularly used to buy there. Its pretty frustrating. Ive asked managers about it and they have no answers

My review is kind of mixed, I would rate the grocery pick up 4 Stars, they are aways fast, most of the time friendly, and really easy to get in and out. Never have an issue, and if we don’t want something or change our mind they always help us out and take care of what we need. The only reason I didn’t rate 5 stars would be because of how dirty the parking lot you have to wait in always is, its right next to the stores baler, and there is always trash flying about.My 3 Star rating is for actually shopping inside, I was more on the fence of 2.5, but just rounded up. Inside is never pleasant when I go in, mostly because of the rude people shopping and the cleanliness of the store, especially during a pandemic. The employees standing at the door watch people come and go through the wrong ways, maskless and don’t say anything. Thats an issue for me, so therefore I do grocery pick up.

Perfect mini-Walmart to stop in and pick up almost any item you may have forgotten on your Walmart-Superstore shopping list. These smaller Walmarts are convenient and fill a very essential need in our community. This particular Walmart Neighborhood Market is always busy, bu the staff there are friendly, local and welcoming. Good place to shop.

Every time my wife goes to NHM here in Lincoln they never have fried chicken. I will say Walmart fried chicken is the best in town. I worked at a manager at that store and the hot case was expected to be full from 10am til 7pm. Time to look for a new management team.

Today at 7:20 am I came into Walmart just to pick up some groceries for the day. I pass 3 Walmart’s and this Walmart is always the best one to go to . But today amongst other made it remind me why I shop here . As I walked passed an isle on a mission an associate Tyler looked at me and told me that he appreciated me coming in and wished me a great day at that moment it made my day he took time to make me feel better as well as Acknowledge me . I wish I would have gotten his name but defiantly best customer service I’ve been in multiple times and he has always had a friendly face and interacts with customers as they ask questions . I really do appreciate this thank you Lincoln Walmart and thank you to the Gentlemen.

Well stocked the day I was there to shop.

They carry certain items here that are much less expensive than at Raleys. However, their produce does not compare. So, for general grocery shopping, I recommend this place, you get more for your $$.

I love coming here everytime I come thru the area. The store is convenient to the freeway and the staff are great. but from now on I wont be shopping at any stores across the US. They just lost one trucker. Who spends on average per month over 500.00 on food and supplies, because yall want to be sheepal. This virus although tragic is no worse or better than the flu, cold, or any other illness.Tragic, I wont be enjoying your stores anymore. Sa Lavis.not worth the hassle.

Im not a huge fan of the neighborhood market store format. It always seems like a gamble if they are going to have what Im looking for and is mostly grocery. However it is a convenient location in downtown Lincoln and it has self checkout, but is NOT open 24 hours. The parking lot usually has a lot of debris and needs to be refurbished.

If you like saving money on groceries Walmart is the place to go. I am always pleased with their variety. This particular neighborhood store isnt super modern but hey it leaves me with more money in my pocket. The employees are there to help and very friendly.

Best prices for whole roast chickens in town. Produce is pretty good, many organic choices. Great overall neighborhood market, well stocked, Asian & Hispanic products, pharm items, but can get crowded and parking lot is grungy.

The girl with the rainbow hair in the meat department was extremely friendly and helpful. Not only did she help me locate what I needed in her area, she helped me find the other things I was looking for. The store is close knit - everyone knows each other. Super helpful and cute for a WalMart!

The neighborhood markets dont have as big a grocery stock as does the Superstores but its a great place to get name brand or equate brand groceries very cheaply. Especially compared to the local Raleys or Safeway stores. A great quick stop for a great price. They even carry gluten free grocery!

They run out of stock and half the time dont reorder, just discontinue products

This is a great place to grab some groceries on your way home, or grab lunch on the way out during your commute. The small footprint, and clean aisles lend to a clean and well kept feeling throughout the store.

Love the smaller size of this nearly grocery only Walmart store. Same discounted prices as the big Walmarts without the physical workout going from one Department to another. It carries nearly everything I normally buy on a grocery trip. Only a few items have I found that I have to go into a bigger store for. I wished they carried Little Debbie granola bars and shampoo for colored hair but other than those two items they meet my grocery needs.

Selection is overall very good. The checkout lines have had a 10-15 minute wait recently. The self checkout lines are usually very fast. We try to only buy a few items so we arent wasting too much time waiting to pay.

Store employees dont know where anything is located. The check out clerks are more interested in their own conversations than actually checking you out. And worst of all THEY ARE THE ONLY STORE IN LINCOLN TO CHARGE FOR BAGS,
