My daughter is a college student and they took advantage of her. She had a slow tire leak and they were supposed to fix it. They called her and said the tire needed replaced. I can fix a nail hole with a plug and know what it takes. Charged her over $210 for 1 tire replacement. The tire itself they charged her $183 for plus the installation fee. The same tire I can buy elsewhere for $80. The problem is I am over 6 hours away and my daughter made a choice to have it fixed at this location and they flat took advantage of a college kid.* *After reading my post the GM from the store called and made this right with me. He explained the situation and the tire that was put on the car. He offered a $50 refund on my total and explained they have a tire match guarantee. He was helpful and I appreciated him making this right for my daughter.

I called ahead to see how busy they were and I received an honest response which I appreciate. The staff were very friendly! I have only good things to say about my whole experience.

No option for poor Integrity. They would not honor the Ford battery pro-rated warranty listed right on the battery that was bad. Really sad that the integrity of Anderson has seriously dropped. They will not see any of my six Ford vehicles again.

I needed an oil change and tire rotation. I called in the morning, Gary got me in within an hour, and I had the car back by lunch. Kind people, easy process, fair price. Will come back in the future.

They try to make excuses on why they wont fix your vehicle then try to leave you stranded if you dont have it fixed by them. Also extremely slow. Should be called Slow lane IMO.The best part of this places reply is I wasnt in for an oil change. Also another thing I dont care for how many of the people at this place are condescending and rude. Just pay attention to how they resolve conflict. They have no customer service skills.

I went online to schedule an appointment for an oil change, and noticed the message on their site indicating that no appointment is necessary. So I made the mistake of driving 20 minutes up there, only to be told sorry, were booked for the day when I got there at like 2:00. That was suboptimal. Do yourself a favor and make an appointment every time.When I came back a couple of days later for my appointment, the service was courteous and the work was done in a bit less than an hour. They performed the works service even though I had specifically told them when I made the appointment that I only needed an oil change. I didnt bother arguing with them, I just paid the extra $10.So overall, not a delightful experience, but Ive had worse at other places.4/26/21 Update: They called me this morning and apologized for the extra work / charge. They said theyll refund me to $10 difference.

Really nice of them to not charge to put on my spare, but turns out my tire was repairable. You would think they would have known that.

I have the worst experience doing oil change at this shop. They worked fraudulently with me and probably with other new people who come to them. I chose to do regular oil change, first, and when they finished it they shocked me by saying that my car takes only Synthetic Oil and they double charged me. They need to stop lying and work with people more efficiently and with transparency. This was the first time changing oil at their store and will be the last time. What a Scam!!!!

My sister and I were driving from Illinois to Colorado with my two small children when the AC in my Pathfinder stopped working on a 90 degree day. The staff went above and beyond to communicate with us and make us feel comfortable. They helped us find a hotel and had the car ready the next morning when they said they would. We were very pleased with all of their service and interactions!

I took my car in for an oil change around 10 in the morning. They said there was about an hour wait. At 12:30 I called to check the status and they said they were just pulling it in for the service and it should take 30-45 minutes. I showed up at 1:30 (1 hour later) and they had not even moved it yet. Still waiting. Good thing I didnt sit and wait for it for 4 hours...Update: They gave me $15 off of my oil change to make up for how long the service took.

Showed up 2 hours before close for an oil change only to be turned away. The point of going to Quick Lane was because my last oil change at Anderson Ford took 4 hours when I was the second appointment of the day. No appointment necessary evidently isn’t true.

Other than a considerably long wait the service was good.

The workers here were extremely pleasant and helpful. I was road tripping from Ohio to Oregon and stopped here as my skid plate was hanging low and dragging on the road at times. They helped me get it correctly bolted back to the car and I was on my way in no time! Super nice, super helpful people with great service! Definitely recommend!!

AMAZING!!!! I have always had good luck at Anderson! We go there for general maintenance. The service advisors are amazing! They take the time to make sure that you get what your car needs at an affordable price. They are excellent at showing proof for when parts are needing replaced. I also love the price match guarantee that they offer on tires!

Said it wouldnt be more then an hour for our pickup to get finished. It took 3 hours for a simple oil change and to look it over. So if you are wanting a fast place I do not recommend them. We will not be going back.

Even though its a first come first served place, they give time estimates up front. They even notified me (before service started) that it would be an additional 10-15 minutes for a tire rotation with my oil change. And asked if that was okay, before starting the work! Super friendly staff who answered all of my questions. This is where I bring my moms car, however, I may consider bringing my vehicles here.

Every time we take the car in, they tell us we desperately need a new cabin air filter. Despite us telling them it was already replaced within 15,000 miles. Do they even look at the filter? Or just add it on because enough people will just listen to them? Wish we had more than one Ford dealer in town.

Was told it would be an hour to hour 15 wait for an oil change. Here I am two hours later and car is just getting worked on. If you want a simple job done, go schedule an appointment at another place. These guys should change their name.

Took my truck in for regular service on 1-15-19. The next day it throws a tire pressure sensor fault. Not the first time this has happened. Went back out today, 1-21-19 and was told I was seventh in line and it would be awhile. Not going back. So much for quick! So much for honoring the quality of your work! They dont take appointments! Ill find somebody else.*** UPDATE ***After posting the above review, I received a phone call from Andrew, an owner of the business. We discussed my issues. I was asked if I would bring my truck back in to allow them to remedy the problems. That service visit was today, 1/24/19, at 4:30 pm. A deeper inspection yielded a TPMS sensor with a near-dead battery. Hopefully, next time I see you guys will be the next scheduled service. Thanks.

Very put off by the advertisements for no appointments needed and the wait times for services and lack of customer service. If you call to inquire on wait times you get a vague answer about who may or may not show up before you make it in for first come first serve. It makes it very difficult to plan or allow time especially when you dont have a family member to be able to drop you off for longer wait times. I shouldnt have to take time off of work for routine maintenance especially when a maintenance package is purchased when you buy your vehicle.

Nothing is quick about this place. The customer service is excellent. Prices are higher than other places. Probably gonna find somewhere else. Oil changes should not take an hour and a half. Maybe consider hiring more technicians and get things moving.UPDATE: IF I COULD GIVE THIS PLACE NEGATIVE STARS, I WOULD. Went back for another oil change. At least they told me it would be an hour before they could get me in. I left the vehicle with them for 3 1/2 hours. When I returned, guess what? Car hasnt even moved. Just canceled and left. Person at the counter didnt seem to care at all. Was just like, no bug deal, and also left the keys in the car with it unlocked. Terrible customer service. Wow, its as if they tried to do everything wrong. My first time ever writing a review because my experience was that bad.Brought in my 14 Silverado for a couple things. Got two tires changed, picked up the truck with TPMS light on, wasnt on before. I couldnt believe it when I took it to the local tire shop and there was no sensor in one of the wheels! They must have broke it and just placed a regular stem in with no sensor. Also, I asked to keep the tires to use one as a potential spare, but they threw them away instead. They also did a wheel alignment. Truck drives straight just the steering wheel is a bit off to the side; not a big deal just annoying. But then I find out a couple weeks later my tie rod is bad and making noise. If there are skilled people working there, they would have it changed or at least recommend the fix since they are literally touching the tie rod when they do the wheel alignment! Oh and for the cherry on top, they forgot to change my oil when I literally watched the guy write down all the things I requested to get done. This is not my first bad experience here either.

I have never had any issues with this place. As a matter of fact these guys saved me from waiting the weekend in multiple instances. Jeremy and crew are awesome to work with.Thanks

They told me it would be 1 hour before they took it back....UPDATE: the GM did call me just before a staff meeting to inquire about this review. He was extremely polite and seemed sincere when he said that he was sorry about this experience and he would make sure to remind the rest of the team to keep customers updated on delays and such even on his day off. I very much appreciated the fact he reached out to find out more about the issue.

Great service!! One of the best quick lanes Ive ever been to. Work performed fast with excellent professionalism. Took care of our vehicle in a bind while passing through Nebraska.

The guys here took such good care of me. Had a carrier bearing going out and got my tires rotated and oil changed. When I got my truck there was a rubbing noise and these great guys fixed it with no problem. Wheel weight was rubbing. Nothing but excellent service.

Called for an alignment, they got me and did it fast too! No appt necessary, other shops said they were booked for weeks and wanted UP TO $115, Ford did it for $90 after all said and done!

I stopped by to get an oil change with a free oil change coupon I had gotten in the mail. They said it would be over an hr before they could get me in, which is long but I understand as I on a Saturday in the late morning. I decided to pass and go to my regular place, but I gave the coupon to a friend of mine. They went to use it and were told they couldnt because it hadnt been sent to them. Nowhere on the coupon does it say it had to be the recipient of the mail who used the coupon. That was a couple of weeks ago, and I just got another of the same coupons in the mail that expired almost two weeks ago.

Went to the quick lube and was told a couple people ahead of me when I came in. Waited three hours for an oil change. Not the only issue I had with the quick lube, one time I came in and they serviced my vehicle. When I left I got no more then a mile away and the vehicle shut off on me on the side of the interstate. Got out and checked the dipstick and not even a dip on the stick. Yes I was told that there were a couple vehicles ahead of me but when someone sits in the waiting room for a while, then walks over to Wendys, sits and eats there, walks back taking a little over a hour and none of the people ahead of them have moved thats a problem. Multiple empty bays with no mechanics working in those bays. I didnt even see the service manager until I left this feedback then he stayed out on the floor until I left. Not even an attempt to apologize to me. Not looking for something free I am just looking for better customer service. Lets put it this way, you have my number and you know how to get ahold of me. I would expect a call from Mr. Anderson himself if you really want to work this out.

Went in for an oil change, one person in the waiting room, multiple bays open in garage, and it took AN HOUR AND A HALF to change the oil! Ridiculous! Then go to check out at the counter and they charged $61. FOR AN OIL CHANGE.... they rotated the tires without asking then charged me for it. Won’t be coming back to this place unless they figure out proper customer service.Update: They reached out and remedied the situation. Would try them again to see if the service is improved.

My parents had bought me new tires here over a year ago, so when I noticed one of my tires might have a leak, I decided to return to get it checked out. they got me in right away, and it was taken care of in a half hour!! I wasn’t charged anything since there must have been a warranty of some sort on the tires. I will definitely return next time I have issues with my tires.

We were happy to find this place when our tire went flat and we were trying to get home. They went the extra mile to find the right tire and change it quickly. If you live in Lincoln this should be your go-to tire place! Thank you!

Clean wait area or you can sit in the Ford dealership lounge. Wifi is great. Staff is friendly. Service was quick and my Explorer was clean when returned to me. Regular maintenance performed but still did a thorough inspection.

Not very quick, I have tried 3 times to get in and have a simple error they made fixed. Called in each time (as advised by them) to let them know I was coming. Each time was told they would get me right in, just to find I had 45 - 2 HR wait when I got there before just my car could be seen. This is not acceptability as I have an hour drive just to get there and try to coordinate with my work schedule.

I went in here to get my tire moved to a new rim, and whoever did the job didnt even check if the new rim would fit on the car before mounting the tire on it, and it didnt fit. So they made me sit and wait for 20 minutes while they made an easily preventable mistake, and then made me pay them for it while I went home at a loss of time and money with no return. Absolutely stupid and annoying.

They are way over priced and gouge you on prices. They said it takes 30 minutes to change a cabin air filter, which it should only take 10 minutes max. $60 later...Definitely not going back.Edit: they called and said they will look at their prices. Hopefully they change the price based on difficulty and not a blanket charge for all vehicles. My vehicle literally takes 2 minutes to change the $15 filter.

Came in this morning on my way to St Louis 65k oil change... at first they thought they couldnt do it because of the height.. 2016 Ford Transit 250 ext highroof and ext body, but its 9k gvw so its ok, the costs is in line with the service, they have a computer for customer use and tv.... nice seating and they have tires on display for sale..cheap! Just not my size.. guys are great and the place is friendly.. highly recommend this place for service and by the way .... They service all makes.

Stopped on my way to Omaha for my moms surgery. Got in for oil change, tire rotation and ran car through car wash.

Went in before they opened,they didn’t get done with my vehicle for an hour an a half,I had to clean grease off my steering wheel,and they didn’t even put a new sticker on my windshield. I’ve always taken my truck to Anderson but will be looking around to spend my money elsewhere.
