The folks at Big Red Tires are fast, friendly, knowledgeable, and they do quality work. They are honest and wont try to rip you off. Ive even seen them make minor repairs for no charge. Its getting difficult to find a good tire shop, but Big Red is worth a trip across town. I would recommend them to anyone.

We were referred to Big Red Tire Pros in Lincoln, Nebraska after having a flat tire about 75 miles from home. Linda promised, and delivered, to get us in as soon as we arrived. The tire couldn’t be repaired, but they had a pair of used tires that they offered to us at a great price. We decided to replace the other two tires with new ones, too. The people at BRTP are very friendly, courteous and accommodating. I will recommend them to anyone needing tires!

On June 30, 2021 Big Red Tires Pros delivered extraordinary professional services well beyond my expectations during tight scheduled appointments on eve of July 4 having long weekend holidays. My cars company authorized workshop was charging me $70 dollars just for inspection. I came to Big Red Tires Pros without prior appointment. They not only accommodated me but also fixed the AC well before expected time. They charged decent price for refrigerant change including labor cost which was well below my cars company dealership workshops estimated cost. I have no more words to describe their professionalism, integrity and fair price policy.

I purchased a used car that did not have a spare tire. I tried to purchase a tire at the shop where I always go but they did not have rims so I had to find one. Last week I took my car to the shop, had them do some work on the car ($1,000) and asked them to mount the tire onto the rim that I purchased at a salvage yard. When I picked up my car nothing was said about the fact that they did not do what I asked them to do with the tire. I did not purchase the tire there so they would not mount it. Never mind that I had purchased two sets of Michelin tires there in the past. Im going on a trip halfway across the country and needed a spare tire ASAP. I drive by Big Red frequently and decided to give them a try. They mounted the tire onto the rim and only charged me $15. I will be going there from now on. They were speedy and very courteous, and they have the best sayings on their sign out in front of the store. THANK YOU BIG RED

This is the third set of tires Ive purchased from here. Each experience has been a good one. This last time, Austin and the crew did a great job. They got to my truck very quickly and the job of removing and installing four new tires was done before I knew it. Most other places in town will tell you with a straight face... We dont take appointments for tires... even though that is their main business. Amazing, really. As long as Big Red Tire Pros remains committed to customer service, I will keep returning.

First time doing business here and they really impressed me. Went in to get my new wheels/tires mounted and balanced and they were quick, did a great job and took good care of her (the car of course). They even put my winter tires in bags to help keep my car clean while transporting them which was awesome. Will definitely be back again!

Had a drop off time set. My plans changed. Called in, told them situation. They moved my appointment up 2 hours. It only took maybe 40 mins tops to do an oil change, tire rotate and fuel filter change on a PITA diesel. 5 stars in my book.

Dan and his staff are exceptional. They go the extra mile. I brought in a trailer tire that could not be repaired and they found a takeoff that he mounted and gave me for free to help me get by. Today I brought in some rims and had several tires mounted on them and they didnt nickel and dime me for every little thing and charged me a flat rate and broke away from the counter to help me load. Great experience and more knowledgeable than WalMart and less expensive than TO Haas. This is where you would send your Mom and not worry about her getting taken.

I went to 4 different tire places to get a nail out of my front tire , I actually went to places where I have done business before or knew the owner .I got the same response from all the places I went , I decided to try one more place ( Big Red Tire Pros ) , when I walk into their front office the 2 employees that greet customers , where on the phone talking to customers.A very nice young men greeted me and ask me if I had been helped, I replied no and I had a nail in my front tire . He asked me if I had set an appointment and I reply NO .He asked me which was my vehicle and walk outside with me, we came back in and he told the writer my problem and the took care of me .He took my car and a very nice paddy writer took my info , and a very short time brought my keys back and told me my car was ready .I am a very happy customer and super impressed, with the great service I got at Big RedTire Pros .I will recommend to anyone I know Big Red Tire Pros , they are an example of what a tire store should be.PS they had a beautiful dog ( by the name “ PENNY” , she was a great guard & greeting dog and very friendly.Respectfully Abel A. I got a nail in my tire and went to Big Red Tire Pros and they were really great! They got me right in and I was only there for about 30 minutes while they changed it. They also gave me a good deal and didnt pressure me to buy a new tire. Austin helped me out and he was very kind and knowledgeable about what he was talking about. :)

Encountered the front desk person who was very helpful. Took care of my mount and balance and asked if I wanted to wait because it only take 10 minutes. It was a specialized motorcycle tire and they had no problems whatsoever. When I return to pick it up they hold it out to my car and put it in the trunk heard the other folks in the office were very welcoming and friendly .. when I get home and put it on the bike took it for a spin couldn’t be better really appreciate the quick service and great price which was about a quarter of what the power sports venues charge !!!Thank you guys I’ll be back

Cant recommend this place enough. I live in Wyoming and was able to buy my dad a set of tires over the phone and they took care of the rest. Sent my niece there when she called me about a flat and she said they couldnt have been nicer or more accommodating. Says a lot when I trust a place to take care of my family!!!

Took less than 20 minutes to get a new set of tires put on and my old set bagged up and loaded into my car. Cheapest prices I have seen along with fast and friendly service. Will not go anywhere else in the Lincoln area for any of my car needs.

Great people to deal with. I had them check my brakes because I was hearing a squealing noise. They got to it right away. They found nothing wrong and informed me that I had plenty of pad left. They cleaned them up a bit and didnt even charge me for the inspection. 10/10 would recommend to everyone.

I took a tire in to have a leak fixed and was greeted by the cutest and friendliest staff member, their shop pup. I was sold in that moment! Their service was excellent! They helped me unload the tire and put it back in my trunk when I picked it up. Their prices are reasonable. Ill most definitely will be back in the future!

I bought a set of 4 new tires. They called me before my appointment and let me know about a similar set of tires that qualified for a rebate. I ended up going with my original choice however.My appointment was at 4 and I was back in my car by 4:30. Staff were super friendly! Happy to do business with them!

They were fast and friendly. The gentlemen who helped me explained what had probably cause the damage. And was able to fix it quick.Wasnt charged an arm n leg for it either.

First time I had gone to them. Had a coolant leak on 99 Honda CRV that turned out needed a new radiator. They were able to get it in the day after I called and had it all fixed that afternoon. Prices were fair and what I expected. Nice not to have to take it to Honda and get extorted. I will use them again for sure.

So Big Red Tire Pros is close to my house. For replacement tires and used stuff I generally use Dons Used tires. In this case, I had just bought an ancient travel trailer that I wanted to fix up and get on the road to do some family outdoor things during covid.Buying an old travel trailer is a big monetary risk but the benefits are pretty rad. I took my old trailer to Big Red and they hooked me up with better tires than I could get online via Amazon, with excellent service.They knew I didnt know the size of spare wheel hub I needed, so they ordered one in and let me take it home to check it out on the trailer. It fit, so of course I brought it back, had it mounted and then I put it on the trailer.These folks are very much a family business. I ended up buying 5 new tires, with a rim as a spare for my old travel trailer. The way I was treated made me a customer for life. Im done with tires and rims. These are my peeps.
