Dont believe their posted hours. The hours on the door says they close at 4:00. But if you show up at 3:30 theyll turn off the lights and wont help you. I mean if youre going to close, fine, but dont lie about your hours of operation.
Needed a tire fixed to get home on a Sunday. No one in town had time, but these guys made time. Fair price, friendly crew. Would visit them again for routine needs

I normally love going to Firestone and have never had a bad experience. They are always super honest with me and I appreciate it.Recently I had called them about my engine splash shield starting to hang and the man on the phone was very kind and told me it would be a quick fix and to just come in the next day whenever worked for me. So I went in the next day and the older lady at the front that helped me was very rude, so if I could leave a separate review just for her I would give this place 0 stars. She told me that there was no one there that had the time to help and I would have to wait awhile. The younger man at the front was very kind and told her that it was just quick fix and got me in. They didn’t charge me anything. Firestone, I would suggest letting that older lady go, she was rude to every other customer that came through the door while I was waiting as well.Other than her, the staff is friendly and very helpful!

The shop is hand down the best in the business when it comes to tires and they have special Machinery to protect your rims so they will not get damaged during the new tire installation by using plastic heads. they were able to get mr in right away and with another shop Walker I scheduled out one week and they were not able to get me in even on the schedule appointment time I just picked up the tires from them and brought them in here and have them on in less than 30 minutes on a Saturday thank you so much you guys I will be returning customer.
Went in to get my a/c checked. they told me there were no leaks and problem was it had no refrigerant. they re-filled it and it fixed the problem for a couple week. took it back and they said same problem that it was just empty but they had told me no leaks. Took it to a real mechanic and was told compressor is bad. These guys are crooks and just look for the easiest path to scam you outta your money. re-filling the car is an easy and quick job that they charge $140 for, no wonder that’s all they push. Don’t recommend coming here, find a real mechanic.

Called to see about getting snow tires put on. Was told they could do it the next day. Asked to make an appointment and was out on hold only for a ride gentleman to be told it would be more then a week because I didnt need to buy tires. Called another store and got them taken care of. Never going back to this location again.
This past Saturday I went in for a tire change and an alignment. I ordered Goodyear Assurance Weatherready tires to be sent to Firestone through Tire Rack. I made an appointment to get my car done, and I waited inside while the tires were being done. Two hours later, the car was ready to go. I drove home and when I arrived, I looked at the tires and realized they had installed the wrong tires: Firestone All-seasons. So I had to go back and get the correct ones put on, taking another part of my day. The man working the front desk said they get about 15 Tire Rack orders in per week, and its hard to keep track of them all. Thats a flimsy excuse. They need to implement some quality control, and when they make a mistake, make things right by offering a discount. This was my first time taking my car to an auto center, and I was hoping Firestone would be a place that I could recommend to others and also go back to. Unfortunately, I cant recommend Firestone or continue to be a customer there.
The older front desk lady was super rude. Yelled at the young man that was just trying to help me.Very rude! Everything else was good except for that. Probably not going back again just because of this.

I have been trying to make an older Chrysler product last as long as I can. Jason, Josh, and Jeran have been outstanding. Due to a mechanical issue the tires had worn through and were dangerous. I had stopped by to make an appointment and drop the car off. I told them it was my only car. They got it in and fixed everything at no charge (everything was still under warranty from previous work and tire purchase). I am so grateful and thankful! They are honest, trustworthy, and do a great job on cars. Thank you guys!
Poor customer service by Firestone and they were unwilling to help our 23y.o. son in an emergency situation. Shame on you Firestone tire shop in Lincoln, Nebraska. Fortunately, Mannys Tire Shop came to the rescue and provided exceptional customer service and changed the tire AT THE HOTEL! Mannys Tire Shop received 5 star review from me, would have given 10 stars!
Dropped my car off at 3. Was told it would be 1.5 hours. Returned at 4:40 and they had not even started. Was still parked in the same place and was told it would be at least another hour. Disappointing that they dont give people a heads up call if they are running behind since they do have a desk associate. Took my keys and left. They offered to comp and reschedule, but I work more than 60 hours a week and dont appreciate my time being wasted. I dont want a compd oil change I just want a heads up when there is an issue. It seemed to be normal to them. Hopefully someone reads feedback and works with their team to give better service in general.
I hoped to find a place close to work that I could trust, but thats now impossible. One month ago I had my front tires replaced and had them check my brakes at the same time, which they reported as good. A week ago I noticed some noise from my tires and thought the brakes needed replaced. That would have been bad enough, since the brakes actually did start eating into the rotors.However, tonight I discovered its even worse: namely that I have only two (2!) of my six lugnuts left on my driver side tire. Which means they never tightened them properly! My tire could have fallen off causing significantly more damage.Between the brakes & my lugnuts, I can never trust them again. Which really is too bad, as they were quite convenient. One star because I cant post zero.
Someone call DC or Marvel, there is a new superhero in town. Josh saved my trip back to Colorado and may or may not have a cape that he wears when performing mechanic work. Long story short, I woke up on a Sunday morning to a flat tire. A quick search of the area showed there wasnt much to choose from in the form of auto service on a Sunday morning. Following a quick call to confirm the shop was open, I arrived without a prior appointment and was greeted by Josh who was kind, courteous, and understanding of the issue as well as my time (a rarity!). Though they were booked solid that day, he worked me in expediently and got me on to my scheduled travels. Five stars!
They have a mechanic their name Jeran Stand up guy great work definitely highly recommended And there is another mechanic their name rod and he was just as good stand up guy great price great people thanks Firestone team and if your car needs towed in tell them to use Big Red Towing and Big Red will knock off 10% just to show we care.

This palce is joke. So is downtown. I wouldnt waste your time dealing with them. They are crooked and will try to get every penny out of you that they can.
EDIT 03/19: Previously I had rated this shop 3 stars. I now rate it 5 stars and heres why:1. I went in for a few odds and ends fixes and in the process they found a bigger issue with my wiring in a headlight. They fixed it for the cost of the part they had to custom order, and didnt charge labor for it saving me several hundred dollars.2. On checking out, Josh, one of the managers there remembered me from the below situation and asked about the muffler explaining they had to quote the whole cost of replacement due to that they dont have the tools a muffler shop would have and apologized for scaring me off.TL;DR: Josh has helped me out a ton and this shop will be the place I bring my vehicle from now on. Theyve done right by me, so I hope this review change reflects that.PREVIOUS VERSION:Mixed reviews with this shop. Ive used them exclusively for roughly eight or so months for oil changes and routine maintenance, a new tire and various odds and ends with no complaints. Until now.I requested a quote from them regarding fixing loud engine noise/holes in my exhaust system and got back a recommendation to completely replace the entire exhaust system for the tune of $900.That isnt exactly in my budget as a college student, so I took it back to my hometown for a muffler shop Ive done business with prior to get a second opinion. $200 later and an afternoon later the problem was fixed.
Went in to get a tire put on and the woman working the desk said “there was no one to put the tire on” I went back to my car to call my buddy and ask if I could borrow his jack so I could just buy the tire, take it home, and put it on myself. When I went back in to buy the tire, the individuals behind me got their tire put on. I am unsure as to why she did that.
My older brother has been taking his cars to this Firestone to keep them running, the guys who work here, know how to fix your car and fix it to keep in running on the road. Additionally when he was looking to replace his car, they took the time to really look at the internal parts and help him make a decison not to buy the used car he was looking at. So if you want top notch service, come to this specific repair place
Fabulous customer service!!!! Stayed late to change my tire to a spare since we hit a curb and got a bubble. Just got my car a few months ago and it has a jack but no bar like for real!!! They were very kind and the only ones not to so NO and help us out!

Fast, friendly, knowledgeable service. As an over educated car enthusiast that does most of my work these guys have the best deal with lifetime alignment and other work. I continue to go back and they catch the little things that I might over look. I even recommend them to my mom since the Honda dealer was twice the price.

My vehicle was leaking and I took it here to have the problem diagnosed. They said I needed a new radiator so it was put in. My repair wasn’t validated and my vehicle broke down on me 2 hours after leaving the store. The problems weren’t diagnosed properly and my engine ended up cracking. I do not recommended this place at all. I even took my vehicle into the other location in Lincoln and they STILL told me nothing was wrong my vehicle when there was clearly a coolant leak! Do not go here!! The store managers are rude and don’t hold themselves accountable for their errors!
This has to be the best mechanic in town. Showed up a few minutes before they were actually open (6:56am) with no appointment and they got me in immediately.They took care of the flat tire in minutes and I was able to get to work on time.I would definitely recommend this location for anything you need fixed.
I stopped in at 7 in the morning, during nasty weather, day before a holiday, because the connection had popped off of my wiper fluid hose under my hood. I could see what the problem was, but I couldnt get the hose back in myself. With the weather gunking up my windshield, I was afraid to drive much more. In less than 15 minutes they had it fixed, the wiper fluid refilled, and had me on the way without even charging me since it was such a simple fix. Made my day so much brighter! Thank you!

I primarily talk to Josh, Jason, and Jeran. Each of them are great and make sure I feel comfortable with any and all repairs I need. They are accommodating as possible with my hectic schedule and the work is completed on time. Theres a detailed invoice thats explained each time of service which is very helpful. They go over repairs that need done right away and ones that can wait a little longer. They have a wonderful sense of humor and enjoy bantering back and forth with me. I dont feel awkward asking, what may be considered silly questions, because Im a woman. They put me at ease and ensure a great quality service.
8/30/2019 - My driver got a nail in his tire and arrived at 6:30pm; 30 minutes before closing time. We were told that the tech was leaving for the day to go to his other job and that they couldnt help us. We had to call a mobile service, who fixed the tire in Firestones parking lot.

Their service was quick and they got me in in a reasonable amount of time. My problem comes 18 months after they replaced the hub hearing in my truck. Took my truck in (to a different auto repair store) this morning and they told me that my new hub bearing is grinding metal on metal when the wheel is spun and needs to be replaced. Of course this is 6 months past the 12 month warranty period and their headquarters office said there is nothing that can be done. At that time, while they were fixing the one bearing on my truck I asked them to check my whole front end out and see if there were other problems. when I asked if they had, they said that everything looks good. Again I am here 18 months later and I know there are things wrong with the front end and my auto repair guy says there is A LOT of stuff wrong in there. Now I understand that things can happen in 18 months of use, but I dont think THAT MUCH can happen and I would expect a new part to last more that 18 months and less than 20,000 miles when the original lasted 160,000. I just dont think they did a very thorough job and I am not sure what happened with the new part they put in but i disagree that the job was done right like their 3-way-promise advertises.

I go to this Firestone twice a year to have my summer and winter tires swapped out. While I’ve never had anything major done there, I’ve always been treated with kindness and excellent service. This last time, there was a miscommunication on me scheduling my service. They seemed quite busy, but said they’d fit me in. They had my car finished within an hour. I have nothing but good things to say about this store and will continue to be a customer.

Got me in and out fast .new tires, front end alignment done in a couple of hours with an apointment.
I have been very impressed with the suspension work they have done on my car. I have a lifetime alignment with them and I have been in and out pretty quick every time even though I have a camber kit and some other things that make aligning my car a little more difficult. I have also had them do some very tricky jobs I could not do myself (like seized rear toe arms) and they did an awesome job with them and didnt charge me much at all. STAY AWAY from the downtown location. They told me they couldnt align my car or if they did it would take 8hrs or more! This location had it done within spec within an hour.
All the staff is amazing. They always go above and beyond. I had a flat and they saved my day. Thank you Josh and Jason.

Went in for a oil change around midday on a Thursday and I was in and out within 15 to 20 mins. Great customer service, oil change, and 14 point inspection. A technician even showed me how to reset my oil life tracker in my cars computer. I was overall very satisfied :)
I went in there to get an oil changed. My appointment was scheduled at 1pm. I was told it would only take 2 hours to get done. I didnt worry to much since I had some time. End up taking 4 hours before my oil changed was completed. Was kinda disappointed in the long wait.
Took my car here to have a few things done they are very friendly and this is the second time I have gone to them with a different car I would highly recommend going here over t o Haas or Jiffy Lube any day.

Took my Jeep there to fix a nail in rear tire. They claimed it could not be fixed and wanted to sell me a new tire. I Said no and took it to the place where I purchased the tires a yr ago and they fixed it! This place in dishonest! I only went there because I knew it was a quick easy fix and I was already in that area! Lesson learned!
