These folks are really good. Ive been going there for a decade, and Im always pleasantly surprised by the bill. And they do good work. They also act like theyre glad to see you, as opposed to some places that act like youre bothering them. Absolutely recommended!

I’ve been using the motor oil change service for a few years now, the high quality of the service has been consistent. The staff is very professional and thoughtful. I travel an hour to get my oil changed at Quick Nick’s because it’s the only place I know I will walk away happy. Very professional service, great price, and a car wash coupon paired with a vacuumed car which is a very thoughtful detail that I appreciate a lot!

Had Walker Tire install new tires on my pick-up. Left my vehicle with them overnight. The tires and my pick-up look great! Also use them for oil changes with my work van. Best in town! Prices are very affordable. They will have my business from now on!

I left my car overnight to change the sensor for the tire inflation pressure sensor. The next day they said it was fixed and I could come to pick it up. When I got there they said it wasnt fixed yet and didn’t know when. I paid bout $300 for 3 new sensor and labor even though the car still hasn’t been fixed. I wasted my time and money on that service

I took our three vehicles in on the same day before noon. All were serviced quickly and efficiently. Any issues detailed out a recommendation made. They do reliable quick work and saving my time is important. I used to change my own oil but when I can save time, money and get a guarantee on service they are the ones you go to! Recommend them to anyone.

Happy with the oil change other than had to wait an additional 45 minutes because they did not have the right oil filter on site for my vehicle. Also the bill was six dollars more then they told me it would be and no one could tell me why. Other then those issues I would have given him five stars.

My experience this time was exactly like every time before, perfect. This is a family run business and thats how they treat you. Dropped my vehicle off unexpectedly on Monday night and had a diagnosis by the time I called Tuesday morning. Its hard to manage the financial aspect of owning a used car and they get that. They let me know what can wait and what cannot. They also gave me a point by point inspection report on my vehicle which was awesome! After taking my 2000 vehicle to them over the last year, I almost have it to green lights (=good) in all categories. I cannot say enough. Loyal customer for life!

I was in desperate need of a battery. I called to make sure one was available before attempting to drive down there. The lady who answered the phone was extremely helpful and gave me a price. Took my car down, they were able to get me in and out in no time as well as putting some air in my tires. Super nice guys and I appreciate how quick and efficient they were able to get me in and out.

I thought the service was pretty good. I was in and out in about an hour. I had a leaky tire, but after I left I realized they never told me the source of the leak. I am waiting to see if it leaks again

Had my oil changed there, very quick and easy process. They voluntarily checked most other fluids and respectfully asked if I’d like those changed as well, but didn’t insist. Car was finished in about 30-45 minutes which was a great turn around.Definitely recommend and will be coming back for future services!

I always take my car here. They always call to ask permission before doing anything that would cost money. Prices are fair and the work done is of fantastic quality and reasonably priced. Theyre very fast, too. I had the computer die and it only took 2 days to fix it and test it. I will continue to have my vehicle serviced here.

These guys are great. Honest about costs and issues. Got us in and out quickly. However, the tech completing the oil change got oil everywhere - steering wheel, gear shift, on inside door area (passenger and driver sides), windows (inside and out), and passenger seat. Whole interior smelled of oil. Cleaned it up. No lasting damage. This would have been 5 stars if it weren’t for the oiled up muppet who bounced around the car interior. Update: Unexpected and quick response from the owners today to make this right. Proving how great they are. Upping this from a three stars to five stars — as it would have been without the issue.

Quick Nicks was amazing. For having to deal with unexpected tire and suspension issues, I’m so glad they were helping me through it! They looked at my car right away, called me and had it all repaired by 5 pm. They best customer service I have had in a long time. I will keep going back in the future and I would highly recommend them.

Wow, what a great experience! Got my oil changed and was super impressed. They were quick and thorough. They showed me samples of all my engine fluids so I could see exactly how they looked and gave recommendations on which ones to change and which were still ok for a few more miles. Not high pressure at all like some of the other places in town I have been to! The whole thing only took about 30 minutes and they gave me a complimentary soda while I waited. They even vacuumed the truck and gave me a card for a free Jet Splash car wash!! Very much a 5 Star experience but still reasonably priced. They even showed me how I could save some money by signing up for there customer loyalty program. Walker Tire is definitely my go to place for vehicle repair.

This was my first oil change at Walker Tire Point S & Quick Nick’s. And it truly was quick! And considering I commute for work, this every other month “chore” will be a lot less of a hassle than it has in the past!

Walker Point S Tire & Quick Nick’s is a great find! I commute 50 miles to work in downtown Lincoln. They replaced my rims, tires, and change my oil saving me hundreds of dollars. I pick up my Audi after work and drive home completely satisfied. That was last month and in the months to come I expect they will provide the same excellent service. Good Job!

I highly recommend Quick Nicks Service Center. Its not easy to find an auto shop that I dont worry about overcharging me or overcomplicating things. The staff here was super friendly, the service was quick and they had a nice waiting room. I stopped by to see if they could look at one of my tires that possibly needed repairs, they looked at it for me, said it was fine and I walked away in under 30 minutes without any charges.

Every time I go to this location they try to upsell me on other things. $110 to fill my power steering? Why even ask? The other location always provides a much better experience.

My wife and I use to enjoy this company till recent events. My wife was treated poorly at the 48th store by a service lady, forceful in products our vehicle did not need when she declined she was asked do you really understand your vehicle? My wife did not need to be belittled so she left with no services. Saturday my wife and I took our vehicle to the downtown location hoping for a better experience, we were mistaken. The gentleman behind the counter was nice at first till you decline service s then his whole demeanor changed from nice to being disrespectful saying my vehicle could blow up very soon. He used profound language in the shop and wreaked of stale cigarettes. When getting into our vehicle the salesman and another gentleman in a hat were standing by our vehicle again smoking having a profound conversation not suitable for business or children, do to these two gentleman I had to some how explain a certain substance to my 4 year old(drug related). These two gentleman Im sure assumed we couldnt hear them stating how hot my daughter is as were leaving but we could hear them clear as day and her age is also 15.In light of these events my family and I will not be returning to this company and discourage our family and friends not to return.If these people are in management I strongly recommend the owner to rethink who he has in management.

Fast friendly reasonably price service.

I had an alternator and battery replaced on Tuesday in my 2011 Honda Pilot. Was very happy on leaving, they seemed great. But within 20 miles, on Saturday morning, had a breakdown. Found a snapped bolt (remainder in engine block), belt was off. There is no emergency service available, so was without my vehicle for the whole holiday weekend.When the shop reopened on Tuesday, had to get vehicle towed there. They said broken bolt was not their techs fault because he claimed he did not have to move the belt tensioner to get to alternator, and it was all just a very strange coincidence. Every mechanic weve spoken to during and now (several) maintains their tech is at fault.All of this said, Nicole in service was respectful; took time to explain their position. They took care of the tow. After some discussion, they also took care of labor. I had to pay for new setup. It makes sense for them to stand behind their tech. I was basically at their mercy with no real way to prove negligence, so I know it could have been worse. They did make decent efforts to make it right, and try to prevent a lost customer, which I do appreciate, even if their explanation is doubtful.One year later. Discovered alternator was bad. Faulty regulator was causing it to overcharge battery. Shop replaced it as warranty work, no trouble at all. So Im updating this review to add a star.I think it was an honest mistake, just wish it would have been owned up. At the same time, I recognize that there is no 100% certainty as to what happened, so I can live with the outcome.To update, Ive now read the managers response and need to clarify a couple things. We never claimed the tech broke the bolt while it was still at the shop. Also, the diagram was not given to my husband - it was left on the passenger seat and we saw it after getting home. But no point in arguing the matter further.

They were great! I called about a tire I size I was originally told that there were none on stock then after hanging up Eric called me back within less then 5 min apologizing stating that he did have 1 of that size with in 45 min I was back on the road! Thank you’ I will definitely be back to get 3 more for my car!!!!

Went in for a simple rear brake replacement got charged about 350 which is fair for a good job. 3 months later return and they tell me my brakes are bad, they fixed them for smaller cost. 3 months after that Ive moved to a different state and another mechanic shows me that the same brakes are bad because Walker used extremely cheap parts and I need to have them replaced for the third time in less than a year. Customer service was great when I visited but quality of the repair obviously is very lacking. Will never return and I recommend in Lincoln visiting the T.O. Haas on O st, much better service and much better work for similar prices.

Had to come here to have a vehicle inspection performed on my car for Uber. Once my vehicle was actually in the shop, they were pretty quick to get my vehicle back out on the street.The staff were pretty welcoming and the building felt much like how youd expect a small town mechanic/shop to feel.Personally, I had no issues with the customer service or the establishment itself.One concern I do have, however, is the parking. Theres no designated, or obvious, parking lot and during the day, theres rarely any off street parking spaces available.

They fixed my flat tire in under 30 minutes. The folks were polite and courteous. The waiting area was clean and had walls covered in awesome posters of old movies, pulp novel covers and retro car magazines. Highly recommended!

Im never giving these so called tire experts another dime. I have purchased three tires from them this year, and they still cant get it right. Came in for a back left leak last spring. They recommended replacing both backs, so I did. Problems with back left persisted, and at first were just annoying— I was topping it off every other week or so. I took it in several months after initial visit because I was sick of filling it all the time and was told I would be buying a new tire entirely. No warranty, no discount, even though the tire was less than a year old and less than 5K miles. Now my back right, the other initially replaced tire, is having the same issues. I will not be buying another one from Walker Tire, and will instead find someone that can sell me a working tire and install it competently. Save your car and money: go to Graham.

Alex and his team did a great job. First time here, and they did not try to push any unnecessary products or fixes. They took time to talk about what needed to be done and answer my questions honestly. Every time one of the workers walked through while I was waiting, they asked if I was doing ok and needed a soda or coffee. Everyone was very friendly. Just great overall service, and I would highly recommend using them.
