They got me in for my flat tire right away. The tire had to be replaced and they had the right size in stock, though not similar quality to my other tires. I asked if this or only replacing one would negatively impact wear on other parts of the car and the guy - Tony - said no. I hope hes right! They replaced two tires on accident, instead of just the one at first. Curious to see what they diagnose next time. Price was not too bad and the waiting space was clean.

Repaired my vehicle 3 days before expected. It couldnt have been more of a blessing. The vehicle broke down 36 hours before we needed to head out of state to visit a sick parent. With this repair completed the family staying here will have a vehicle and the ability to join us if need be. Such consideration and kindness needs more than 5 stars.

There was 3 people ahead of me I needed 2 tires had me in and out with an hour and 15 min. Great service and fast. They dont sell used tires and they do have Veterans discounts but not on already discounted items.

I was desperately trying to find a place to get my tire put on my car because I had a flat and had to put my emergency tire on and didn’t want to travel 90 miles home on it. After stopping at 4 other places that couldn’t help me, I decided to call instead of going to every tire place in Lincoln. Paul answered the phone and after talking I knew he could help me. Once arriving he got started right away , not only quick service but I truly felt he exceeded my expectations and went above and beyond. Have used TO Haas for my tires for many years. Just put new tires on my car. All it took was a phone call - tires ordered. Tires arrived in Lincoln sooner than expected. Within a few hours, tires were on the car. They kept me informed through out the process & inspected the brakes.

Best service I ever received. Best price. We blew a tire on our way through the area. We called 20+ tire shops to find an odd sized tire. All the other shops said they could get the tire later in the afternoon. These guys went out of their way and got our tires in about an hour, not only did they get it but they were slammed and the manager came out and knocked it out. Super thankful to have done business with you guys.

Bought two front tires several months ago from them. Later the right front tire triggered the low tire pressure light. I inflated it and several days later driving down the highway the tire blew out. They sold me a replacement for a reduced price. Several weeks later the new tire, once again the same position of the blown tire was triggering the pressure light. I took it back in and they said the problem was the stem valve. They replaced it for no charge.

Took my car in to have a nail removed from my tire. They were quick and it was cheap which I greatly appreciate. However, my rim was beat up in the process and is left with a couple paint chips, scuff marks, and even a part where a little chunk of metal somehow got knocked out. If you just care about the work getting done, service was great. If you care about your car and the quality of work, maybe take it somewhere else.

The staff was super friendly and the service was pretty fast considering they were busy on a Saturday morning. However, they didnt really discuss pricing prior to work and so when my total was $98 for a high mileage oil change and oil system clean, I was a little shocked. I figured for that amount they would check fluids, belts and tires but they did not. I suppose I will have to do more research for my next oil change and find a place that is more reasonable cost wise. You live and lean.***Update*** They called me the following morning after submitting this review and apologized as well as offered a coupon. I think this shows that they care about the customers experience.

I really enjoy the friendly service at T.O. Haas! My car was running rough and needed some attention. I was able to get my car in on Friday and in a couple hours I received a call. T O Haas wanted me to come down and test out the car. It ran great. I was impressed with the speed in which the repairs were done. The bill was very responsible. A lesser shop could have thrown a bunch of parts on the engine to pad the bill. The mechanic called me when it was done and asked me to come down and try it out.Not only will I be back, I will recommend anyone I know use TO Haas

Service was fast but they ushered me out of the door as soon as possible once I paid and then laughed at me as I left, I came in for only patchwork on a tire and not even 20 minutes after I left the tire popped again without being on any rough surfaces or potholes.

The first one I went to didnt have the tires I needed but directed me to one that did. The first had a little play area my toddler could be entertained with and the other didnt but thats a minor thing. I know little kids dont like long waits.

Great job on the install and the tires are great quality that being said you get what you pay for saved time paying a little extra but the product meets its expectations by far definitely going back

Had a battery issue to where my car wouldnt start and needed to be jump-started. The battery was a little over 2 years old which, in this subzero weather, can rapidly degrade a battery once it gets to be two more more years old. The other issue was that my battery was not under the hood, in the trunk, etc. like most cars -- it is located behind the driver wheel well cover which in this weather means taking it to the shop as the wheel and wheel well cover must come off to replace it.I was quoted two to four hours for replacement upon check in -- luckily I had the day off and had all day to wait if need be. Even though I was told that Id most likely have to wait all day, which was fine by me -- Id be happy to wait all day if it meant I could get a new battery installed -- I dont even think I waited there a full hour -- my car was ready to go and after some driving around town and on I-80, my CEL for the low voltage issue went away.Ive used another TO Haas location for brake service and received quality service as well for reasonable cost. I know where Im going for tires/alignment when this weather is behind us.

It took them TWO HOURS to patch my flat tire. I had a donut on the front passengers side which *obviously* did not look like the rest of my tires - smaller and a different wheel color. I even told them that the flat tire was in the trunk, and that it was the passengers side on the front that needed to be fixed. So I waited and waited, watching people who came in *after* me get taken care of and leave within 20 minutes of their arrival. But I figured, maybe there’s something wrong that’s worse than the flat? Or maybe they just had a lot of cars in line ahead of me? Anyway an hour and a half in, I finally asked the guy at the counter what was taking so long and he said they took off the drivers side tire and realized it was the wrong tire and that now they were patching the correct tire and reinstalling it on the passengers side. Half an hour later, I finally got out of there. Absolutely absurd. How it takes two hours for trained mechanics to figure this all out is beyond me. Not to mention, there was no communication to me on their end. I had to ask what was going on after waiting for *so long*, never once did they come up to me and explain why I was still waiting even though everyone who came in for service after me was gone. Literally never, ever, ever going here again.

I pulled in they check my tire right away said I needed a new one ran to get it at the warehouse came back so quick and put it on great service great price I thought I was at the Indy 500 and I was at the pit crew

My tire caught a screw in it and I looked around for reasonable prices and found this place! I emailed them for a quote the night before I planned on going and they responded early the next day. I went in and made sure the quote was correct and dropped my car off! They did say it would be awhile but it took less than an hour and they didnt even charge me! Definitely will be going back next time I need my tire fixed or replaced.

This is our second time getting tires at this particular T.O Haas, even though we have one closer to use. The first time was for our mini van. The prices were reasonable and they didn’t try to upsell us on stuff that was not needed. So, I figured when we needed tire for our 2004 Honda, this would be the store we’d go to. The price was right, the service is fast and the hospitality is phenomenal. I was in and out with new shoes for our civic in less than an hour.

My experience here was awesome. I called firestone first before T.O. only because they popped up first on my search. They wanted $220 for the tire then $30 more for installation. I got 2 tires and they replaced my lugnuts all for $434 after tax. John was super nice and professional. Ill definitely be giving them all my future business.

I brought my car in to have front suspension work. When I returned to pick up my car after completion of repair work I was told the car needed a front end alignment because the tires were turned outward very badly. I was told that their alignment machine was not working and would not be fixed until the following week. I was told the car would not drive nicely. Upon leaving the store the car was practically jumping into the opposite lane and Ihad very unsafe control of the vehicle.At no time was I referred to another store or offered a alternative service recommendation with safety in mind. Never Again TO Haas
