Everybody has a love/ hate relationship with Walmart... There open all the time and sell everything. The reason for only 3 stars is they are always out of something you need!! And for such a large store they should be able to stock some items GRAVY MASTER ( an item they dont sell ) so you dont have to go another location.

This walmart is in my hometown so I shop here quite often in my experiences along with my families, the workers are the only bad part of this store. They are very rude and disrespectful. Store is usually clean and well stocked on a good note

Im so sick of those place closing front doors at 830 pm, when they close at 11 pm. Plus why the Service Desk closes at, 7 pm is beyond belief. People have things to do when they cant get out earlier. Just amazes me why they want to close that early on the main entrance. Expect u to go in& out at the Food Center. Hope they will do better when Holiday Shopping comes around.

They never have humans working the registers you force us all to use the self check out.When I have right many items that really gets old on self check out.Even on Friday the busy times you only have on register.I guess you can save money not paying people to run the check outs.Dont you think that one person get sick of people lined up when she is doing all she can to keep the check out line moving.If you gonna run a store get some humans they need jobs.Some people just like to deal with a human being not computers they want to be treated good and have that friendly person to check them out.

Generally a nice store. Produce looked fresh. Prefer this location over any in winston salem.

Bought a 20$ griddle. The grown child at the door who is apparently not a door greeter but yet an annoyance when you leave. The 2 grown children pretty much followed me out the door and then tells me since I have an attitude to not ever come back. So I promptly took Walmarts trash products back in and got my cash back. Thank you so much for saving my money. Hopefully youll do this everyday you work and slowly work yourself out of a job

Not terrible but there are always a few employees with multiple pallets blocking lanes. Seems like they could use a little front line supervision. Self checkout is always irratic, overall the employees are doing okay... Management appears to be lacking.

An absolute joke when it comes to picking up your stuff you need. Ive been trying to pick up am order for 2 days! They lie then hang up. Managers wont answer the phone. Have to call 1 800 to get a hold of someone in the store for you! I am trying get atuff before I have a c section and this is how they treat people! Should be 0 stars!

Quick in and out service they had plenty of cashiers working here

Large, well lit shopping center. The pharmacy center closes its entrance in the afternoon so that means you must enter through the grocery side of the store. There are not many cashiers, so be ready to use the self-checkout machines.

There were no carts available upon entering and there was only 2 lanes open that took cash. The self checkouts only accepted cards and all other registers but 2 were closed. Even customer service. At 7pm on a Saturday night. There were 20 plus people in line at those 2 registers. I stood in the check out for 35 minutes. At the Super Center. When attempting to call the store three times there was no answer at all. Was going to ask if they could open another register. But no one answered the phone. I personally witnessed 3 Walmart associates literally standing in an isle typing on their devices. Was very disappointed in the service today.

Had to wait in checkout for too long. All employees were filling carts for call in orders. Also had to go back out to get cart to shop with. In store customers dont seem to matter to them. Hard to shop around employees carts. They will walk in front of you to get their products and they dont know basic manners like excuse me.

Since they started their delivery membership service I joined and have had a tremendous amount of issues. I would like to ask them if this is a service that is convenient for them not their customers because I have had 2 orders cancelled with neccessaties. The reason they give can be this, this, this or this. No specific reason and they dont have their own delivery employees. They hire another company that delivers. I have also had numerous items missing. At least 8 times in the year and 2 cancelled orders. I have sent them messages regarding all these issues and it obviously isnt a priority . Why offer a service you dont care about providing to customers and are paying for a membership. Walmart should know better than thus.

This Walmart is terrible. They never seem to have enough staff. No one can/will help you if you happen to have a question. The store is always a wreck. I pay a yearly fee for the delivery service. If you choose a delivery time later than 2:00 or 3:00 pm, you might as well assume you’re not going to get it. I’ve had it happen several times in the past, but in the past week, it’s happened to me twice. For example, today I chose a 5:00 delivery because I wanted to be home and didn’t want my food getting stolen off the porch or sitting out in the heat too long. I’m typing this review at 7:48 and it’s still not here. I called to inquire about it an hour ago. They said they’d get it delivered. It’s still not here. God forbid you need to call and speak with someone about anything at all. No on answers any of the extensions at this store. I spent 37 mins trying to get someone on the phone about my order. They really need to hire some staff and get this store back in order. It’s a sad state of affairs right now. You’d be better off going somewhere else. Not that they care, but you’ll get better service.

The guy serving me my food in drive thru has were absolutely dirty, there was black oil all on his fingertips. They should have him to wash his hands before working with the public passing food.

Well what can i say they have every thing you need games tvs the latest gaming tech games,ps4 ,ns ,pc psvr and alot more so much food. Books food for animals, candles dog kennels pet toys fish tanks makeup hair stuff, protein vitamins sorry for my grammer and spelling but forreal who does not love walmart i dont like going on a really busy day my anxiety is high because that place team get packed they also have stuff for like your garden and long they have so much at Walmart its a great place see all the stuff that you need for everyday life

Wal Mart is always a good experience. Always well stocked and friendly. Same goes for Lexington store. Always go to Thomasville store but was in Lexington so stopped by and checked out your store. I like Lexington Wal Mart DVD movie selection, but still rate both stores highly as a place to shop. Do have a question. If there is a product that customer would like Wal Mart to stock, who would I ask about this product? I have a product I am thinking about. Could someone contact me.

I love going shopping at walmart especially when they have sales which with their prices is everyday. Great employees try to help all they can love their meats always tender and juicy. They stand behind all their products will continue shopping there and will suggest to all my family and friends love the bakery selections yummy

They were pretty busy when I got there but very friendly. I did not recieve a few of my items but was not charged but I do understand waiting this late to do back to school shopping it happens.....I am truly grateful that I did not have to fight a crowd this year to do back to school shopping so win win....keep up the amazing work Walmart

Great got every thing I needed

It just so happened that 80% of the stuff we went to get was out of stock. Building was in need of some TLC and bleach.

Not everything I stopped in for was available. Staff were friendly. This Walmart had enough cashiers on duty to move orders along smoothly.

They had the slowest cashiers and no open self scan lanes... and the man wanted to hold a conversation I was like sir... Im omw to an event and you are doing the most. No managers were on duty to aid another cashier so he had to keep leaving from checking me out to help others MID Cashout.... LAWD.

I know where everything is in this Wal Mart the only complaint I have there is to many customers and not enough cash registers open. And some self check outs take card only and theres no signs tell you that you have to wait until you get to the register to find out. If you dont have any plastic you have to go find a register that takes cash

No clearance section nor items; lack of knowledgeable employees; rude employees; prefer to drive an additional 25 minutes to shop at a different Walmart. Worst one ever in all regards due to top management.

I was leaving the store after PAYING FOR MY ITEMS AND WAITING FOREVER IN A LINE BECAUSE THEY WONT OPEN REGISTERS..The woman at the door that ask for receipts.. Older lady with glasses and hair colored blondish is THE RUDEST GREETER WALMART HAS EVER HAD. SHE YELLS AT CUSTOMERS THAT DONT SHOW RECEIPTS.. SHOWING RECEIPT IS AN OPTION.. SHE JUMPED IN FRONT OF MY CART AND SAID I NEED A DESCRIPTION I AM GOING TO WRITE THIS DOWN. ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS.

Didnt have all of what I wanted.

Filed a complaint with cooperate. One register open in the front all the people standing in line complaining to each other, about the line. Also I dont work for Walmart so Im not using a self checkout. Especially if they are backed up as well. If I have to ring up my own groceries I should get a employee discount. The self checkouts save the corporation money and kill jobs. The people at customer service they said the mgr has 2 cashiers in the garden shop and is running the store like this. I find this crazy because I know the one I talked at the customer service desk and any management should be register trained as well as other staff as backups. Finally after the line was half way across the front register area they opened 2 more.. not sure if its from corporate or just bad management at the store level, because it seems like that at other locations in the area too. Out right forgetting customer service is what brings people back. If anyone else needs the number its 1-800-walmart

The door greeter was doing to much... had me standing there like 3 minutes building a line making sure everything was on my receipt... if i wasnt rushing to get home to finish dinner bcuz i was having company i would of returned the whole cart and went else where. When she tried to tell me something wasnt on my receipt that was i said if you dont give damn receipt. They Prejudice.... check the balance food or anything i brought was the last things Id be taking if i was taking sum shattt

This store is well organized and easy to get through with a scooter.

As always, no registers open. Walmart is committed to forcing the public to work as a free cashier. I bet upper management gets a big laugh out of that.

Appears to always be severely understaffed. Walmart corp needs to pay theor people better to ensure adequate staffing. Today Ive been waiting an hour for grocery pick up and ended up just canceñing my order.often when i go in thwre are hardly any registers and carts. Its a mess. Not the fault of the low level staff who are always helpful.

They say they are open to 11 pm ever day I have been there multiple times in the last couple weeks and they dont let you in the store around 1030 pm to 1040 very disappointed in a major company letting there management close earlier than there posted hours

Its just like any Walmart in every state, very busy and not 4 out of 10 registers open. I did like how they had an associate at the exits checking receipts havent seen that in a very long time.

Like most walmarts they seem to be very short on help. This seems to be common in Walmart so its hard to expect too much in their store conditions. Ill just say you get what you get......and dont take your frustrations out on associates because they are struggling to complete their work every day

This is probably the worst Walmart and worst management ever. The store is never stocked and add to this the staff is awful. The woman in the back at pick up spit on my groceries after she accused me of calling her names when I did not. I asked for a manager to call me back with her name for court and they never did, as I plan to sue the woman for endangering our lives during Covid. She also busted open all of our yogurts. I was to get a credit and I never did. I also went to Walmart and as I was leaving the door woman said she was calling the police for me stealing as I did not stop for her to look at my receipt. I had a screaming child and she was looking over someone ele’s cart. Several others had walked by her without an issue. She didn’t ask me for my receipt. To boot both occiuraces happened in front of my children. My little children. I tried to order groceries today again and they declined every order. Spoke to customer service and they said it was the bank bank said it was them. Funny thing is the card worked at their competition’s store. Wal mart is supposed to be about customers and providing a better quality for less cost. This Walmart needs some serious help. I also plan to file a complaint formally with as many levels of corporate until I get a result. As for my money, wal mart will never see another penny. And my little bit may not equate to much but I won’t support this business again. To the woman who spit on my groceries and acted like an undereducated fool, I truly feel sorry for whoever didn’t love you enough. I truly hope that when you decide to act foolish like that again the next person handles you on their own accord. To the manager you aren’t doing your job. At all.

The lanes are never open only self check out and they are long And the shelves are empty empty need restocking the product is there but no one to put it up put it up and the ones that are there putting it up are always on their phones and never doing their job

Found everything I needed and everything was neat and organized so I could find it easily. The quality was more than expected.

The place has the remeints of a prison camp to say the least. They have lock up cages for all electronic devices and are from a single distributor like any prison environment would maintain. There is a constant presence of the local police department so that they have their own parking spots even before veterans. This is not a customer service based business and is customer friendly. Expect to watched possible followed in the store by a security guard and possibly detained. I have experience with legal services and compare this to your average every commissary systems used in much of the prison system. The high tech video system is probably the most impressive tool they have in place for any type crime. This due the that they incorporated facial recognition and artificial intelligence systems that are of high quality. Its the best security and second to bank systems

This Walmart needs a lot of attention last week I looked at the packaged beef and it was moldy yet had an expiration date sticker that was 4 days away... I wish I had taken photos.Some of the Staff is friendly but the management, Debra in particular, is extremely rude and condescending even about a simple question about an item for sale.This walmart is only concerned about stocking stuff on the shelves, to get your money. $$$Their worries are:NOT having Cashiers to check you out,NOT having Staff/Customer Service Cashiers/Leads who are friendly or help youNOT keeping the store clean or Food Safe and Fresh.It is the closest Walmart to my home but I will commute to Kannapolis or another location for any regular shopping needs.Also, Lidl down the street has much fresher and even sometimes cheaper groceries like meat/produce and the Lidl is much much cleaner than this store.

Walmart need to teach your employees to greet ppl whether youre helping them or not and stop saying I DONT KNOW, instead say LET ME FIND OUT. Stop saying I dont work in this department or shaking your head when someone is talking to you.

First off I was needing perfume I stood pressing this assistance button for like 20 mins. Finally I found a associate and she said nobody is working that department today I said why have it where you can’t get any perfume without assistance. She did go get the key snd I got what I was needing. Then second i was needing paint never got it because it was closed. Why have paint if it’s gonna be closed. And for the garden center that’s a joke closing early. This Walmart is ridiculous everything in wrong spot and closing areas if the store is open everything should be where you can get what you want. This happens every time I’m in this store. Somebody needs to fix these problems.

Worst experience ever!! Im so tired of some of the employees that work there! They walk right into you and dont even say excuse me. It happened twice in the 10 minutes I was there! I was trying to read ingredients on toothpaste cause I have allergies to a lot of things and the woman working on that aisle kept huffing and puffing and reaching around me. Does Walmart have all the good stuff that Thomasville Walmart doesnt. The employees are helpful but management/ leadership is chaos. The workers are overworked and underappreciated. In fact the workers are the ones running the store. Store needs better leadership and replace 80% of the shopping carts for crying out loud. Service difficult to find. Store I frequent is getting a little shabby, could use more cleaning and display attention.

I ordered groceries to be delivered on Fri and the driver showed up with the wrong order said shell be right back. She never showed back up. I called the store several times and noime answered the phone. I got a hold of customer service through the app they said they called the store and said someone from the store would call me they still havent called me and i never got my order.

My experience at the Wal-Mart was not a very good one it wasnt even 8 pm yet lawn & garden was locked up....they wouldnt let u use any self checkouts and had only 2 checkouts open with 10 to 15 waiting in each line

I went to purchase two memory from mattresses they had one on the shelf. I asked an employee if they could please check to see if they had more. The lady scanned it and said they had two more in the back and she called someone to come help. 52 minutes and asking four times for some assistance and nobody came to help. Finally after showing how frustrated I was, one of the employees dropped what they was doing to go check. Unfortunately he was unable to locate what I needed. Poor customer service.

Bought Skyrim for my switch. Got home opened it and no game inside just empty box. Took it back expecting a replacement but nothing. Im a 69 yr old cancer survivor and cant afford to lose 50.00. Son is contacting game company. Hope they can help.

Went to the Eye Center. Very pleased! The Dr. Was very detailed and explained things.

They always have what I want and need. I went to get a replacement headlight for my car and got it $5 cheaper than any parts store in town. I love my Walmart!!! The staff is always helpful and the store is always stocked!! Thanks for making my life easier!!!!
