Went in for a tire rotation, an appointment was set, got there in time was done in 30 minutes. They were busy at this time of the day. Asked a couple of questions. Very satisfied with the service. Staff is friendly and courteous.

Made an appointment for 10am, even did the QR check in at 9:52 and was completely ignored for 25 minutes, uh what was the making a appointment for??? Customers arrive 10 to 15 minutes later were taken care of, while we sat there. After we were admitted the DT that brings me back came through. This was for this visit today.

If you buy your tires at Discount Tire. You get a free air check on your tires to make sure that theyre up to the right level. I went to the Discount Tire in Snellville Georgia. We waited 25 minutes 2 someone come out and check the pressure in our tires. It was 8:30 in the morning. One they had a car in it the rest was empty people kept walking by but no one came to help us. Until 25 minutes later. This is unacceptable.

The ONLY tire store in town as far as I’m concerned. These guys are AWESOME!!!

This location is amazing!! The workers are so professional and willing to help. I came in cause one of my tires kept deflating. The expert I was dealing with recognized the issue right away, he stated there was a nail in the tire. Afterwards, he told my they could pull the car in right away and get started. I was in a rush but they serviced my vehicle extremely quickly. Also, the service was completely free. I’ve never been so impressed by service that I had to leave a review.

Went to get 4 tires changed. They damaged one of my tire pressure sensors while changing out the tires. Went back the following day and they replaced it for free.

First time coming to this location. I called in to see they had my tires in stock, which they did. I went ahead to schedule an appointment and I was literally in and out within 35 minutes. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED just make sure you schedule your appointment and get there on time you will be all set!

I have a lifetime warranty on my tires. Everytime I bring my car in is because the tire light keep coming on. I renewed my contract the last time I was there. I paid 7.00 for a tire that had a bubble inside. They replaced it. The salesperson told me to renew my warranty in case the other tire go bad. I have a lifetime warranty. I called today to make a appointment. I explained to the salesperson the last time I came in to get air in tire. The guy told me I needed the two front tires replaced. The salesperson told me I had to pay for the two tires even if I had a lifetime warranty on the tires. I made an appointment for tomorrow at 10am. I will not be going back.

Highly recommend. They were quick and attentive. They kept me up to date on the process and they were open and honest about how long things would take. They made a mistake when ordering my new tires and they ended up going above and beyond to make up for it.

Discount Tire at this location was not helpful at all. What I needed was to have one of my car tires to be balanced. I made an appointment and went there. A staff observed/measured my tire and then refused to do it. He said, its too wear down .... He recommended to replace the tire. Then he checked on his computer and said, That type of tire is not available. I have to order it. Long story short, Discount Tire didnt do the balance at the time. I went to a nearby tire shop. They did it for $10. Whats a point? The point is why Discount Tire just simply do what a customer requests them to do? Surely, Discount Tire can recommend ST to a customer, but please ... let their customers make their own choices. FYI, my tire was not that bad, and after the balancing, my Toyota truck run smoothly, and I was very happy. Im sure itll be fine for at least one or two years. (A little history: couple days ago, I accidentally hit a curb. After that, since the front axle was out of alignment, one tire wears down a little at a toe, but not very bad. Before I came to Discount Tire, I had tire alignment done already, and at that time I only needed a tire balanced ...). Regarding that Discount Tire, I felt they were not willing to help me at all. If Discount Tire does not want to help, why I should come to them again? Definitely not! My name is Matthew Nguyen. My schedule time is 11:00 AM Sept. 10, 2020. The staff helping me was in red shirt. So I’m from out of the state, my tire gets a large bolt in it while I’m working. I show up at Discount Tires at 8:00AM. They immediately get me in and start working on my tire. While I’m sitting and waiting I note that everyone working is extremely friendly, courteous and professional. 38 minutes later they tell me it’s done and have me back out. I remind them that I’ve still not paid for the service. “Oh no sir, no charge”. WHAT? No charge for removing my wheel, taking the tire of of the wheel, patching it and putting it back on? Unbelievable, these guys made my day. If I lived in the area I would not take my car anywhere else! Thank You Lee for the great service!

Absolutely love Discount Tire. Theyre prices and warranties are great. I ordered new tires last night and they were ready to be installed this morning! When I showed up to the store they had a sign with my name on it and they pulled my car right in. By the time I finished signing for my purchase the guys in the shop were almost finished installing my tires! It was a great experience and this will be my go to location from now on!

I cannot say enough good things about this place and sales person Mr.Kenneth Johnson! I just moved to the area and had a flat tire today. I took my car up to the Volkswagen dealership and they tried to charge me over $200 for a tire. I went into discount tire and they took the nail out of my tire and fixed my tire for absolutely free. I cannot think I’m enough for helping me. I highly recommend this place and I will be back.

Bad customer service

Ive always had a great experience with discount tire. I have friends that tell me other places are cheaper, but the service is worth it. They do repairs and are great about honoring tire warranties.

They went out of their way to help me when my tire blew and were super nice. The service was fast and I was given several options, many of which saved me money compared to other places I had called. They even put my spare on for free before I decided to buy the new tire from them. Discount Tire has earned my business from now on.

I took my truck to have the tire pressure checked. they do this for free. the mechanic checked the sticker on my door for tire information. I noted that these tires are larger than the standard tires referenced in the sticker. he asked me if Id my tires inflated to 36 or 34 psi😳...ummm Id like them inflated to the proper level based upon my tire size.

Staff was knowledgeable and helped me get the tires I really wanted. There was a small issue with one of the tires going to the wrong location which pushed back installation a few days but once it was resolved the tires were installed quickly.

I have been coming to this location for years and I have never once had a bad experience. The free air checks & tire rotation alone make the trip here worthwhile. However, Kenny & the rest of the gentlemen at this location always make me feel taken care of. I trust them completely to guide me towards the right choice for my car. My first visit to a Discount Tires was over a decade ago. Wed gotten a flat and limped to the store to get it fixed. At that time, wed never done business with them, but they fixed the flat without charging us.15 years later, we by all of our tires from them. Yesterday, I brought in a car I bought used with tires they clearly didnt sell me. I needed a rotate and balance asking with a slow leak fixed. 90 minutes later, Im rolling out with the work done and without paying a penny.Maybe I can find tires cheaper elsewhere, but its worth it to me to do business with an outfit that is willing to help people out like they did for me years ago, and is able to recognize a loyal customer like they did yesterday.Just dont roll in there at 2pm on a Saturday and expect to NOT wait. 😂

Went in with a spare tire on, hoping to plug a sudden flat tire. I was expecting them to say I needed a new tire, or even two new ones to balance out the tread (I wouldnt really know better and trust them). But I was happy to find out that they worked quickly to plug the tire, put all the spare tire parts back in their places, top off all the air in my tires (including the spare), and cleaned the wheels.... All for free! I left with a huge smile on my face and will definitely be returning to them for any work I need done in the future.

The staff was so friendly and extremely helpful from setting up my appointment to given me a great deal for tire replacement . The wait time was not long. One staff member helped a woman whose baby had an upset stomach he must be a great dad because help said he was used to cleaning up behind babies and he mentioned his own son being sick once.
