The first going there was 2 weeks ago for an oil change. They answered all my questions concerning my mothers car and about the tires needed for her car. Brian was especially friendly and helpful. Will be returning to get tires put on car soon. This is the way a business should be ran. No hassles to buy anything or any extra cost. Just straight forward. Honest

I came to these guys for an emergency tire problem 3 months ago. Let me just say “THEY ARE THE BEST” . Since then any problems, concerns or issues I’ve been having with my truck. They have been on top of it! Good guys with great service. I know for sure I will be back for any service needed on my truck!

It was terrible I went in for an oil change cam out with water in my radiator. They told me my overflow tank was empty and wanted to do my radiator told them no my entire cooling system was new even chaged the overflow tank. Stopped to got cooling fluid. My husband went to put in coolant and the overflow tank was full of water. Then the shop blamed me. They claimed they dont have water. Iam mad because that is a brand new radiator hoses and tank everything new my husband did it and we never use water

Danny, Quentin and of Course Don the mechanic pulled together to provide emergency mechanical work for me, replacing the oil pan and converter for my much loved Honda Accord. They diagnosed the problem accurately and completely and then set out to get the whole job done on Thanksgiving eve. And they kept a smile going, even though my car is difficult to work on from years of rust and wear. The price was very economical considering the difficulty and time involved. I will always always go to Speedy in Lawrenceville, they are trusted professionals.

I started coming to speedee for oil changes because it was close to my home and normally quick. In the past month I have had to go back for other issues and David has always helped with pricing and recommendations. I definitely recommend speedee if you want personable and good service. They go above and beyond to fix your issues

If you have a european car save your time and money and go straight to a service center of your vehicle’s manufacturer. I took my car about 2 months ago and forgot to post this review. Danny i believe was the name of the manager told me what was “wrong in my car”, turns out i was charged $435 for absolutely nothing. He told me my it was something with my thermostat and coolant and once it broke again the next day, i decided to take it to the BMW dealer where they figured it out and turns out it was my Water Pump that was broken which i suspected but i am however no mechanic. In the end all speedee did was take $435 all because they needed some money. My warranty company which covered a Water Pump repair at speedee was not used because of what was performed on my car. Just shows how careless they are, I know this wont be the same experience for everyone but it definitely is a risk that came out expensive on my end.

This is a horrible shop to take your vehicles to. The only person who knows what they are doing is Don. The manager raised his voice at me, when my daughter had broke down 3 times after having her car repaired by them. They actually told her her car was fine to take the car even though a Warning light was on. It was not there when she brought it in. This place act like they did not care. Even when the car had to be towed into the shop, once again (after paying for repairs). Dont go here... The one star was for the mechanic Don, other wise I would have gave them a big (0).

They put the wrong oil filter and my car had oil leak while I was driving. I ended up towing my car and changed the filter and put new oil. I took the filter and the new work invoice along with the towing charge recept. They said they will get back to me and they did not. When I called them to get an update they denied that they did put the wrong filter. Please do not trust these people with your car. Will never go back here.

My wife recently took her jeep to speedy to get a switch changed we were told that there was a bad switch on the ac. We see now why they call them selves speedy because they just took a wild guess on which switch might be bad and fix the wrong switch it was in & out in record time . our AC still don’t work and they wanna argue with me about my wife told them what to fix and I’m trying to tell him will you didn’t check to see if it was broke or not what kind of Mechanic are you very bad experience with speedy go somewhere where they take their time and fix the problem . To bad I had to give them 1 star to leave this post it’s more than they deserve . Rude And not even trying to help resolve the issue .

I went to this location to get a simple oil change for my 2013 Chevy Cruze on the morning of Saturday, July 14, 2018. They over-tightened the oil plug and stripped the thread which caused an oil leak. To make matters worse, they did not inform me of this issue and I found out later since the oil was leaking on sensors which caused the check engine light to come on. This matter could have been a lot worse and I would have been running on very low oil and caused permanent engine damage. I would highly recommend anyone to avoid businesses that promote such types of ethical standards.

I brought my car and my wife’s car here on a recommendation from someone who also brings a lot of business here (not anymore). They checked my wife’s check engine light and determined we needed a new Catalytic Converter, a 3 hour install. When we returned, we paid and pulled out of the parking lot and almost immediately my wife noticed a crack on her windshield. She lives a mile away so she pulled into her driveway where we observed they had clearly broken the windshield below the hood, a bad break. We returned in less than 5 minutes and let the mechanic know. The break was below the hood of the engine and contained heat striations in the glass, clearly resulting from the engine access and work just done. The mechanic disappeared to call the owner, and came back and tried to tell us it was a rock. It’s literally impossible that a rock broke the windshield, the break is below the hood and on top of that there are actual heat mark waves in the glass. We were also gone down the road less than 5 minutes. They were incredibly rude to us after this, and we were told the owner would call us later. We never received a call from the owner. You just lost multiple customers and revenue streams because you refused to fix a windshield that your own mechanics clearly and obviously broke. I highly recommend this shop be avoided at all costs, they are incredibly nice until they mess something up and then this place becomes an absolute scam. DO NOT COME HERE.

Ive only been once, but the service was fast and well priced. They honored a coupon that I had left at my house. Seems like a good place to get your oil changed. Didnt try to up sale me on anything.

David and Don’t were such wonderful gentleman. This is my second time coming to Speedees. They are so helpful and always show you the parts they repaired and what was wrong with it. They also tell you what is wrong before fixing it.

They were definitely fast and were willing to help when I wasnt sure about the fluids when they didnt have to. But they did give a vibe like they were offended by a woman asking that and kinda turned me off a bit. I just wanted to make sure my car was okay because Ive had bad experiences before, not that I didnt think they knew what they were doing. But its fine. I would still recommend people to go just double check that they top off your fluids for your peace of mind

Needed some repairs on my vehicle, but was concerned about driving it. SpeeDee employees came and picked up my vehicle and checked it. They let me know what was needed and repaired my vehicle in a timely fashion.

The mechanic Don is wonderful,he explains what’s wrong with your car before he starts working on to make sure you time to wait. In 2017 he worked on my Toyota Camry 2007 he installed a new engine in my car. Save a lot of money. Still working strong.
