I had wrecked the front end of my Chrysler Pacifica and I was devastated. I’m a mom of two small children and my mini van is my home away from home. I called Top Notch Collision & spoke with Alan. He told me to bring it on in . I got there & Alan came out to take a look. He had another gentleman inspect it and told me it was unsafe to drive because I had cracked the frame that held the radiator and transmission in place, ripped off the undercarriage and of course I wanted it painted because it looked terrible. He assured me not to worry, that we were all safe and that’s what mattered most. He told me he would take care of everything, AND HE DID! He even had my van back to me within 5 DAYS! 5! She looks brand new and he even had it washed and cleaned for me. He gave me all the info I needed for the insurance company and gave me a discount.This man is not only a wonderful business man but a genuinely wonderful person. He actually cared and it showed. I count myself as lucky to find Alan and Jeff at Top Notch Collision. I came to them when a previous company did a poor install on a new spoiler that I purchased for my 350Z, and since that time Ive been back multiple times for new additions to my car. Even though all of the parts have been authentic, they have still required a fair amount of modification to fit with OEM quality, and Jeff and his team have knocked every single part out of the park! Whether its troubleshooting on how to install Aerocatch hood latches on an MCR hood (which has never been done before), or fitting and painting my Vorschlag bumper (only one in North America), I trust them with it all. My 2006 CTS CADILLAC had been damaged through a handyman scam. I decided to use Top Notch based upon the online reviews. Boy was I NOT disappointed! They did a great job on the repairs to my vehicle. They worked with my insurance company when they found additional damage once they opened up the vehicle. I never needed to talk to the insurance adjuster, they took care of it all! They were always extremely courteous when answering my questions and explaining what was happening with my vehicle. They even took the time to wash and clean the inside of my car. If you need your car fixed or done the right way go here, although my truck ended up being totaled and work was not done the help Alan gave me was 2nd to none. Being in my first accident and a little bit lost he helped me dealing with the other persons insurance who were being difficult and pushy. Gave me all the tips on how to get the most value out of my vehicle and did not let the insurance push me around. On the initial estimate he told me he would refuse to use reused parts and my truck would be just like it was before the accident. I hope I dont have to come back but if I need any work done this is the place to go.

We are super happy! The paint on the hood on our 2010 Lexus GX460 was peeling badly. It was a triple coat pearl white color. Top Notch Collision removed the hood and matched the color and even the metal flake perfectly! It looks just like a brand new car now. They did a wonderful job at a very reasonable price. Amazing experience at Top Notch Collision when my wife got hit by a unlicensed semi truck with only 700 miles on my new car. Alan and his crew did a fantastic job on both my 2004 Nissan Xterra and 2009 Infinity G37. Same damage to both, front end and passenger side quarter panel. One was out of my pocket and the other was an insurance claim. Helped with the claim and the rental and did a great job on both cars. I will return to and you should too, you wont be disappointed.

Im going to say off the bat that Im a pretty picky person that looks for details and quality, and Top Notch exceeded my expectations! Alan is a rarity these days as companies tend to push the sales, etc. to gain more profit, and in turn loose out on quality and customer relations. Alan and the Top Notch crew maintain a busy shop, while still exceeding in both areas. My repair was due to a damage during the shipment of my new-to-me car (through Carvana). I sought three quotes - TN was right in line with the others. I decided to try due to the reviews. They were able to repair and paint my car roof in a custom color in a very reasonable timeframe. Unfortunately the front windshield was broken while trying to replace (a windshield which was previously replaced), which is common, and TN was able to quickly order and install a quality replacement. The car was detailed when I picked it up, and Alan stayed late to accomodate my schedule. In his words, I just want to treat my customers the way I would want to be treated. Top Notch certainly has earned their name!!
