Got an oil channel at this location with Eddy and received great service. Eddy was very down to earth and conversational. They had fair pricing on services I received. I mentioned changing my brakes and rotors and they were very honest with me, explaining that I did not need to change them while showing me how to tell I had a lot of padding left on my brakes.The price of the oil change was a little over ten dollars less than I paid for my last oil change. Eddy made sure all my lights worked before I left and checked my air filter. Rather than telling me I needed a change, Eddy told me the filter may be getting close but that I didn’t necessarily need it this time. I asked to see the air filter at which point I decided to go ahead and change it, but without feeling manipulated into an up charge like I’ve experienced at other places.Overall, Eddy was very professional; I received fast service, honest reviews of my maintenance needs and thoroughly enjoyed my visit as the staff were easy to talk to without being awkward about it. I will be coming back again in the future and when it’s time for more extensive service needs like those brakes and rotors I mentioned earlier, I’ll be planning to return to this location.

Eddie was informative and patient with any questions i had in regards to my vans oil change to my surprise i didnt have to exit my van to get the oil change which is so convenient. Eddie recommended a filter change since it was pretty dirty i can tell the difference as i drive he worked quickly, so i wasnt there for long. Thank so much for the amazing service. Really is a drive through oil change. Much more convenient than 3 bobbleheads, who require an appointment then cancel it the day of. Make sure you tell your service guy whether you want synthetic (I did) because that is default and a $30 upcharge. You get a multi point vehicle inspection included. The techs seem to have a genuine concern for clients. About $70 for my Honda civic.

The only thing this place is good at this quick oil changes oil changes. I bought some tires from this place and they said the warranty would recover any damage caused of the tires. I have a slash in my tire. I called them to confirm that it can be fixed or replaced and they said yes as long as it’s not on the side wall. I took it to the shop and they tried to lie to me and say it was on the side wall. So I showed them diagrams from Google showing where exactly the sidewall is in a tire. Then they change their mind and said well even if it’s not on the sidewall we’re not able to replace that or fix it you have to buy a new tire. I’m reading a a one star because I cannot trust what these people are saying if they change their mind once I’m here just to make a sale.

I stopped in and got a full-synthetic oil change, emissions test, new windshield wipers, a full alignment, two new tires and a front brake job. I never realized they offer so many services. The work was done very efficiently and at an overall lower cost than driving around to other shops for individual repairs. The staff was extremely helpful, courteous and knowledgeable. The manager, Pete was very friendly and explained to me the different types of services offered, which ones were recommended and why. It was exactly the no-pressure, straightforward experience that is sorely lacking from many other repair shops. I highly recommend this place for your car service needs.

I just walked out of the oil change center. I got an estimate for my a/c system from one of the servicemen. I have to say...from call to finish-the service was IMPECCABLE!Tim, the oil change service manager, was exceptional! He greeted me at my door. Asked me what they could help me with and proceeded to offer me coffee and a comfortable seat in the waiting room. He checked in frequently and updated me. You really dont find that kind of service much anymore. They not only checked my a/c (I went in to get the dye test), but when they realized I need a compressor and other things the service technician told me step by step what I needed. Other places gave me the long story about doing the dye, running test and all that for over $200! I knew I needed a compressor so why had no one else just told me the truth? I left out with peace of mind and I only had to pay for my diagnostic test. Not something that I didnt need. These guys over at Express Oil Change are great! Thanks!!!

I just moved to the area and wasn’t too thrilled to find a new shop for my car. However, I was glad to have found Express oil change! They were so nice and explained everything as soon as you pulled up. It’s great not having to get out of your car! They changed my oil, topped off all my fluids, washed my windows, and checked my tires! Jay was so friendly and gave me recommendations for my car but was not pushy on products. I love this place! Scott is the manager, he is very friendly, helpful and they tell you the truth regarding necessary repairs. For an oil change, youre in and out. They inspect all mechanical structures, fluids and lights. They work very well together as a team to do a quality job. Im very pleased with their service. Its totally worth the money. Excellent service, quick and easy. Fair price that comes out to about $40 for basic service and friendly staff. No problems here. Usually change my own oil but Im paying $25 for same oil and filter, the extra $15 is worth not getting dirty in my yard.

The people were freindly and helpful and took care of my dads car for oil change (showed me the clean oil on the stick) and emission test. Found the prices to be on the high side but stayed with them as I was stuck in rush hour traffic. People were great but I will not be back as I know I can find lower prices elsewhere.

On there website, they say it takes only about 10 minutes for an oil change and they were right. I wasnt even waiting in the car for that long. New to the area and based on the reviews I chose to bring my sons Honda Civic and Chevy Blazer here for oil changes. They recommended a diagnostic on the Honda (no check engine light on ever), kept it overnight and a guy named Mark called me at closing the next day saying that that perform other service without my authorization and that I could pick up the car and everything was fixed. I was told the drove the car until it ran hot. Not only that, they never performed the diagnostic. I spoke with the manager Scott who advise to bring it back. It was the worse decision, but I thought that they would make it right. They ripped and cut my sons spark plugs wires, broke a piece of metal. My son barely made it home. The Honda now jerked and cut off all the way home. I called the manager Scott again and he tried to tell me now my sons motor is bad. I told him that I trusted them and that they let me down.The Chevy Blazer check engine would not go off since bringing it her as well. Scott said that they filled and topped everything and that was a lie as well. They did nothing the fluids ind the reservoirs were low or dry.I never had problems out of either vehicles until I brought them here. Both cars are still having issues since then. We took the for second opinion and my sons Honda had no oil mixing, no white smoke. And the motors are just fine.The mechanics here are just like typical place that is full of greed, blame and excuses.

This place is awesome! I have a power steering, transmission, and oil leak, and I came here in a hurry right before leaving town and they took care of everything and even fixed some other issues that I didnt ask for (like squeaky doors and dead bulbs). Plus they are super friendly and it was seriously so fast. Would highly recommend!

I have been coming to Express Oil Change & Tune-Up for several years now to have my oil changed and mechanical work done on my vehicle. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable and I feel that I can trust them completely. They do a great job of maintaining my vehicle and I would refer others to them because of the staff and their honesty in dealing with the customer. I was looking for a Mobil 1 oil change for my car and decided to try Express Oil because I hear their ads all the time during the Atlanta Braves games. The service was fast and friendly and competitively priced. They even asked me if I needed an emissions check. With my birthday coming up in a week, that saved me an extra trip to a testing station. I plan to take all my cars there now. Great Job!

They were nice and professional when I was there, but when I was about to drive away I noticed I couldn’t turn my key to start my car. I fiddled with it and got it to start. Later the ignition cylinder started to stick and I had trouble removing my key. I called them up and reported the issue WHICH DID NOT EXIST before my vehicle was serviced by them. I called them up and reported the issue but the guy implied that it was a preexisting issue; therefore, it was my fault or I was lying. He stated that they would “look at it” but with a tone that conveyed little interest in my issue and that they would NOT fix it. I deal with moderate to severe anxiety so the idea of returning only to have to argue with them, have them not repair the damage, and blame me for the issue was very distressing. I felt very insulted for being passive-aggressively called a liar, but powerless to do anything about it. So basically they are nice to your face but the moment they have your money they couldn’t care less if they damaged your vehicle. Will not be returning nor recommending them to anyone else. DO NOT GO THERE! IF THEY DAMAGE YOUR VEHICLE THEY WILL NOT ACCEPT RESPONSIBILITY NOR FIX THE PROBLEM AND IMPLY THAT YOU ARE A LIAR.

On my eventful Saturday I got my oil changed at express oil, when I left saw signs of oil leakage and smoke. Turns out they forgot a gasket on my oil filter. I called, Scott asked no questions but my address, came to my house and fixed the issue making something that frustrated me to the most pleasant experience I have had dealing with my car. As long as Scott is there I will bring my car there every time my service is due. I just want to thank Scott for being a genuine person and making the situation RIGHT.
