I have always experience quality workmanship from here. They are always helpful and reasonable. They explain what happened, what needs to be done and always call before they do the work. There have never been hidden fees when I pick up a vehicle. I appreciate the professionalism and the way they treat me and my vehicles.

I’ve been coming to this shop for the last 3 years bringing my cars, my family’s cars and some of my friends cuz of the great job they do. They’re able to work on any car and I respect that a lot, they have worked on my 1981 Mercedes and my 2011 bmw, and all my family drives American cars and they always make sure that they get they’re cars back working and without a problem. Great costumer service and a they give a lot of help to the costumers.

Central Diagnostic Auto Repair is a professional and knowledgeable mechanic with excellent customer service and auto-repair services.I would highly recommend them. I have been having problems with my car for months and they fixed them in a timely manner and did a great job of helping me fix it. The staff are lovely people and are super attentive and dedicated to their jobs and providing for the community.

Great Honest Mechanics. Im a regular and I continue to bring all my vehicles here because the prices are fair and youre only charged for whats needed.

I went in for battery issues that was dismissed as not a concern by two different mechanics but it got to where my car was dying. He made my battery terminal look brand new!! My ac wasn’t draining properly and was actually building up water in my driver’s side panel. He fixed the coil/pipe (whatever that was) and drained my panel of water. I was so happy with their service. They actually listened to my concerns and never did they make me feel like I’m just a girl. Mind you I was challenged by another mechanic about the battery issue. Haven’t had to jump my car since!! And their price was reasonable!! Will be going back for all of my vehicles needs. 🙂

By far, the best experience I have had with any auto repair places in Lawrenceville. Everyone there makes you feel very at ease. My truck is 21 years old and thought it was going to cost a fortune to keep running. It was way less than what I thought it would be. They even drove me to work and delivered my truck to me. Twice! Yes, twice. I highly recommend these folks over anyone in Lawrenceville and I have tried almost all of them!

This is where to get your vehicle fixed! Demetrio is very competent and has all the right equipment to diagnose your technical problem. Sophia speaks good English and was sweet to give me a ride home while her husband fixed my ride. Their prices are fair and they do not cheat you.

I have two reviews to post. The first one is from my sister in law, she doesnt have a smart phone or computer so I am posting this for her. At the end of February she was having trouble with her cat starting, one morning it would not start so she had it towed to them . They replaced the motor mounts at around 300.00, a couple of days later it would not start, it had to be towed again, they replaced the ignition coil another 300.00...well guess what same thing happened back up there Now they tell her the motor is gone no fixing Really you could not tell this before speeding over 600 dollars. Whats really crazy is Sophia wanted her to bring them the title of the car so they could scrap it and keep the money when she said no, they told her she had to get her car off their lot that day. I would have thought a good mechanic would have know her engine was going. 😡

It took them over a year to finish my car. They blame it on me going to the hospital for surgery BUT prior to that it was already a few months in when they said it will take weeks. I would say hey I need the car for xyz theyll say they will have it done and there are no changes. You se they tried to attack and put me on blast. Theyre disorganized, unethical, ignorant, and either need to shut down or find more staff. As he told me during the many months of not having my car, his employee quit and he couldnt find anyone. Thats because he lies and says he can take and have cars done at a certain time, knowing he cant and they bite off more than they can chew. Also, the images for his site were taken by his employee, who also quit, of MY vehicle during the 12+ months of not having it done and without my permission. How do you have times to take pics but not have time to finish MY car? See the issue? Do NOT bring your car in unless you dont care for it or have a long-term backup. Also, good luck getting callbacks, because his wife is the one answering the calls (it doesnt go to the store), and she knows nothing. I got tired of waiting, then when he finished it, the car was smoking, stalling, idling, and driving poorly. I gave up and told them to keep it. My car was driving better BEFORE giving it to them and I have a rightful mind to sue this business. I think, and had this brought to my attention by an ACTUAL mechanic, they purposely took long and made it sound and look worse, so they could keep it. It was a beautiful, excellent condition Audi A6. He always talked about how great it was and what a deal it was and how much he liked it. Also, from the year of having it, youd think they would at least honor the orginal price, or give a significant discount, due to the year (and change) it took to get the car done, but no, they INCREASED the price by over $1000 saying it took a little more time than he thought. YOU HAD A YEAR DIPSH*T. Well I hope is worth the lawsuit buddy. Also, learn to speak English please. Not everyone in AMERICA speaks Spanish and its even more difficult now because the employee you did have that was bilingual quit, and his wife also barely speaks Spanish. They had to drag someone over from the business next to them to translate. FIND ANOTHER DEALERSHIP
