I was very happy with Williams friendliness and explanations to my questions. But he gave me an estimate for replacing my ball joints on the suspension for $947.00, each ball joint listed at $115.00. When I got home I did a little research and found the ball joints as little as $8 each!! This was on various sites that I have ordered parts from before. I called a young man that had worked on my car previously - he said he could do it for quite a bit less - for parts and labor. The first est. included $89 for an alignment. That was not included in the 2nd estimate. When I told him what the estimate was he was shocked. So was I, call James Mayer to work on your cars. He does excellent, dependable work.

I came into this place expecting to get qualified people who do quality work. I was being convinced from a phrase of the specialist claiming he likes doing things right. It went down hill into one yr. of 2nd engine replacement & still did not get right.

Kevin and William did a wonderful job on restoring my Olds 350 engine. Kevin kept my budget in mind and worked diligently to clean, paint and restore the engine. The engine swap was fully warranted and successful. The recommendations by the team proved to be cost efficient without compromising power. William did an amazing job with the exhaust. I’m a repeat customer and can tell you these guys are legit.

Im new to the area and called a couple of repair shops. Pikes advised they could check and made an appointment for me the next day. The low tire pressure warning kept popping up after I filled the tire with air. The technician found I had a slow leak and was able to patch the tire. Service was quick. Both gentleman were professional and explained everything.

I cant believe the experience I just had. My car needed a quick fix. William got me in within 24 hours to repair what another shop had messed up. Ive been going here for years and recommend it to everyone! The owner William and the staff are friendly, professional and very knowledgeable. They were able to fit me in without an appointment, they completed the work to repair the problem, the wait time was responsible, staff were wearing masks. I gave only four stars because the repairs were on the higher side in comparison by nearly a hundred dollars. I only return because I trust the work but Im looking for a less expensive auto repair that I can also trust.

I have been taking all my cars to William for twenty years .They have done all my service on four cars no matter what it needed . Great service trustworthy honest very dependable . They never have tried to sell me on anything the car didn’t need . Also they would inform me about items that were coming up like it will need brakes or tires in so many more miles . That has very helpful to plan ahead the needed expense They treat my wife the same as if I was there which is rare in repair business . Other shops tried to up sell my daughters on parts they didn’t need . I have sent several of my friends there and they love it . They said wow it was like we were family .
