Wow is all I can say! Classic Collision of Lawrenceville went above & beyond. My front bumper looks awesome. They also cleaned the outside and inside of my car which I wasn’t expecting at all. I was shocked when I saw my car in such great condition honestly better than how I dropped it off. Matt & Kayla did a great job and they sent me text updates about my car. I will definitely be coming back to get another headlight. Only the drivers side headlight & bumper were wrecked. I am very impressed with the work that was put into my car. STAY AWAY!! I had to go back FOUR TIMES to get my vehicle fixed and they still couldnt get it right. I went to this location because of the reviews but this places LACKS quality control so bad its pathetic. The manager, Chris, is a CROOK. He will try to avoid responsibility and claim that the vehicle is not perfect because the diminished value with the insurance company covers their inability to do proper work, which is not the case. My vehicle had RUST spots from the location where they did the welds because no one cared to coat it properly. No oversight from management. STAY AWAY!. Below is an email I sent to my insurance company.Good afternoon Michael,I went to pick up my vehicle today after the gravel guard has beeninstalled. Unfortunately, the gravel guard was not installed properlyand wasnt blended in with the rest of the vehicles paint as comparedto the door panels gravel guard. They were both installed by ClassicCollision. I dont understand why the quality of the work varies. Monawas with me during the inspection and she mentioned that she noticedthis too and she will have to talk to the manager and get back to mewith a response. Im really starting to regret taking my vehicle therebecause it seems like theres no quality control/quality assurance atthis repair facility. The problems Ive encountered so far are:1. Rusted weld points. Ive mentioned this to you previously and Iveattached the images here again. This was supposedly taken care of the2nd time I took my vehicle in. However, Im concerned right now, afterseeing the quality of the work so far, that they just painted over therusted areas instead of treating it properly.2. Debris in the final paint work.3. Damaged backup camera wire/harness. I was told that this happenedwhen they removed the bed and placed it back again, it pinched thewire and cut it. I had to wait about an hour to get this fixed.4. Missing covers for the door hands inside the vehicle.5. No gravel guard/improper installed for the quarter panel.Moreover, as mentioned before, when I tried to mention the gravelguard issue to the manager (Chris), he did not want to take anyresponsibility for not installing it the first time and tried to coverit up by pushing it towards the diminished value compensation sayingthat the reason I get diminished value is to cover such things.I wanted to make sure youre aware of everything Ive encountered sofar and I hope this will get taken care of soon. *****Auto Owner’s BEWARE******My pregnant 🤰🏽 cousin, took her vehicle here just after a fender bender (she has boasted about their work in the past).When she went to pick up her vehicle, she immediately noticed the disheveled look inside. As she further inspected, she realized that several miscellaneous items were taken (diaper bag, diapers, maternity/newborn items, lotion, perfume, school supplies, etc). She brought this up to the mechanic who returned the car to her, immediately he became nasty and defensive (he began yelling at her); my cousin called me crying 😢.She then brought the situation up to the manager/owner and he to immediately got defensive but over several text messages later, he offered her a gift card to compensate for the missing items (which she broke down in value - even depreciating the value on used items).But before she even received the gift card, the manager/owner changed his tune and stated that “no one in his shop would steal, he pays them too well for that”, my cousin then stated “review the surveillance footage”. The manager/owner response was “we don’t have security cameras”😳😳😳😳😳😳😳👀👀👀👀😳😳 WAIT …………… WHAT??????????? even my nail salon, hair salon and beauty supply store have security cameras….. how as an auto repair shop, you don’t have surveillance 🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔MAJOR RED FLAG 🚩 🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩 I would NOT be able to trust this location with my car AT ALL ❌❌❌❌🚫🚫🚫🚫🚫🚫🙅🏽‍♀️🙅🏽‍♀️🙅🏽‍♀️🙅🏽‍♀️So all in all, my cousin didn’t get the gift card (as originally agreed upon) and lost out on the value of the items stolen. Items that were SECURELY TUCKED AWAY IN A DIAPER BAG IN HER TRUNK (the fender bender occurred to the front of the vehicle) there was no need for anyone but a THIEF (whether a mechanic/employee/external robber) to go into the trunk, and steal a DIAPER BAG!!!!It’s truly sad that the manager/owner couldn’t be reasonable enough to realize the unfortunate situation and take minor ownership (for not having security cameras-which primary usage is to DETER CRIME) and issue a gift card…. smh … they would get NO business from me, nor would I recommend them and if I over hear this repair shop in conversation I would recite this very situation as a reason for NO ONE to further use them for repairs 😐❌🙅🏽‍♀️

I DID THAT. I DROVE OFF WITHOUT REALIZING MY BACK SEAT HEAD REST WAS MISSING-BEHIND MY SONS CARSEAT. AND GUESS WHAT. IT COSTS 650. AND THEY SOOOOO CONVENIENTLY DID NOT COVER THE COST TO REPLACE IT BECAUSE OF COURSE ITS SO MUCH EASIER TO REMOVE LIABILITY THAN ADMIT YOU LOST A PIECE OF A CAR THAT CAME INTO YOUR LOT UNDER YOUR SUPERVISION. If Google allowed me to give more stars, Classic Collision would definitely get 10. Words can’t express the level of customer service that was provided to me! From the moment I received a phone call until my vehicle was completed. My collision was repaired, good paint job, and they also detailed the interior. They were courteous, prompt, and communicated well with my updates. Classic collision center was clean, spacious and implemented covid policy. I have to give thanks to Carol(contact center), Larissa, Kayla(office), Matthew Towery(estimator), and Chris Brown(manager). Special thanks to Marty Burke(Regional Manager), for taking the time to dissect a significant issue with my vehicle that was resolved with no questions. Marty called and was very detailed and pleasant about the services they were providing on my vehicle. I would refer anyone to Classic Collision. [Poor, unprofessional quality]After 2.5 weeks repair period, I got a very disappointed repair result for my one-year-old nice car. The shop’s estimator told me continuously that I was on the higher standard for the result of the repair and compliance of car maker’s repair tolerance would be good. I just wanted my car to be repaired as looking good but the shop refused more job.Eventually, I had to go another body shop to check the repaired area with insurance company’s permission. Another body shop told me that the repair was wrong doing something. My car is waiting for re-repair under cooperation with insurance company in next week.

I was incredibly happy with the service from start to finish. My car was towed to them at the close of the business day. From the start they let me know the car had arrived and they would start work on my car the next morning. I was updated at each step in the process. I requested to use parts from my car’s manufacture and they were able to accommodate my request even though insurance said “like and kind” parts were to be used. I also requested they inspect my car for more than just the apparent damage because I wanted to avoid future issues. They went above and beyond. My car looks like new. This is the company to use. Having my car damaged was stressful, but the repair process was not thanks to this company.

Better than new! Fantastic customer service and the repairs are all done using original manufacturer parts. They kept me updated almost daily and were very responsive to any questions I had. My car was returned spotless. I cannot recommend them highly enough. My account manager was Kristy, if you want to ask for her specifically.

Don’t go hereWe had an accident and went here because of all the great reviews we saw online and called insurance company I guess they have their claims people there all time who put my daughter back in an unsafe vehicle without fulling checking vehicle saying maybe a right off and said it was drivable and after I called back to insurance of course story changed to the vehicle was not drivable. Very negligent and needless to say they never uploaded pictures etc. Don’t go here. Save yourself some time. The insurance company themselves tried to communicate with them and was unsuccessful. Save yourself time, energy and know you want a shop who will not put your your family in an unsafe vehicle without checking it out

I came here to only get my car body worked on and my car repainted due to a tree falling on my car. Though the work of this was completed and fine I came out with another issue. My car will not start. I took my car back and was told my battery is getting old. My car was functioning very well prior to me bringing my car to this shop. I spoke with the manager Chris and he offered to put a new battery in my car for a fee. I stated to him I should not have to pay for a battery when you all had my car over 20 days and there had not been any problems prior to me bringing my car to you all. On top of that my insurance paid over $2000 to get my car fixed and I paid $500 in cash to get my car back. For me to have to turn around and pay for a battery as well is rediculous. Chris eventually called back stating he found a battery and should be able to place that in my car today. He also stated he will just even out the cost in which I would not have to pay for this battery. He claim he will call me once the battery gets to his shop. At the end of the day, I left my car in their hands in hopes that I would get my car back in great condition and that didnt happen. So here I am today, 12/02/2020, waiting for a call to see when this new battery arrives. Until then I am inconvenienced because my car wont start. This was unexceptable and I would not recommend anyone with the experience I had. Period.

My insurance adjuster had me come here for my vehicle repairs after a car accident. This location is clean and the person who handled my paperwork was very friendly. The process was straight forward and simple and they provide updates throughout. I really liked how they show you exactly what brand of parts they purchase and how much they paid for them. I was surprised that they detailed and washed my car and tires better than most car wash locations. Overall, I was very satisfied with the repairs and the prices were very reasonable for what was done.

My full review is in the attached images. Due to the character limit, I could not write everything I wanted in this space. I will provide a brief summary of my review here and if youre interested for the full and detailed story, check the attached images.--Body work was fantastic. Initial estimate/quote process went smoothly. Body shop failed to take/submit picture of damaged energy absorber, resulting in paying for that damage out of the remainder of the insurance check that I intended on keeping for not repairing the front-end damage. I was repeatedly lied to by the body shop both on their ability to submit supplements (being accused of trying to commit insurance fraud) and the status of my vehicle, because they ultimately filed for the trunk supplement even after committing to customer pay instead of insurance pay. I felt as though no one cared about my patronage because I was essentially told to stop coming by the shop and no one seemed to care about getting the supplement taken care of even though the estimator was out of the office for several days. The trunk issue turned out to be a simple fix that should have been checked when the issue was first discovered. Essentially, I spent about $200 out of pocket between the one day for a rental car and the energy absorber instead of pocketing the money like I wanted to. I was still left with some money, but not as much as I would have been had Classic been on top of their game.

Ive used them before with no issues.This time my son dropped our car off to be serviced. Initially on the phone I was told documents needing to be signed would be emailed to me since Im the owner. That didnt happen and my son was given the papers to be signed and he was being called for follow up, instead of them calling me, the owner. No one seemed to know the correct procedure with regards to that. There was a lack of communication in that department.However the service tech Jon was very friendly at the time of appraisal of damage and throughout the time he worked on my car. He showed and explained to me everything that was repaired. Very professional and knows his craft. I would use their services again definately.

Was referred here by my insurance company after hitting an animal on the expressway. Every one of the staff i had contact with was really nice and they got my car finished before the estimated time. The text updates they sent me were all messed up as far as the time schedule for completion but with a quick phone call they were able to give me an accurate update.

I highly recommend this shop. They called me everyday about my car while it was being repaired. My insurance company wanted to use cheap aftermarket parts but Classic was able to attain all OEM on my Dodge Charger. Free estimates, free coffee, and very clean shop. 5 stars!

My car was not ready in time. They failed to keep me informed during the process. I had to call constantly to get information. When i got my car back everything seemed ok until I got home and couldnt crank it up the next day. Looked under my hood and noticed my engine sitting lower and smaller than before. A bunch of old rusty parts used. And my car was brand new off the lot when I bought it. Its a 2018. Very disappointed and I seriously believe they did so criminal activity when it comes to my car compared to how everything under the hood looked when I 1st got my car to how it looks now.

I worked with classic before on my BMW and they did a great job. However this time was different. I called to see when I can get an estimate. The lady at the front desk told me to come anytime before 4:30. It was already 3:30 so I rushed over. Got there a little before 4. Front desk tells me to take a seat and someone will be right with me. 30 minutes later and nobody has even looked at my very minorly damaged car, an estimate that would take very little time. I even saw a couple advisors sitting at their desks and conversing with each other, things didn’t seem too busy.I was pretty fed up with waiting so I left and went down the street to Elite Collision. They look at the car in less than 5 minutes and emailed me an estimate. Just disappointed at the lack of service from Classic.

3yr old Sedan, moderate rear end damage.Classic was referred by the at fault drivers insurance. The young ladies up front were all very friendly and accommodating. The first attempt at return the car was filthy and the trunk was ajar 1/4 I proved this to them with feeler guages. It leaked water. Under the felt sheet I can see all the caulk and the bed was not painted. Ins adjuster told me that was not required. There were buckles in both rear pillars. I was initially told new quarters were necessary. Instead they were pulled out and then ground smooth. Classic did their job as an insurance DRP. Very courteous staff.

It was the worst experience dealing with Geico insurance adjuster Joseph and the Classic Collision crew. Upon arrival Joseph had looked at my car and already diagnosed my issue and said “he see the air shocks go out on these cars all time”, in which he was implying my issue wasn’t related to the car accident. Classic Collision finished the repairs on my vehicle and sent my car over to Atlana Classic Cars for a diagnostic. I was instructed to pick up my car bc Geico wasn’t going to cover the cost of the diagnostic and repairs, I was upset Bc Atlantic Classic cars NEVER told Geico the damages were not related to the accident, and that “it couldn’t be determined”. I arrived there to pickup my car only to find my car COMPLETELY UNDRIVEABLE! Not only could I not drive it Bc it was literally low on the wheels, and I see a spare tire on my car. I asked where was my tire and Atlanta Classic Cars said my car was towed to their location in that condition. I looked at my husband in awe. It was just unbelievable.My car was a mess! I had to go back to Classic Collision only to find out the tire was flat and they had it there. It’s almost as if no one gave a damn there about my vehicle. It was in terrible shape. Why would the tire be separated from the car and NO ONE even bothered to mentione it. My car was completely flat on the tires! It wasn’t and still isn’t safe to drive, with a spare time on the from passenger side.This was the worst I have experienced anywhere and is totally unacceptable. After I’ve received updates stating my car was “being put back together and cleaned up”, only to find out my car looked as if it came from a junk yard. This is TERRIBLE TERRIBLE service. I would appreciate someone contact me about this matter Bc this isn’t a way to handle business nor anyone’s vehicle.

They charge you at least double to sit on a fancy waiting room. Go to kars auto body 2 minutes away and save half your money. Complete ripoffMy estimate is under james patrick on a 07 accord. You know something isnt right when a guy in a suit, not a mechanic, does the estimate with an ipad. So many unnecesary expenses that the consumer has to pay for.
