I recently had both of my vehicles fixed at Elite Auto Collision. Just to start off I will say they did an amazing job considering the damages and work that had to be done. Classic Collision was the best!!!!! I have not experienced professionalism like them in awhile. It was refreshing. Rick is the best!! I knew I was in good hands with him. They each kept me up to date on my vehicle, they finished the job super early and my vehicle was better off than when I left it!! I give them 200 stars and seriously the best decision I made taking my vehicle farther away from home!!

Took forever. I was rear ended and it took a month and 2 weeks to get my car back. I felt this was a little long for these repairs, but to make it worse, the repairs were not fully complete. I waited for 3 months for a part to arrive, no call back. I had to repeatedly call for updates. While the front desk person is nice, I believe he has too much work to properly care for customers. I drove up to Classic Collision of North Lawrenceville multiple times to get my car complete. I still have damage that is not complete, after 5 months. Im tired of dealing with it, I think Ill take the loss because the time and stress of dealing with them is not worth it. I only went to them because the other body shop told me they were too busy at the time and to use this body shop. I also had some previous damage for pealing paint on my rear passenger quarter panel. I asked for an estimate to repair it while they were doing the other work, and the estimate was enough to buy a new car. I would never suggest anyone to go here.

Worst service from Rick. He is very unprofessional, rude and lies. We had multiple issues and it ended up getting escalated to the regional manager who worked very well in trying to resolve the issues. But still, overall, I would not recommend this shop to anyone as the quality of work is poor. It has not been a month and the paint is peeling on my hood. I would compare it to a Maaco quality work. When we first took it they didn’t even bolt back the front bumper, properly so it would move when you touched it, they tried to shortcut a lot of work and the paint color doesn’t even match properly.

Rick was great! He said my part would be ready on a specific day and it was! Not only was it ready but the quality of the work was A++!

I was sent here after being rear ended. I will start by saying they did an excellent job with the repair. I would give them five stars but for the communication and that no one wears masks, one year into the pandemic. I was told that I would get a call the next morning once they had an idea of what needed done, and three days later when my rental was due back I had to call them to figure out what was going on. After that call I did get updates. They have a sign saying you can get service outside and not come in, but both at drop off and pick up I had to go inside where folks were working without masks. The person who drove my car to the front at pickup wasn’t masked and didn’t wipe down the car or anything. We have a high risk family member so have been very cautious, so this was not a pleasant experience.

The team at Elite should teach businesses on what AMAZING customer service looks like. They have it mastered. It was the recommended place that GEICO suggested to have my repairs done at and Im so glad they did. They have an awesome working relationship with GEICO that made the claim SUPER easy including on-site Enterprise rental so it was a one stop shop for everything. Erika thoroughly explained what needed repairs and when they would be done. They even have a text messaging service keeping me apprised of the progress. And the work is absolutely impeccable! I couldnt be more pleased with my experience here. While I hope I never have another wreck, I know where Ill be taking my car if I do. THANK YOU ELITE!

This is my second time using Elite, again I received top notch service. Robert communicated with me during the entire process. Very impressed with Elite. The repairs to our car were very well done, you cant even tell it was ever damaged. I had a phenomenal experience at Elite Auto Collision. I needed my windshield replaced and it was completed in a timely manner. While I was waiting I was impressed how CLEAN the waiting area was with Wifi, Bottled water & Coffee.

Everyone was very professional and answered all of my questions. The gentleman said that he would have my car done by Friday but it was actually done by Wednesday which I was very pleased with. When I saw my car I almost thought it wasn’t my car because of how nice it looked afterwards. A bus had scratched up the side of my car. The pricing was very reasonable. They managed to fix the scratch and also gave my Hyundai a nice cleaning!

This place was AWESOME!! I had an appointment for Friday and I came in on the wrong day Thursday.. Wow I went to Ellte Auto Collision this morning to get an appointment to have some repairs to my Lexus ES350. I knew it was not much but being Monday I was just getting an appointment. Well Marty looked at it, took it in the back and a few minutes later Tyler brought it to the front door all done. Now my family was in the auto body business for 50 years and that is how we operated. That is 5 Star Classy all the way. I offered to pay for repairs or at least give Tyler something but they would not accept my offer. That is the way they operate and would like to keep my business . I will be recommending Elite to everyone who may have the misfortune to need a good auto repair facility. Professionals !!!

This is the second time that Elite Auto Collision has worked on one of our cars after an accident. The second time we could have gone to any repair shop and we chose to return to Elite because of the quality of service we had the first time. Their work is outstanding! Took my bumper end cap in for them to order a new one and paint it. Their quote was about $50 less than nearby shops. It was ready for me to pick up less than 3 days later. Paint matched perfectly. Yesterday visited Elite to have them survey a used car I have just purchased. Marty and Danny not only fixed a door that was not closing flush to the car body, but installed a new plastic floorboard footrest I had just bought. And amazingly they did this while refusing to accept any payment. Their attitude was cheerful, positive and down right uplifting!! Those 15-20 minutes of interaction spoken volumes of customer service THE RIGHT WAY in an age of unsatisfactory, rushed quality care. An Elite customer for life thanks to these 2 guys!

First let me say, this was the first wreck Ive been in. Some Idiot ran out in front of me and hit my front bumper. I was really upset about the whole situation and didnt know how the repairs were gonna be.They were amazing!!! Elite Collision Center was amazing from the first phone call to the pickup. This place is fantastic and their customer service is top notch. I had someone run into the front of my car and damage the bumper cover. Nothing major and it was the other persons fault. The other drivers insurance is Liberty Mutual. The Liberty rep told me I could choose a body shop. After reading all of the good reviews for Elite Collision, I decided to use them. I called Elite and scheduled an appointment to drop off my car. They also arranged a rental car through Enterprise. When I arrived at Elite, I was greeted immediately and they quickly got me processed. They called Enterprise and got a driver out to pick me up in about 10 minutes. I dropped my car off on a Tuesday and was told it would probably be Thursday before it was ready. Every day I got a text message telling me how far along my car was. On Wednesday, I was notified that my car would be done that afternoon. I drove my rental car back to Elite and saw my car ready to go. I went in and was again greeted immediately. They took me out and showed me my car and went over the details of the repair. The repair itself was perfect. You can not tell anything ever happened. They also took care of my rental car, so I didnt have to return it to Enterprise. To top it all off, Elite is affiliated with Liberty Mutual, so I never had to spend any money out of pocket. They took care of everything.

The easiest trip to a body shop that I have encountered! Knowledgeable and courteous! Text were sent to my phone during the whole process, no need to call and check for status! Ladies in the office made my trip quick! Thanks Elite for your excellent treatment!

I had a dent in my car and went through my insurance provider to get it fixed. They recommended Elite Auto Collision as they would do all the work in house, fix my car and pick up my rental at the same location. I was a bit hesitant at first because I really wanted to take it back to the dealer but after much thought I decided to take it to Elite Auto. Everyone was great, they gave me an estimate of when my car would be fixed and updated me via phone calls and text every single day. Such a stark contrast with the dealership. Ive gotten my car fixed at the dealership before and have had to call several times just to track down the person assisting with my vehicle to get an update. When I dropped my vehicle off I was there for a total of maybe 45 minutes and that included them looking at my vehicle meeting with my insurance rep and getting my rental. They made it so easy. My car was even fixed a day earlier then we originally thought and it looks amazing. You cant even tell there was ever a dent and there was a huge one. And to top it off they even detailed my car and I had a ton of dog fur in the backseat and they got it all up. It I would definitely recommend Elite Auto and if I ever need to get a car fixed this is definitely where Im taking it.

Elite repaired some extensive damage on my 2011 f-150 after being T-boned, and they far exceeded my expectations of how well the damage could actually be repaired.I thought it was totaled! I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS PLACE! I was very skeptic at first since Im very uneasy with trying new places. I have a Toyota Sienna and I really thought if I took it to a Toyota dealership, they would do repairs with OEM parts, but after speaking with Jordan at Elite Auto (who explained how insurance companies really work), I just decided to stay with Elite. Im a sucker for honesty. She was also extremely helpful in making sure I didnt have issues with the rental company, making sure the insurance company gave me something thats similar to my car. She also gave me helpful info regarding my claim that no other body shop has ever informed me of. I swore I meant to ask the other lady for her name, but both her and Jordan were amazing and extremely professional. They definitely have that teamwork down! Ive never had to wait long for them. The process was extremely easy. They also update you daily on the progress of your vehicle and there were never any big surprises/changes/issues from what they said from Day 1. My car was also ready 2 days early. I would hope I never have to go back, but if I do, Im definitely a return customer! Thank you Elite Auto!

I recently got a new car, my very first new car ever. So of course I had to break it in by running into a construction barrel and scraping up the front bumper pretty good. Elite got it back to looking brand new in no time! I was very happy with the repair, and the customer service was top notch. Excellent communication about the status of my repair and quick turn around. Highly recommend!

The body work was simply outstanding and even drew the attention of my regular mechanic who was also impressed. The outcome was well worth the wait and I was very impressed with Jordan, Erika and Jake and how they handled my repair. I stopped by Elite Auto Collision to see if they repair small chips and dings. Ericka, the General Manager, came out and looked at my car. One chip was bad enough she told me that painting the door would make it look best. She gave me another option though. She told me if I would get a paint pen that she would touch up my chips for no charge. I got the pen and called her and she gave me a time to drop by. It only took about 20 minutes to complete and the car looked great. Ericka was so nice and helpful and now my wifes car is back to being near showroom quality. I highly recommend Elite for their professionalism and integrity.

Fantastic workmanship and service! I came to Elite Auto Collision Lawrencevill to repair a quarter panel and bumper of my car that got damaged by another driver. When I had to choose from the list of Geico Express locations, I was not happy at all. But I chose this Elite location due to many positive reviews despite the fact that it is far from my house and I am very happy that I did. The work that was done was impressive. The manager DANNY was fantastic! He was very thorough, professional and genuinely nice. He explained what needed to happen and went out of his way to make sure I was thoroughly happy with the work. These guys just finished a complete re-make of my Honda S2000 convertible. They fixed every dent, every scratch, and every chip and re-painted the entire car. When they rolled it out for me to see, I was speechless. Its better than showroom quality...it is spectacular!I am impressed with the level of professionalism of this shop. They cared as much about my car as I do. They kept in constant communication with me, and they delivered on their promises. I whole-heartedly recommend them.
