I almost dont want to give a high rating because then theyll never have any available units if I need a storage again. But oh well. No other storage places in Vegas even come close to this one. The owner and everyone who works there are awesome, funny, and understanding. Ive never had a bad experience with them and Ive rented from them several different times. The facility is very clean and well kept their bathroom is nice and Ive never had any security issues.

Very easy if you go online and rent a truck or equipment, the staff are more than helpful and very professional. It made my job so much easier. The truck I ordered was waiting for me at the time I wanted.

Omg this place was great service they are all kind of seriousness at first but they truly help me with all my needs. Jeffrey Y. is compassionate, helpful, and super intelligent. I was exhausted from my moving process, which is part of why I was so blown away by his kindness and attentiveness... He was terrific with my kid, who is a fun little wild thing... Ive been meaning to write this review for literally 2 months, as of today. Thats how memorable Jeffreys service was for me. I have carried this receipt with me across state lines--thousands of miles--just so Id be able to remember his name and this location so I could write about my experience that day.Also, Ive been to this location several times during a move this fall, and everyone was helpful and kind. Jeffrey just happened to go above and beyond, even carried my boxes to my car... Hes a prince!

I didnt even rent my Uhaul at this location. The place where I did rent it was closed so I stop here to ask for help extending my rental. The lady with blue hands was very helpful and got my rental extended. Thank you blue hands lady.

Could have explained to me there will be 20 dollar fee if I returned after hours. I rented the truck at 6pm and hurried as soon as I could and returned at 730pm because I thought the earlier the better...if the personnel explained to me that part at all I could have saved 20 dollars by returning the truck next day and have more hours to use for my move.

Luis was extremely helpful and saved the day when a different U-Haul location messed up our reservation on moving day. Thank you for all of your help!

I have used this facility several times over the past few years either to rent a unit or most recently to rent a truck. The young man at the counter was courteous and professional and did a great job explaining the rental contract, what time they closed, how to return the truck after they closed, etc. Another positive experience at this location.

Everything was pretty smooth. I feel like the office folks had the ability to credit for gas seeing as the tank was topped off. Basically the manager denied the credit for the courtesy. U-haul is not a bad company though I think as a corporation theyre doing well. Ill likely avoid this particular location in the future though.

This was my go to U-Haul until a run in late night with the Owner,I was finished with my rental and as I pulled into the parking lot to drop off the van, the gate was open, so I thought I will try to make their life easy and put it where it belongs Which it is literally the second space on the left right in front of the gate.I was gathering my belongings after parkinging and about to head to my car when this man approaches me and asks what Im doing. He is dressed in casual clothes no name tag.I dont know who he is and why he is asking me. I answer him who are you? He got flustered and says Im asking the questions, and asks me more things about if Im renting the van ect... he does say he is the general manager.. I was dressed in some jeans and a snug fitting sweater clean cut I dont fit any profile of a criminal but I sure felt accused...He tried to take the contract and keys from me and I snatched them quickly from the hood of the van.For a MANAGER he had some pretty poor people skills and perception of character. I will attempt to have a sit down with him and talk out this mishap,Im sure he was trying to keep out bad people but have some common sense.I have a bitter feeling from this event and really wont do business until we have a good conversation.Only reason I gave them 2 stars instead of 1 is because of the girl who works there that likes Harry Potter.Good staff.

Everything was smooth and easy. They were very flexible when we needed to keep changing our pick up time and drop off dates. No hidden fees either. What they say is what you pay. Just ask for details.. and they were honest and helpful. Ps. The only thing is the hand truck and moving blankets cost extra if you use them. They are included (meaning inside the truck) but there is an additional charge if you cut the rip chord and use them. I dont know if it would be a one time charge or a per day charge so ask if you are going to need to use the accessories for a couple days. They were pretty good on the estimate price they told us. We estimated our mileage ahead of time. It’s free to make a reservation and have one held for a certain date because the day I called they didn’t have trucks for available for 1-2 days depending on what he size. My advice... call at least 2-3 days ahead of when you will need and make a reservation for the size truck and add an additional day cuz u may find yourself needing it. If you return it within 24 hrs of initial rental you will be refunded the 2nd day. Yes you pay in advance... We did 3 days for a 2 bdrm 2 ba Condo...1030 sq ft. Just me and my husband moving Our belongings and I can’t lift much. We were glad we added the third day... didn’t have to freakishly rush to beat the clock and totally exhaust ourselves. It still was demanding and we were beat but it was worth the extra time and money. We went shopping and bought new furniture and received an extra 30% off all the furniture for being able to load it and take it away that day because we had the Uhaul!!! We saved more On the furniture than we paid for the extra day of rental fees!! Go Uhaul!! I promise I wasn’t paid or bribed to leave this great review..I dont know about other locations but at least this location at Jones/ Hacienda in Las Vegas was great to rent from...Thanks guys!!!

If you’re going to use U-Haul for anything in Vegas, this is the one to go to. Jeremy is so respectful and helpful as well as the other staff members, customer service is a priority here. Had my possessions here in storage for 8 months and recently transferred them into my garage, and even though I ran a few days past my deadline they did not charge me. Later rented a trailer for two days, unfortunately I needed it for three days and even though I returned it late I wasn’t charged again. It’s nice to have a business’ employees being this helpful and appreciating the business you bring them! I highly recommend this place!

Not much to be improved. The location is fairly tight on space and virtually no parking. That was a bit tricky to navigate at arrival and upon return of the truck, otherwise all was great.

There is serious redundancy with the online mobile check in process, if a Uhaul representative still ignores the approval message sent to the customers phone and proceeds to manually check them in. Two ways to improve: 1. Dont advertise the online mobile check in as a faster alternative, if a Uhaul representative does not want to follow the mobile prompts given to the customer. 2. Ensure all Uhaul representatives are trained on the online mobile check in process.

I use public storage. had a friend rent at this uhaul location and within a couple weeks all belongings were stolen. manager accused my friend of giving someone the key and the female assistant printed out some paper and said that the person on the paper went into the unit and took the items out. the manager never went over with the renter to inspect to see if there was a breakin, the female assistant walked up after the manager argued with my friend and said she would go over to the unit. my friend called the police because its clear that this uhaul location is involved in theft. the unit 8150 was rented out but is being used by uhaul staff or whoever they claim is renting it to burglarize units. my friend is african american so for anyone who is african american especially i would not use this location. while the police were there my friend tried to look around to see if someone got in another way and they found the wall had been taken down between the units. my friend had clothes and boxes with items used for work. thanks uhaul your 24 hour surveilance is used for what ??

Kimberly and her coworker provided us with great service which restores our confident/commitment to continue renting from Uhaul instead of Penske that has a difficult website to use.Just beware not all Uhaul stores have the same quality of service. Previously, we were being charged for the dolly that we did not use and the guy did not inform us until we review the final bill from email. We contested it by showing the photos that we had used our own two dollies

Before going to location you booked uhaul for picking up uhaul day of pickup, call before picking up at that location because 2xs my uhaul I reserved was not available therefore had to go to different location twice to pick up uhaul for my moving. This added mileage on uhaul plus inconvenience of time to go to different storage place to pickup Uhaul. Both times I booked uhaul with Buffallo Storage.

This place restored my faith in Uhaul. Its worth the drive. The GM, Jeff is a super nice guy. Hes always helpful, and never pushy. The other Uhauls could take a lesson from this man. Ill be back! The medium boxes with the handles and their packing tape are the best!

They screwed me over!! I lost everything! Told I could pay on a certain date when I was late, only to call back about making a payment to find all my things had already been auctioned off!!! Not to mention, when it was broken into few years ago Insurance refused to pay me out! I PAID INSURANCE every month!Even with videos of the theft recorded, no one was convicted. They did not want to cooperate with the videos. And would not show me the videos. They had video of the vehicle and license plate entering and leaving the gate, but still didnt really seem to care or to want to cooperate with the detective. Whoever did it had my code to enter the gate, and accessed my things easily. And using a crowe bar popped the garage off the track, didnt tamper with the lock. So they called it a mysterious disappearance!! So its not covered under mysterious disappearance. Even though the police report cleary states robbery! Management didnt even want to help insurance claim!! I lost out on so...much, and many sentimental items which will NEVER BE RECOVERED!!! So many other customers ALSO HAD THEIR UNITS BROKEN INTO AND ROBBED. I know this from the conversation I had with the old manager. I hate this place!! They got me fed up!! THEY ARE ALSO In the business of auctioning, not stroraging!

If I could give 1/10 of a Star I would of. Jeff Dean, the manager, does not walk you around the vehicle to check for damage. I returned a vehicle the day after the rental and the other employee tried to pin a microscopic ding on the front bumper and tried to say it was our responsibility. I had them call the Manager, Jeff Dean, and he stood behind his employee. The good news is I bought the Uhaul insurane, so, no harm no fowl on me. However, I feel sorry for the people renting that didn’t buy the insurenace and didn’t do a walk around on the vehicle.I WILL RENT A PENSKE OR BUDGET TRUCK BEFORE I WILL RENT FROM THESE GUYS AGAIN!

After my Rv was broken into and $2500 worth of stuff gone the staff inform me their were no cameras in the area, and did not want to take time to figure out when it happen over 6 days.. 2 days later another attempt to steal a scooter off my RV , my alarm went off and thieves did not get it. I report to the office and they cant seem to find who did it or want to spend the time doing investigating. Bad place, no security even though they advertise it. I have moved my Rv to a place that has guard dogs running around at night..and for 1/2 the cost. Be very careful if you want to park something in the storage. Whoever got my stuff has an access card, so they can come in anytime and break into Rvs and trailers as no real security exist.

Someone stole things from my unit staff only people who had access truck windows didnt roll up completely wipers were worn all my belongings in back of truck were wet i tried numerous times to contact manager at this site and no one ever returned my calls

Our rv was broken into at this location and the people at the desk wouldnt even look at it. There are no cameras at our location and the personnel dont even know when it happened. They do not walk their storage site or pay any attention to your property that you trust in their care.
