They had my car for more than a month . They kept pushing the estimate to when our car would be done. We were running out of time allotted to be able to use the rental . The rental service suggested we ask them to pay the rental if we had to keep it longer due to their keeping it even longer . They laughed at us when we asked . I had to clarify what time my car would be ready today because I no longer had the rental , turned it in in time without having the car back , and I had to be at work at three . Yesterday they said 2pm. Today , the first time I called this morning so I can know what time to be there , he said “you don’t have to call twice a day to check on your car , I said it would be ready today .” I said I wanted to make sure it’s still at 2. Then he said 3pm ( the time I’m supposed to be at work. Then he says between 2-3, even more vague . So I had to move my shift an hour late , thankfully my boss was understanding . They were approved by state farm . I regret using them .

I was in a wreck in Vegas and I used Fisher Auto body and dealt with Cheney and he was 100% professional very communicating and kept the damages pain-free will 100% recommend them and use them again in the future thank you! 😊

They did a good job fixing my car. They gave perfect estimate of time and finished it in time. The work done was to replace oil pump. They also did a good job in detailing.

I can not say enough great things about this shop and staff! First off, not only were they the fairest price (2 other estimates), they (Austin & Chiny) were HONEST, thorough and articulate when explaining the work I needed done, the process and the products they use. They kept me updated/informed during the process, by sending me txt messages of photos of progression (I did not ask for these updates). All of the work was done when they said it would be done, within about 48 hours. When the work was done, they arranged a ride to pick me up from home and bring me back to the shop to pick up my car, at no extra cost. Needless to stay, my car looked stunning. These people truly know their business!!!! They went above and beyond the call of duty, from start to finish, and exceeded my expectations!

Most amazing guys. Always can fix my car problems and friends and family. Fast. Thorough. Friendly. If only the owner would smile more. Thanks guys for always taking care of my car needs!

I went to this shop for an estimate and I found this place to be disheveled, unorganized and ghetto. Ultimately, I elected to take my business elsewhere.

I had a dent in my drivers door, and it was stopping the door from opening and closing right. Fischers fixed it damn fast, and for a damn good price. This guy knows what hes doing.
