Highly recommend if you drive an Asian import! They did an oil change, rotated tires, replaced some light bulbs and checked for a couple other concerns all in under an hour. The man at the desk was super friendly and helpful. The best part was the cost. It was the least I’ve ever paid for an oil change for a similar year and type of vehicle. We’ll be using them for all of our car needs!

Had a issue with my suv while in Vegas for ice skating competition. These guys fixed it for a reasonable price and did a awesome job of getting me back on the road. Staff was super friendly and helpful and over all great job

Great customer service, Jim answered all of my questions patiently. My cars oil change was completed within an hour. I scheduled my appointment in advance and this shop seems to be quite busy- this is definitely my auto mechanic for my Toyota Camry Hybrid!

Asian Imports was very professional and transparent. I asked for an oil/filter change and to have my tires rotated. They completed the oil change with no issues and called me to suggest I NOT rotate my tires because of the tread wear differential... it made more sense to leave the tires as they were. This was nice of them, and helpful. They could have just done it anyway, charged me, and moved on. I do recommend them.

My alternator failed per AAA. Jim at Asian told me to have the car towed there and he would do a diagnostic test and call me with the results. The alternator, thermostat and needed to be replaced. The car was ready within 24 hours. The car dealer told me it could take 3 days. I was very appreciative of the time frame as there were no available cars to rent. My car is running beautifully!

We had a strange problem that was previously diagnosed, but we didn’t feel confident with their diagnosis. I spoke with Jim and he felt confident they could find and repair the problem. Complete repairs were done and delivered as promised. Great shop, busy so you know the word is out about their quality work.

I took my car for an oil, lube, and filter and 2 drive belts. I dropped my car off at 1030 hrs and told it would take 2 hours. I returned about 1140 and my car was parked where I left it. The Manager said he thought I left and was coming back the end of the day. All that is minor compared to this: went in for a basic oil change and came out with the deluxe. Furthermore I had a list of about 1600 worth of work after I just spent 1600+. I would think before doing the oil change you would be given the option of not doing it since the car needed so much work. I will never go back to Asian Imports. In the past I gave an excellent review. Delete the excellent one.

Very quick and efficient. Competitive pricing. Said they would be done by the end of the day and finished a good solid 2.5hrs before.

Used these guy a couple of times, on two different cars Lexus and Equus. Both fixed were complicated. These guys did it quickly, let me find some cheaper parts, and installed them perfectly. Much less costly than dealership and much more experienced mechanics. Costly, but great value.

Asian Imports did a great job with an unexpected and significant repair. They were easy to work with in scheduling an appointment and explaining their process, quickly examined the car to diagnose the problem, called me with a very detailed itemized estimate, and completed the work within the timeframe they projected (and a few hours earlier). Theres never a good time for a car issue to arise, but Asian Imports made the process as easy as possible with timely, clear communication and helped make an unpleasant situation better by quickly remedying it. I would use again without hesitation if the need ever arose.

It was my first time personally using Asian Imports, and Jim went above and beyond to give great customer service. I recently took my car to the dealer and was told I needed $1600 in work done. I then took my car to AI to have one of those items done [power steeling fluid for $140] and was told I needed another $2300 in work done. This was very frustrating, but unlike at the dealer, Jim offered to show me exactly what the problems were and walked me through why it was important. He literally raised my jeep up so we could walk under and take a look at everything. I have very little knowledge of cars and mechanics, but he patiently gave me clear explanations that were super helpful. Carol, at the front desk, is also the best front desk person I’ve experienced in years!!!

Arrived at 9:30 without an appointment, they told me they would be able to take my car, service engine light was on, they called at 12:30 described the small problem and I was able to get my fixed car at 2pm, I’ve used these guys before, always do great job always explain problem(s) they found, excellent work excellent service

We have a Dodge Grand Caravan and it had a problem starting before we brought it here. They fixed it up by giving it a new fuel pump and check valve and now the car runs like new. I definitely recommend anybody with car problems come to this place.

Finding a trustworthy and reliable auto shop can prove to an unattainable task most often. Asian Imports checks all the boxes one can only wish for in a auto shop. From Carol in the office to the technicians in the back. I never have to worry or question if the work was performed correctly or if Im being sold something that I dont need. Tom makes sure my vehicles stay in top shape. I wouldnt trust my cars with anyone else.

Purchased used Honda CRV. Had multiple complaints, struts, transmission mounts, shaking, shuddering, thumping, body roll, and numerous warranty claims with dealer and Asian Imports performed a diagnostic, explained suspension was replaced and transmission mounts were fine. Made recommendations and absolutely made a huge difference. Jim was very friendly.

Check this out for service. On a recent Friday afternoon (at 4:30), the check engine light came on the dashboard on my Subaru. After determining that oil level was down, I topped that off. However, the check engine light remained on. Great, the weekend is ruined, so I thought as this Subaru is my only vehicle.Upon googling mechanics near me, I called Asian Imports in Summerlin. With a few probing questions, Jim assessed that it would be safe to drive short distances. If I could swing by his shop before close, hed run a diagnostics test.I arrived right at 5:00. Jim ran the test, deleting the light on the dashboard. He assured me from the results of the diagnostics test that the check engine light was nothing major and was likely caused by the low oil level at the moment.Jim did not charge me a dime! And I wasnt even a customer! I was all smiles, of course, and enjoyed my weekend as planned.Having just moved to Las Vegas, I had no idea what mechanic was fair and trustworthy. I found that combination in Asian Imports and have since had an oil change done. Carol at the front desk was friendly, professional, and kept me informed. Ive been taking my Honda Civic to Asian Imports since moving here from the Bay Area in 2006. Theyre pretty reliable and find that the pricing is competitive as well. I havent had any negative experience dealing with them (thank goodness!). Definitely recommending Asian Imports to my family and friends.

Took my car in for it’s very first brake change it had just began to make a light squeak sound , now all of them are making the same sound but worse and now when I drive over the Road reflectors when changing lanes it sounds like all my wheels are about to fall off

I brought a not so gently used Honda passport and took it in to find out what all needed to be done and start the process of getting it in better shape after finding out it need a little more his then expected. I knew the brakes were bad but the rotors were completely GONE!! After paying for other repairs and brakes the rotors were not in my budgets. The amazing women at the front told me she would called the owner and after a few moments he agreed to throw the rotors in for free! Needless to say they will be the only place working on my car. I can not thank them enough.

Jim, my contact, was very helpful and courteous. This is a trust worthy company and one that I will have do all the checkups, etc on my auto.

Update:I stopped using them over a year ago. They seem honest but they became more expensive than the dealership. I took my moms civic there and they were going to charge about $200 more to change out the steering rack. Plus they charged about $40 just to look at it. Thought that it was just for that particular item/service so continued using them for regular maintenance. 6 months later my Accords motor mount needed replacing. Again they were going to charge about $100 more than the dealership. So I found a different mechanic.Old review:Theyre less expensive than the dealerships and provide much better service (Ive used Honda and Toyota dealerships). They dont up sell you things your car doesnt need like cheaper garages do and especially the Toyota Dealership on W. Sahara.I like the fact that they use OEM parts. The place is clean and comfortable. Ive recommended them to people I know and they all had positive experiences.

Very professional, helpful, and reliable.I thought I needed a wheel alignment since my car was pulling to the left. And I went in asking for an oil change, tire rotation, and wheel alignment. They called me once my car was all done and I asked about the wheel alignment, they said that my car did not need one and that the tire rotation had taken care of the issue. So happy that they did not charge me $100 more for a service I did not need. I deeply appreciate that!

Just had my first visit here. Stopped in for an oil change. 10:30am appointment. Car was finished, and ready to go by the time I had a quick lunch. The lady up front is very pleasant, and the price for the oil change was very competitive. Im in the market for a new mechanic, and I will certainly return for some more in depth services.

Always difficult when you have to move from dealer maintenance to an independent mechanic. This place is as good as the reviews say. Truly a mom and pop type shop. Very upfront about pricing and what they are doing. Gave me a complete rundown on my VW as to how she was doing and recommended what needed to be done versus the entire thirty point repair package the dealership wanted to do (at about a grand under what that would have cost).Just get a good feeling about this place and the people. I feel if something is ever wrong theyd be upfront and honest about what needed to be fixed.

Took car in for an oil change, ac recharge and general check up. They recommended doing head gasket and timing belt for $4k. Got a second estimate for $2k and after looking at the car the new mechanic didnt think doing the head gasket was necessary. Asian Imports was obviously trying to make work for themselves and overcharging for it. Will not be back.

I woke up this morning with an oil leak. I stopped by your shop to see if you would look at my car and see when I can schedule the repair to be completed. Even though you were very busy you were able to fix my car and get me back on the road the same day. And I really appreciated you taking me to my appointment while my car was being repaired.

They are thorough, but they will also tell you what repairs can wait, and what should be done immediately. I trust them with all my work, and refer all my friends and family there. I have used this business for 3 years and I have found them to be honest and professional. What I really appreciate is the fact that they tell me what my vehicle needs now and what needs to be done later so that I can budget for the future preventative measures. When comparing prices, I found these folks to be competitive and fair and at the same time providing the quality I am used to. At no time did they try to sell me service that was not needed. I would recommend this establishment to anyone who desires to keep their care running reliably. The key word here is VALUE for your money. You can pay more, but you will not find better.

I have been using Asian Imports for mechanical work and repairs for many years and they have always fixed my cars to my satisfaction and at a fair price. They go beyond what the initial problem is to check out the entire car for other issues and they tell me what need to be fixed now and what can wait. I brought my car in recently for sluggish starting and they diagnosed a battery problem as well as a leaking water pump which were both fixed in the time stated.
