Amazing service. Had previously gone to a different shop and left disappointed since they had made the damage worse than it was so I took my vehicle to this shop and the repair techs were professional and knowledgeable. They went above and beyond and were honest about what could and could not be done. I greatly appreciate the repair tech as well as the front-end service. Was completely satisfied with their work ethic.100% would recommend this location to anyone without hesitation.

Very satisfied with the repair on my vehicle. Jim kept me informed every single day, very friendly staff, receptionist is very nice, my car repair was so good that you could not even tell that it was damaged at all. I would highly recommend this company for many reasons. The prices are very reasonable, they get you in and out very fast, they set up the rental car arrangements for you, they keep you informed on your cars progress and again they are very kind and very nice and friendly.

My Malibu was rear-ended. Brought it to Service King for repairs. The whole team did a great job. They make it a very easy process for the customer. Between me dropping my car off and picking my car up I probably spent maybe 5 minutes in total at the office. They are very helpful with providing information and help with insurance, ur rental vehicle, providing updates, etc.

I was rear ended in a low speed collision. I had to have the rear bumper replaced and the rear hatch repaired to my vehicle. I came to service king as it was recommended by my insurance. They estimated the job to be done in 7 days. It took them 3 days total to get the job done. Thank you for getting it done early.

Couldnt be happier with my repair and the staff was amazing! I really thought it was great when I didnt have to drop off rental before picking up my car. They closed out agreement and took care of return.

$9,600 worth of damage... To my baby... My beautiful baby... I cried, BUT, when it came back from them the rare paint was restored to perfection! The only issue was a small body line issue but they are warrantied to fix it and they never hassle you about correcting minor mistakes.

Service King did a great job on my 2015 Dodge Ram it’s sad but it’s really hard to find a good place where you can get good service and great work when it comes to body shop thank god I decided to come here gabby treated me like family and Jim took care of the rest. Larry was the best! He really took the time to explain what was going on with my car. He called me to give status updates. Once I had a question and called him, had to leave a message. He called me back the same day! You usually dont get this type of service from auto mechanics. They also have a system that will text you the status of your repair.The front office woman was nice and very helpful.I was so pleased with my repair. My car was so banged up after the accident and now it looks and drives like nothing ever happened! Thank goodness for insurance and Service King :)

Update: 9/4 after 4 days of having the car I realized that the tire you replaced you inflated or overinflated and left the rest at 30 psi so my tire pressure is off all around...but the car does drive like new still ...thanks againJim and the whole team at service king did a great job on my car.... thanks you guys

Had My F-150 broken into a week ago. Mark was very helpful ,professional and always had me updated on my status of repair. I normally do not write a reviews on here but when A+ job is a A+ job other people should know. Especially in vegas where shady shops are all over. 100% legit!

So I just gave my car to this location( ploaris) and I recieved the email from my insurance company for the estimate but, nothing from service king. I tried to contact them but no one is picking up the phone I left message for my car handler but no response .

They took such good care of my car, and when I picked it up, it was even better than expected! They detailed my car and deoxidized my headlamps. I hope I never have to go to a body shop again, but if I do, Im coming here!

Had the unfortunate task of having to take my car here after an accident, so im anxious to see how things go, but i was greeted very nicely and professionally, so id say so far so good.

Terrible customer service. They performed the old bait and switch. Gave me an estimate with new side and rear panels for my truck and instead did a terrible bondo job with air bubbles and crap paint job. Do yourself a favor and go to another body shop . Now I have to spend hours wasted to remedy this cluster!
