My car door needed to be fixed after it was hit. Went here and was taken care of immediately. I had a wonderful experience with this business, much more so than I would have expected from a body shop! The staff are personable and friendly, the service is above and beyond my standards, and the atmosphere is friendly and relaxed, despite how busy they get.After getting in a nasty wreck, my insurance gave me the option of several places to send my vehicle for a full repair. I followed the best reviews which led me to choose Las Vegas Collision Center, Inc. I couldnt have made a better selection. My particular situation was unusual due to the unique nature of my car and certain parts on it, along with issues with the manufacturer (FCA). When my insurance rental ran out of days, I thought I was going to despair and be unable to attend important legal and medical appointments, but the shop offered me a courtesy rental until the repairs were complete, all my fears and concerns were alleviated. I was able to continue my daily grind without extreme stress and interference because this shop picked up the slack that a manufacturer should never have dropped. Not many places around that offer that kind of a blessing, and I am thoroughly grateful to have had my car sent here and not somewhere else!A big thank you to Nick, Lulu, and their team of mechanics for staying on top of a huge logistical nightmare of finding the right parts from the right vendors and getting the job well done on time. Another abundance of gratitude for the courtesy rental extension and assistance. Its a hard world out there, and I have been left in the dust many times but not with this business. Ive experienced better care and treatment here at the Las Vegas Collision Center than I have at most resorts, hotels, and spas Ive stayed at. Felix and Nick were very friendly and my repair from my accident barely took any time… if we’re talking hours, it literally took a day or so. They kept me updated with my repairs, started as soon as I dropped off my vehicle. My husband recommended this place and I was hesitant at first cause they’re busy and didn’t get an appointment til a month later, but totally worth it. Do yourself a favor & trust the reviews and come here. It’s better to be taken care of properly than getting rushed with a terrible job somewhere else. There’s a reason why they have a lot of customers here.

My son took our 2011 BMW 328i for body damage on the passenger side from pulling into our garage. The shop had the car for 3 weeks.I spoke with the shop on Monday 8/16/21 after two and a half weeks to find out why it was taking so long. They said they had a Covid outbreak and they only had one painter working. The car would be ready by Thursday 8/19/21.They did not contact us prior to my call to let us know they were having issues and delays.Very unprofessional...We finally picked up the car and found cuts in the leather on the door handle trim. There is also damage to the drivers side mirror that wasnt there when we brought it in.Note: The mirrors automatically retract when the car is parked and turned off. So the damage had to occur when someone from the shop was driving it.

Las Vegas collision is auto body repair shop that I chose to use for my minor body repairs I needed! They where so easy going and helpful when it came to me not wanting to go without my car for a long period of time! They went over the estimated time and then we came up with a solution of ordering parts ahead of time in order to assure my wait time would be less!! As expected and hoped my car was done and fixed like brand new before I knew it! They did a great job on the repairs and Tonny who helped me out with my car even sent me home with a bottle of paint that matches my exact color on my car in case anyone where to ever dink or scratch my car in the future! I would totally recommend this place if you’re looking for a easy and well accommodating place! :)

I took my car to Collision center a few months ago the front bumper needed to be attached properly, Tony told me what they would do and how long it would take. I recieved my car exactly how he said, well the bumper again was detached ( our fault ) on the drivers side I took it back to Tony and he fixed it in 15 minutes at NO charge. I only have good things to say about Tony and The Collision Center

My truck was broken into twice in a 5 day span really messed it up. Called insurance they tell me this place is great have your truck towed there, and they were right. Took a while but understandable they were dealing with 2003 GMC Sierra and had to find a new steering column. Ya good luck with that. They replaced the column and door lock on passenger door ( where they broke into it) works great extremely happy. Plus they washed it. Nice!

Pros: they repaired my 2017 Hyundai Sonata Hybrid and 2018 Honda Civic damage and scratches to like new status. I paid for the Sonata repair out of pocket since my insurance company reimbursed me with the whole amount.Cons: I asked them to file the supplemental claim for my Civic since my initial amount I got from the insurance company wasn’t enough. They didn’t file the supplemental claim even though it was really easy to do and I had to submit all the documents myself. I have a rental car company and needed them to follow through or keep me in the loop and they didn’t do that either causing me to go to Universal Motorcars for a different vehicle (2018 Jeep Wrangler) where they filed the supplemental insurance on time and properly without any issues.Conclusion: I would have rated LV Collision 5 stars if they 1.) would have filed the supplemental insurance online/over the phone like I asked and 2.) didn’t give me a hard time about it since I was just trying to make sure they got paid and then I got reimbursed properly. They lost my business and referrals on future car damages.

I brought my Honda 2021 CR-V into their shop today. Someone backed into my front end and the bumper on one side popped loose . They told me we can fix it in 20 minutes . They fixed it and I waited 20 minutes . He told me no charge . I’m very happy with their performance on my car . Very honest men that work there. Thankyou

Highly recommend using these guys! I am rather new to LV and got into a car accident which required quite a bit of body work. They worked amazingly with my insurance (Geico), was always giving me updates, handled everything in a timely manner, and overall just a great staff. I will continue to use them moving forward.

I was in an accident where I ended up using Las Vegas Collision Center recently (just picked my car up this past Saturday) and they did such beautiful work. You would not know I was hit. They not only repaired the damages, but since they had to repaint it anyhow there was two spots on my trunk from my daughter sitting on it and sliding off (no matter how many times she was told not to sit on my car) they fixed that paint too! These guys even gave me a little canister of the leftover paint if I get a little chip. I got my car back fully detailed inside (and Im a groomer that takes my dogs with me to work and my children are messy too so it was furry at drop off). These guys not only met expectations, but went above and beyond. And Ashley in the office is the sweetest lady and works so hard with the insurance companies (since I was hit it was actually the liability of the other companies and she was an angel). Thank you for the great experience.

I am so happy to be able to leave an amazing review ! I have had some bad encounters with repair shops in town. That was not the case with Las Vegas Collision Center. My car insurance State Farm had a list of repair shops they covered. I researched them all and this place had the best rating and it was for a good reason. Finally a place you can trust to do your repairs, do them well and do them timely. I highly recommend them for any of your auto repair needs! Staff is friendly and helpful as well.

I absolutely love the job Nick dis on my car! Some lady u-turned into me and my poor baby was badly hurt. Nick took good care of her and she looks brand new! Well the damaged side does. I have to work on getting the other half matching now.

So far the best car repair shop I have been in Las Vegas. Strongly recommended!! They seem to have efficient routines in place(got my car done day earlier then promised date). In every step I felt very professionally taken care of. Friendly and very knowledgeable team working there!! Car looked like new after picking it up. They definitely overdelivered car repair job + customer service wise and compared to any other shop in vegas I have been its the best.

Highly recommend using Las Vegas Collision Center on Post Rd. From start to finish this was a professional experience. Lori and Vicki in the front office guided me through the process and answered all of my questions with patience. The waiting area is immaculate. Nick communicated about the damage on every step of the way. The repair was completed slightly faster than I would have expected. It was returned to me in excellent condition inside and out along with a warranty for the repairs. Cant say enough good things about this business.

This place is absolutely the best! Nick, the claims manager, treated me with respect and didnt try to charge me for work I didnt need. I cant thank them enough! They cleaned up the debris underneath my truck, snapped a filter molding back in place and sent me on my way free of charge. Most places here in Vegas would have done unnecessary work and charged my insurance company. Its nice to know there are still honest people in town.

So in my 37 years in Las Vegas I have interacted with numerous body shops (unfortunately). This my friends is THE BEST experience with a body shop I have ever had in my life. 5 plus stars! And more. Overall it was an okay experience...not the best. Front staff was very friendly and provded us with good service...when I went back for pick up, Nick wasnt the friendliest and seem like he just wanted me out of his shop. Car got done right but, customer service could of been better. This happened about 2 weeks ago.

This is hands down the BEST auto shop in Vegas! I originally chose them because of their partnership with Geico. I can tell they take a lot of pride in their work, they paid attention to every detail, and didn’t try to oversell me on things I didn’t need. Just good honest people. Shoutout to Patrick for keeping me up to date and making the process really smooth. Definitely my new go-to shop for repairs!

I originally went here because it was endorsed by my insurance company, and I was just coming to get an estimate on my car damage. But when I got there, I really liked the friendliness of the staff, the cleanliness of the building, and how organized they were. I got an honest estimate and I decided that I wanted to have the work done at this location, rather than bring it home to Pahrump where I live. They set me up with an appointment the coming week, they were helpful with me getting my rental car, and they finish the work on time. The only thing I did not like was that they washed my car when it had a cracked windshield so that cracked it further. And the car wash that they use left a bumpy sparkly texture all over my whole car which Im not digging. But they detailed it beautifully inside and out. And they fixed all the damage for a fair price

I took my three month old 2020 chev to this repair shop because they are State farm perferred vender because there driver caused the accident I got a estimate of 233.00 to repair my truck bumper and hitch just need adjustment after a very bad truck and trailer accident we pull a very heavy 26 trailer everyday so I did not believe a hitch that was bent as bad as it was would only require adjustment spoke to state farm and told them i was pick up truck because they are not trustworthy took pic of hitch and sent to state farm of left side weld that was cracked anyperson could see the cracked weldIf you value your life and property do not use this repair shop if i would have listened to them my four man crew would haven gotten into a accident for sure because hitch would have collapsed from the trailer being pulled

I looked on yelp for auto body repairs and found LV Collision Center. Jack the owner responded with a rough quote within 30 mins of writing. The next day I happened to be in the same area, and just randomly stopped in after noticing the billboard. Nick was able to help me right away. I have had to use Las Vegas Collision twice ( I promise im not a bad driver) and each time the service has been amazing. The work they do is quick and flawless. My car looks like nothing ever happened to it. I also appreciate that they are down the street from a rental car place that will come pick you up. I dont have any before and after pictures ready now, but I will follow up once I do. They even give you a little jar of paint that matches your car just in case you need it for the future. I would highly recommend them to any of my family and friends. Thank you all so very much for helping me and making sure I felt important.

I actually ended up not going with this place because of the lack of attention to details in the inspection process. I had a few estimates done before actually taking it here and I got a feel for what to look for and could obviously tell the difference when someone was thorough and when someone wasnt. This guy wasnt at all. My problem with this is that I depend on my vehicle and an estimate which doesnt reflect the work actually needed would cause costly delays for me. Also, Id rather have a great thorough job done instead of having corners cut... that being said though, the lobby was cool.

It really stinks when your car gets hit but this business will do everything to make the repair as painless as possible. I needed their services twice this past year. The prices are very fair. I managed to keep both repairs off my insurance. The repairs/paint jobs were perfect. They cleaned the inside & outside of the car & left me a bottle of cleaner. My repairs were also done ahead of schedule. Friendly staff!

Top notch staff, super professional and everyone went above and beyond. My truck came back in showroom condition. It took less time than they quoted and they even sent me home with a bottle of factory touch-up paint for my future dings and scratches. I would give them 10 stars if I could. Home run for sure!!

Las Vegas Collision Center is amazing. You get a sense they know what theyre doing from the moment you arrive. They have several buildings all in one lot and you get the sense they have expanded and taken over one after the next. They are taking over because they are amazing!Someone backed into my car in a parking lot and caved in the door pretty bad. I looked on Yelp and found this business and all the positive reviews. I brought my car here and 2 other places and while Las Vegas Collision was the highest slightly by $10, ($800 compared to $780 and $790), they had by far the best establishment and reviews. More importantly, I was able to take advantage if their coupon here on Yelp and get that bill down to $690 and bring to by far the lowest. On top of that, I checked in on Yelp when I got there for drop off and pickup and was given a $25 gas card each time, effectively bringing the bill down to $640!Mike and Patric and the front desk receptionist were all great to deal with. They took me out to my car and circled not only the main issue but all the little dents and chips from over the years. They fixed the caved in door and buffed and touched up all the little stuff. My car feels brand new again.Finally, I had such a positive experience, I dropped off my new car which had some issues when I picked up the car they just repaired. They said they would have it done in about a week and had it done in less than 3 days. Incredible service. Cant recommend highly enough. Wish I could leave 2 reviews, one for each car.

Everyone was great and attentive (Mike was the main contact and he was friendly and helpful). They got finished in a good time and the car was returned to me in excellent condition. Looks like it never had damage. There was one little minor detailing item that needed to be done and they got to that promptly and making arrangements to have it installed was a breeze. I would recommend Las Vegas Collision to anyone that needs work done on their vehicle. My Oscar Mike had a great time in the shop as well he was raving about the great care he had while having his surgery. (Ok, so Oscar Mike is a Jeep Wrangler, LOL)

I had a freak situation this week. A backpack strap was closed in the latch of my Rogue. It locked up the latch and the door wouldn’t open. I called the dealer & they were going to need me to leave my car for a full day. I called the mechanic I use and he suggested a body shop. I called LV Collision Center & they told me to come in the next morning. I showed up, explained my problem, the guy took my car away & less than 10 minutes later he showed up with the strap and wished me a good day - no charge! I will definitely be using them and referring them at every opportunity!

Sadly due to my negligence my car got banged up. After researching 3 Collision places I found this place. STAFF was courteous, proffesional, All around nice people. I filled out a simple form, in about 5 minutes a man went out to access Damage, I had even asked him to take a ride. Great waiting area, cafe, candy , tv. Excellent experience so far-monday my car will go in for repairs. They do all the insurance work for you.

So unfortunately I was rear ended and had to look for a body shop. I checked reviews and decided to use las vegas collision on post. What an awesome choice!! They took care of everything, I had a rental through insurance and as soon as I got there to drop off my vehicle they called the rental car place and had a shuttle there in 10 minutes. They quoted me to be done by Friday and it was finished a day early. The repair looked like there was never an accident. It was as good as new. They also took care of some previous scratches and washed the whole thing inside and out! Great service great job thank you!! If I ever need work done again I know where I am going.
