Unbelievable great people! What they have done for us is amazing. We were traveling through Arizona canyons and a Mule Deer popped out to say HI! Yeah, we werent expecting that and we swerved and he swerved and,,, lets just say it wasnt a grateful dance! He is fine, we checked, but our car was not so lucky. Statefarm and Carstar jumped up and got us taken care of in no time! As we are traveling through Vegas area and 2000 plus miles away from home, we are more than delighted with the over and above care we have received from them! They are the BEST!

Body work is decent. I kept getting the round around for over 2 months. I was given a valet key when I picked up my car, when I turned in my fob key. Although they attempted to fix the issue by sending their locksmith to replace my fob key, I have issues removing the key from ignition switch and the remote hardly functions... it is super cheap quality. The locksmith blames them and they blame the locksmith. I was also given an additional key to unlock doors, that doesn’t match my ignition key. I very unhappy with their service, I would not recommend this place.

Took my husbands car here when he was rear ended, Dave did a beautiful job. They gave me a ride home and picked me up when the car was ready. Dave definetly under promises and over delivers. The car was ready when he said it would be and looked great. So I went back for the bumper on my Highlander and not having insurance involved, he gave me a fair price and now my car looks great.I will only go to Collision Masters in the future and the place is great but Dave is the one I want painting my car. He makes it easy and stress free. Thanks

My front end was damaged more that it appeared. Its like they worked magic that no other shop could do. They even worked with me for my deductable, by making payments. Then my skid guard came off, they took the responsibility. These people are great and honest.

Carstar was awesome! Replaced some parts on my car really quick and prices were really affordable, will be coming back to technician Ricky for sure!

Vehicle took longer than expected and in not 100% satisfied with the work. The insurance company I went through didnt allow then to fix things properly in an attempt to save money. Cant blame the shop for that but it still took a week longer than it should have.

Great people work here and they were super nice when I first brought my car in. The original problem was fixed within a day and it seemed like decent work. My car was super dirty and dusty on the inside which I didn’t mind because they were so quick but then afterwards I realized my bumper looks like it’s barely hanging on so I have my boyfriend take my car all the way across town because they say they’ll take a look at it and they tell me that a retainer clip is broken and that I have to go down to subaru and buy them myself (which is even farther out of the way for me considering I live near the VA hospital) because I must have broken them when I was parking. I back in almost everywhere so I’m not sure when I would have broken them. Otherwise I love the place lol

Dave the owner, definitely delivers!This is the second time I have had to use this body shop.Although my insurance company wanted me to take my vehicle to a place they recommended in their network, I refused. My previous experience with Collison Masters was such a positive, professional one, I was comfortable with trusting them again.Although I bought my vehicle ( 2 years old used), ( it was in great 1 owner condition) it looks better now than when I originally purchased the car.Thank you Collison Masters for taking care of my silver streak!

NOT LIKE THESE OTHER SHOPS WHERE THEY STACK UP THE REPAIRS AND EVEN FIX THINGS THAT WERENEVER WRONG IN THE FIRST PLACE. NO, COLLISION MASTERS MADE IT HAPPEN GARY THE OFFICE MANAGER EVEN SAVED MY DEDUCTABLE! ITS FUNNY, I FELT SO INFORMED AND INVOLVED....IT ALMOST SEEMED LIKE I KNEW THEM FOR YEARS! GO TO COLLISION MASTERS AUTO BODY FIRST FOR ALL YOUR AUTO BODY AND PAINT NEEDS!

The people are nice but the expected time to finish my car was slow and took over two weeks for minor scrapes to my car and a flat tore due to an accident. I like the final work of the vehicle though

Worst customer service/body work ever. I had the worst experience with Collision Masters when trying to resolve an issue that was created by them. Dave is highly rude and disrespectful he stated that because I had gone to a different shop ( two years later for a completely different work on my car ) that I was no longer their customer when my car spent almost a month with them due to their inability to perform the required work on it on the first try. When I very politely asked to speak to Dennis owner/manager I was told by Dave himself that he did not want to speak to. What kind of manager does not want to speak to their customers? Also I had to bring my car back months later for the third time because the paint was chipping! What? To this day I am driving around with their bad quality job and I will be taking this matter to the BBB. Please think twice when putting your valuable property in their hands.

Its been a hell of a ride with Collision Masters! They had my GTI for 4 months and kept giving me the run around until I contacted State Farm which actually made them speed up the process and within 2 weeks my car was ready. When I picked up my vehicle happy as I can be on our way home we noticed the AC was not working and the vehicle smelled like gas - when I spoke with Kyle he mentioned a tow truck will pick up the vehicle the next day which they did and after inspecting the vehicle they realized the technician forgot to connect the gas line which caused the gas leak. After a couple weeks of trying to figure out the AC problem we received a call from Kyle notifying us that the manager decided he will no longer be able to fix the AC because they cant figure out what the issue was and we had to pick up the vehicle. So I contacted State Farm and notified them of the situation we were in after being referred to collision master by them and how collision master took FULL responsibility of the AC issue (AC was working perfectly fine after the accident and somehow it stopped working after picking up the vehicle State Farm advise us not to pick up the vehicle because they are liable and will fix the issue and the inconvenience cause - Apparently the whole time they actually knew what the issue was and did not want to come out of pocket and I quote they had lost all commission on the vehicle. Well finally we receive a call from collision master stating the vehicle was actually ready this time and we can pick it up. Well they gave me a vehicle back BUT forgot to mention my headlights were flickering like crazy, fog lights werent working and the lights inside the vehicle werent working - when I contacted them I spoke with Todd the manager and said he knew the lights were flickering thats why he installed another battery. At the end of the day my vehicle is finally working and all issues were resolved! Thank you collision master for fixing my vehicle after all the frustration.

To fix the car, they told me it took 15 days ... After 45 days they gave me the car. Customer service is bullshit. More never. I do not recommend to anybody
