Asked for an estimate and they told me to just go somewhere else and use my insurance. Shouldnt be that hard to ask how much someone would charge to fix my car.

I have had Jimmy and his team do four of my vehicles over the past few years. They do AMAZING work! I am very particular and a perfectionist when it comes to cars. I cant even tell where they fixed it. It is that perfect. I highly recommend them! Great Work!

I had a great experience with this place! The staff were not only friendly but direct, not in a pushy manner. They take pride in their work and ensure their customers understand the process. What sets them apart from other places is that they put in additional time to do extra (minor) work not noticed in the preliminary inspection of the damaged area.

The dealership sent my car to International to fix the front bumper, i got it back and it looked fixed 3 months later there is a crack on the bumper where they supposedly repaired it. Went to international and they wont repair it because in their opinion the vehicles damage was caused after the repairs, eventhough there is no sign of the car being damage by anything. Horrible place of business does not back their work, such a shame I thought they did quality work there but I guess I was wrong.

These guys did a great job on my F-150. My truck is older and had some body damage so it was not a professional look. They pulled a very large dent and repainted the tail gate and it looks like new. I was expecting them to have the truck for a week but they got it done in 3 days. I would highly recommend this company.

They kept ourcar for 3x times longer than needed to be fixed, they charge for auto insurance for things that they did not replace like our wheels, They said they did it to help us reduce our deductible they put us in a rental car of theirs that was in terrible shape barely ran and had a horrible gas mileage and somebody took our car for a giant joy ride over 500 miles -pieces are missing from our car small but still missing... They will not return our calls now. I feel so taken advantage of and I definitely didn’t get the service at my car definitely needed… I mean 500 miles who does that

I just got my car back from having the front end repaired and repainted. It looks fantastic. The staff was extremely friendly and the ability to see the progress on-line was awesome. I hope I never need that type of service again, but if I do, I will definitely bring back to International Auto Painting and Body.

**Im going to say this is a 1.5 star....the customer service and fraud is pretty bad but my car looks great**My car was hit overnight in a parking lot and my front bumper was damaged. I submitted the claim through insurance on Saturday, March 25. I was told it would probably be about 2-3 weeks to get my car back, pretty standard in my experience. They also said the work would be $1500-2000 when I was thinking of paying out of pocket.They also said they would take care of the deductible ($500) if I dont take a rental car since I have my work delivery van that I could use. At this point, I thought they have pretty good customer service, I didnt really have to deal with the insurance company besides a couple phone calls.Well, fast forward 2 or maybe 3 weeks....thought it was weird I didnt get ONE phone call about the vehicle. I had to call them and Linda said it would be probably another week since they had to get a supplement from the insurance company for more money since the initial quote didnt cover it.At this point its now 3.5-4 weeks later, they called on Monday 4/24 to tell me it would be done Friday. On Friday, they called to tell me it would be done Saturday. On Saturday, they called to tell me it would be done Monday. On Monday, they called to tell me it would be done Tuesday morning to plan for someone to come take me. Tuesday morning, crickets. I didnt get a phone call til 1:30pm, for them asking me for the original insurance check. My insurance never sent me a check. Okay, they had to make more phone calls. Oh, wait, the insurance DID send them a check....now its 2:14pm I can go get the car, I just need to sign off on the rental car reimbursement (this took care of my deductible of $500).Heres the thing, they billed my insurance for the max $900 rental car ($30/day for 30 days). Guess what, they never gave me a car because I have an extra, which is really inconvenient to be driving around a delivery vehicle when you use it for work too.....so basically they billed the insurance company for $400 extra. The final bill was also $3935, wayyyyyyyy over double the cost they told me when I said I was paying out of pocket. Plus the extra $900 they got from the rental reimbursement.Should I care that I believe its fraud? I dont know. I hope I never get car damage again, but I will never return should it ever happen.

I am in LeTip with Jimmy Lee who is the owner of this amazing place. Had the pleasure to come by and check out his body shop as well as the guys in the back. What surprised me the most about the shop is how much it is a family. For a worker to look at their boss with respect the way that these guys look at Mr. Jimmy Lee is beautiful. That alone tells you so much about a business and how it is run. I would recommend Mr. Jimmy Lee and everyone in his shop in a heartbeat.

I had a collision that scraped the entire back passenger door and wheel-well-surround of my 2010 Hyundai. I found Dent Guys on Angies List with VERY high reviews but when I took the car to them, they said it was outside of their scope of service and recommended International Auto Body.I took the car on Wednesday and got a quote for the work. They asked me to return with the car on the following Monday and that the work would take 3-4 days. They gave me an estimate.I returned on Monday, they took the car and told me it would go right into production. They called on Wednesday and said that I could collect the car on Thursday after 11:00 a.m. I returned on Thursday at 1:00 p.m., the car was waiting.An inspection of the work showed that the car was in like-new condition. I would never have known it had been damaged if I wasnt there to see it happen ;). Just beautiful, clean work! I went into the office to pay the bill which was exactly as quoted.It is so hard to find an honest auto repair who does quality work, I was dreading having to deal with this but I would HIGHLY recommend this company to anyone whos baby has been damaged.They did what they said they would do, very well, in a timely fashion and for the cost they quoted!

It was a pleasure dealing with Paul. He repaired my 2016 Mazda 3, it looks great. He also did additional repair work without charging me. He stayed open late so I could pick up my car after work.

Becareful! This place always lie about their job. You will get ripped off here. They won’t do the job what you request. Look at the photo I posted. My front bumper looks like $40 street job when I paid full amount.
