I contact them three times, they are not responsible for contacting, to make an appointment to take your vehicle to take weeks, they claim to have a pristine record of customer service and quality on their work. the Reality is not like that!!

They are way too slow. It took 2 months to get my car back and then they used all my gas driving who knows where and left it on empty with the light on. I had a quarter of a tank and they didnt bother to replace it. All the stuff in my trunk was gone and I had to return to get it all back. The only reason they are getting a two star is because they at least did good work. But I will never use them again.

Excellent customer service. I have spoken with Junior and Meghan and both were really wonderful. Meghan very kindly arranged a car rental for me today using their discounted rate. Hopefully I can write a further excellent review when my car is repaired and collected.

The worst place ever , they took my car in to fix but after 3 weeks they didnt do anything and they charged My inc.$ 1450 for taking extra parts off my car for nothing , so had to take it somewhere else to be fix

My car got hit and I called the dealer where I bought it, they recommended AW and I am glad they did.What an amazing service, always communicating with me letting me know where I’m the process my car was, answered every question I had and if they didn’t know the answer they would put me on hold and get the info or they would call me back with the answer.Super friendly and great attitude always by everyone I talked to.And of course my car looks like new!!!So incredibly happy with the service and the work!

I highly recommend AW Collision Las Vegas . I love this place !!! Megan Hawke is just the absolute best . She reminds me of Tanya from my previous experience . Very pleasant , heart warming , friendly & caring . I was so happy when I received my car looking like brand new inside & out . So grateful of you Megan ❤️

Highly recommend aw collision if you need anything done to your car! They did amazing and have great customer service. Tanya Wendy and tom really helped me out!! Never had anything done to my car before, and many people told me bad experiences theyve had with other body shops but they did amazing and the bumper matches perfect! If you want the job done right this is the place to go!! They were also very friendly to my new puppy that I cant leave home alone just yet haha!

Great place helped me out when my insurance didnt want I take responsibility and they gave it to me clean and wonderful and the best guy there is Vince hes the one who helped me each step of the way and was there the day that I got my car back as well

Be warned, do not bring your vehicle to this shop. This is by far the shadiest business ive had to deal with ever. This is the worst run shop I have had the unfortunate pleasure of encountering. (currently in the process of filing a lawsuit against them)So to start the ball rolling, I was recommended this shop by the Cadillac dealership, which in my opinion established a little credibility (they will be informed on what happened and hopefully do not refer someone to this place ever again). I drop the vehicle off and everything seems to be going smooth, Kimberly emails me weekly with vehicle status reports and so on and so forth.Let us fast forward to day 31 of which my vehicle has been in the shop. My insurance calls to inform me that they have exceeded the recommended time limit for repairs and that they will no longer be covering the cost of the rental car UNLESS AW contacts them with supplemental information (why is the repairs taking so long so on and so forth), they actually do not do this, at which point Kimberly calls, not only me, but also Enterprise and informs them AW collision will be covering the cost of the rental.Now fast forward to exactly 3 months from the date at which I initially dropped off the vehicle. (wow 3 months for minor vehicle repairs thats a red flag) They pretty much keep coming up with some excuses, the parts took weeks to come in (weird since Cadillac is an American car you would think those parts would be coming from ....America).So I pick up the car, turn in the rental, and guess what AW stood me up with a 2000 dollar rental car bill, which they informed me they were going to pay for, and for the last 3 weeks have been playing hooky with me.This concludes the review with the fact I am currently composing a demand letter and filing a lawsuit with the company because I am not the only one they have done this to.

Run from this place it is a black hole for automotive repair. They have had our car for almost 4 MONTHS and blames everyone else. This was only a back right quarter panel, Easy job. They didnt even start on it for over 36 days. We only went there as a referral form the dealer and they have stopped referring them too.

If there was a minus 1 star that is the rating that I would label this shop with.Do not Trust this body shop! They will highball you with pricing that is inflated. They were actually 10 times higher than other body shops offering the sme service/repairs.I declined to allow them to do the work on my car.

I had a new Escalade that somebody wrecked. I was referred to take it to AW. It took two months to fix with a number of excuses why it was taking so long. I was even told one time it was because of the insurance adjuster, I called the adjuster and it was not true. Now after two months I get a call that is done and I can come pick it up. I leave work and drive across town to pick it up and guess what, it was not even done. They missed the A pillar damage, what? So they will me to come the next day. I get a call the next day and they tell me to wait one more day as they wanted it to be perfect for me. So finally I go get it. There are pieces of garbage in the paint so big I can catch a nail on them. I took it home over the weekend so I could inspect it. I put blue tape on each piece of junk, run, HAIR and sag and there was probably 50 to 60 pieces of tape all over the repairs. Monday morning I called them and asked to talk to the manager. He asked me to meet him Tuesday morning at 8 am. I drive there and he is late so the painter comes out to look at it. I proceed to tell him all the tape all over the truck are flaws in the paint, he proceeds to argue with me over it and saying one of the scratches in the paint is from being washed, I never washed it. Finally the manager shows up and barely says a word but they will take care of it. So again two more days to fix it. HAHA, again they did crappy work. All they did was buff the hell out of it so now the new paint work is glass smooth and all the original factory paint work has its usual orange peel in it. When I pointed it out they stand there saying nothing. That kinda told me they are use to being called out on their poor work. I highly DO NOT recommend them. Take your car to Exotic and get a good job done. This place is a disaster.

Staff is a mess. Kimberly speaks badly about the customers when they come in. Vince the adjuster is alwsys to busy to work. Al on the other hand is friendly and helpful. Iran is nice and will assist you when he is there. On the other hand. Dont take your car here. They cut corners and many people have to keep coming back to get their cars fixed. Shawns the owner he acts more like a know it all than a owner. The so called Manager Ozzie is huge joke. Do yourself a favor and dont come here!!!!

Had my Cadillac for over three months getting the quarter panel, then went back and forth with insurance company, that was mostly “Progressive ‘s” fault. Had to be taken back to redo bad painting !
