This is the nearest body repair shop from where I live. I had a large scratch and dent behind the cab of my 2019 Chevrolet Colorado. I brought it in in the morning and explained to them that I need the truck back for work the next day. They agreed and completed their promise. They detailed the vehicle inside and out. The repair looks seamless. I highly recommend Arrow Collision.

Called to schedule a quote on my Toyota Tacoma in August and the manger was great with scheduling me in he had a lot of work but was about to fit me in. Unfortunately I did not end up doing business with them because I found a body shop with a quicker turn around time which I need. I will definitely recommend them

These guys are great. Their caring and intelligent team got two of my cars back non the road and were able to work with my insurance to keep them from totalling out both times. Both vehicles have kept with the tests of time, the work being almost 2 years old at this point. Sent my totaled 2nd gen ram over here and ended up getting the frame straightened. fast service, very responsive customer service, knowledgeable staff and good references to a local diesel shop for parts. I dont plan on totaling any more cars soon but if I do Im definitely coming back here.

Went to get an estimate. My front bumper was hit & a bit out of alignment. Went outside with the lovely estimate gal &b a big blond guy came over & snapped it back in place. No charge!!! Awesome!!!

They do impeccable work. The team is smart, informative, and nice. Ive been to shops where the staff are too busy to really walk you through what needs to be done but Arrow is the exact opposite. Better than any other shop I have been to. They are definitely the kind of team that takes pride in their work. They use top quality parts. Let me start by saying that I wish I could give Arrow Collision more than 5 stars. They went above and beyond to get my car fixed after it had been in a wreck. Eric and Ericka are both good honest people that work with you to make sure your vehicle will get fixed without it costing you an arm and a leg. I cant recommend this place enough. If you are looking for an affordable body shop where the job will be done right the first then look no further this is the place for you!!!

My drivers side door would not open (for no apparent reason). I ended up breaking it even more by trying to fix it myself. I took it to these folks and they fixed it up like new and did what they could to save me some money. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!

Excellent Shop! Scratched the Wifemobile and was in trouble for it. They were very friendly, prices were very reasonable, work was on time, and they did everything, including cleaning up door dings and polishing the headlights. Cant say enough good things about them!

Awesome place, had my work done here due to a side swipe from a careless driver. A couple months later had an issue with my hood, I drop by and told erika what the issue was and with owner blessing took care of the problem right away, no charge. Im grateful for that.
