Quoted $950 for bumper + fender replacement & painting, incl.parts and labor. Paid $300 up front for parts to be orderedin advance to reduce time in shop, labor estimate was 2-3 hrs.Dropped vehicle after parts arrived 9am Tues. Called to followup 4pm Weds, told being worked on now. Called again 2pm Sat,no answer. Walked over, as website says Sat close is 3pm andnot open Sun. Contact man says, all work done but paint; paintorder just filled, needs to be applied, swears work will bedone by 2:30pm Monday (6+ days in shop for 2-3 hrs laborestimate). I said, No, I will pay the full amount, but Iwant to end our relationship immediately and leave with myvehicle. Paid another $550 (given $100 discount vs. estimate).Theres a surcharge if you dont pay in cash, btw, which issketchy. Waited 25m alone, then someone walked by andwordlessly dropped my key next to me on the desk I was at;didnt even say where to find vehicle outside. Left; lookedat new fender and bumper on way out; new parts installed asclaimed but clearly not aligned properly (obvious overbite).Drove immediately to dealership for assessment; they saidwork clearly was not done properly, recommended getting itfixed before painting. Will not return to this place, wouldnot recommend. Business is unable to manage scheduling orexecute work orders properly. Photo shows fender/bumpermisalignment in what they claimed was all done but thepainting condition.

When I first heard of this place I really liked the estimate they gave me. However, the next day when I had an appointment for them to fix my car NOBODY answered the phone! My appointment was at 8:00am, and I have been waiting outside of their office for almost an hour! I don’t understand what was the problem! Nobody was at work even though they are suppose to be open by 8am. Very rude keeping their customers waiting. I recommend a different auto shop if you are not patient enough to deal with the employees here. Please do better.

This place absolutely sucks reminds me of breaking bad the guy Sal at the front desk is a money hungry shady shuck that doesnt care about his customers until the police walk in to set things straight. I sat there for 7 hours to get a simple job done and not once did they accommodate me for the time spent there for there incompetent services. Ill never go back

*Do not go to this shop. Very untrustworthy.* Brought my truck in twice within a span of 3 weeks and they could not find anybody to work on the wheel bearings. I even ordered the part the second time around since they could not get it the first time. Really not happy with the way my vehicle was treated. The truck accumulated dust in the interior since it was left outside for possibly 2 days with the windows down. Left the truck there with full tank and it was already at half by the time i left the shop. I was feeling optimistic for small businesses such as these as i do know that honest work sometimes can be found in places as such. Thats just not the case for this particular shop.

My car had been here for 3 months they keep sayin paint parts etc everyday I call it’s an issue do not bring your car here I’m force to take legal action !!!

This place is a joke they had my car for over a month and didnt Accomplish nothing this body shop is very unorganized The old receptionist didn’t know what she was doing very forgetfully she told me that they will waive my deductible and it says clear as day on there sign (WE WILL PAY YOUR DEDUCTIBLE) she told me I didn’t have to worry about it that they would do a supplement and I’m still wondering what did they put on the supplement because My passenger window still have a crack my ABS, Tire pressure, Traction light is on and it says Service tire monitor my airbag panels are broken my Radio system is locked and I only have four lug nuts when I had five so one is missing and nothing was wrong with the inside of my vehicle when I seen all of this I went back inside to get the new Receptionist to ask her why are these lights on and why is my panels broken and why do I only have four lug nuts she said its not on the Supplement report and the guys said it was like that when your car came im like why is my air bages panels broken and those lights was not on and my Radio system was not locked I had Five lugs nuts But only four of them are on I just don’t understand how did they let me leave with my car Being a Safety hazard do not take your car to these People they are horrible and not honest They will tell you anything to get your car I just don’t understand how they called and told me that my vehicle was ready when my ABS light is on my Radio system is Locked with only 4 lug nuts and my Airbag panels are broken do not and I repeat do not take your car to these you will ended up leaving Disappointed and suck on how to fix more problems they created that wasn’t there till you took your vehicle to these Tashay people and they will cash a check that’s not in their name my insurance company sent them a check September 17 and they told me that I couldn’t get my car because they haven’t received the payment because they have to send the payment to my finance company guess what my finance company have not received the check due to them cashing the check that’s in my name and in my finance company name the cashed it the same day that they received the check these people are fraud stay far or else your going to leave With a big headache🤦🏽‍♀️🙅🏽‍♀️

Cheap quick repair on my sons truck door of his SUV. He backed into a pole and the door was jammed and would not open and the car would not react to locking. They fixed it in 2hrs. Great service. Thx

Had my car painted, a bunch of braces installed and a hard top installed. They worked with me every step of the way and when we encountered some issues with the hard top they were very receptive. I would use them again and highly recommend them.

If you want to get conned and scammed I would recommended this place!! They completely scammed me and my boyfriend out of $500 they did NOTHING for us and they had no clue what they were doing! My boyfriends car had been randomly dying that’s it nothing else. So on a Sunday we got stuck in the middle of the road we call the nearest tow truck and he says he happens to be a mechanic place as well, my boyfriend says sure I would never approve of this place as I had a bad feeling in my gut the moment the man started looking at the car. We take the car there the man says the car will be cheaper the next day Monday so we say okay they tell us our car is ready to be picked up Monday night so we pick it up. 15 minutes on the way home his car starts jerking badly & he notices his windshield wipers aren’t working then we stop at a 7/11 & the car DOESNT TURN BACK ON. After paying them to fix this incident!! I call them the next day and ask them to get it towed and fixed the man says I have a warranty too “supposedly”. I go to pick up my boyfriends car that Tuesday night just to talk to the UNPROFESSIONAL “manager” & have her tell me that there wasn’t a mechanic all day. Apparently no one could save me the 30 minute drive and gas to call me. She claims she’s sorry and that it was a lack of communication and that she’ll contact me first in the morning. Next morning I had to contact her first she then tries to tell me that everything is my cars fault and they did everything right and that the only thing I need is a new battery & that everything else they did was right. I again have to contact them that Wednesday to find out that they didn’t have a cord and would have to get it the next day. Would have been another lack of communication if I didn’t contact them!! FINALLY Thursday they say it’s done. We get there we turn the car on & it’s making a LOUD noise some random girl they sent out says oh he forgot to put some oil in he’s coming they had it for four days & they couldn’t remember to put oil in it? I was dealing with complete unprofessional idiots. I then ask about the windshield wipers & he says they didn’t know how to turn them off so they disconnected them and that was that. AGAIN TALK ABOUT UNPROFESSIONAL. After the oil is in we drive it to o’riellys get the battery like they say & we drive home & it’s still jerking a bit not as bad & again it dies on the way home. Moral of the story these people are scammers and they don’t even know what they’re doing. The owner is the only person who was decent the rest were idiots especially the “manager” I’m 20 & I have been a manager before & I know that that lady has NO manager material! Skip this place they won’t last long anyways!!

If I could give this place a 10 I would. Juan the owner came in the clutch at 9pm on april 18, 2018 when my car wouldnt start. I was stuck with groceries in the car and wasnt looking good for me. He came by when all his technicians were all busy. He was in his personal car and even had his kids with him! He wasnt on the clock but still managed to show up with in minutes of me contacting him. I would assume he was spending family time and even in the middle of that he was willing to help me out. He got my car started and informed me it was my battery. I thanked him and he was on his way. Jaun you have restored my faith in humanity. Knowing theres still good ppl out there willing to help others in need is awesome, Kudos to you and your shop.

They dont even deserve a star Juan is a liar and horrible business man they had my car for a month after he said at first only a week the paint job was horrible took it back to get buffed still didnt fix it white stuff all over my car bondo cracked after a month paint didnt match original from door jams it took me a year exactly to get him to repaint my car after going over there several times he was always gone or on the phone it seems like he was avoiding me he finally repainted my car well Enrique did and did a good job but dont dare to take it back to get buffed who knows how long that would take also highest turn over in staff i have ever seen and the poor receptionists gets stuck with all the un happy customers would not recommend this place ever im sure theres a reason for the name change im only sorry i didnt read the reviews first
