After locking our only vehicle into the property that provides income for four families, they stated we had a past due balance on one (of our three accounts). We were locked out on Friday and couldn’t reach anyone to get our vehicle out.During our correspondence Sunday, two days later, we were told in a very snarky, unprofessional manner that they do not send out “invoices”. Yet on May 3rd this month, I received a “statement” of what I owe. Then May 4th I received a receipt of what was paid with a zero balance.We have terminated our three spots and will easily find a more professional staff to deal with along with a place we don’t have to drag our units through mud every time we come in and out.

Update : Apparently there was some miscommunication by the previous manager and they have worked out any issues that she has passed on. We were able to renew our lease as of today and it seems resolved.This site does need better parking in the rear for larger vehicles from the existing parking but I was told they are working towards that and even considered covered parking if the permits can get completed.Original Review:We have been at this place for over two years now and have had a great experience thus far. The Manager has been a great pleasure to deal with and we have been treated well throughout our stay. I drive the aforementioned car hauler(s) in one of the other 1 star reviews. We pay for four sections which also has a storage closet for our supplies. We have been late due to an expired card on one occasion.Today we receive a letter stating that management has chosen to not renew our lease and we have 20 days to remove our items from the property. For me, it seems very unprofessional to terminate our lease given that we havent had any issues whatsoever...If we needed to be other arrangements made or something needed to be moved, they could have simply suggested it and we would have arranged that.We spend over $3,000 annually to park two trucks and trailers here but now, during our busy time, we will need to pause our business and search another parking provider who will allow us to park on their property overnight.

The s/o and I went and done a tour today and was very impressed. Well kept up units and I love how theres cameras every where including the elevators. Staff Jimmy Burke was very professional and was very knowledgeable on answering all of our questions. I highly recommend this storage company.

I called this place to store my boat. I should’ve known that there was a reason they were one of the only places in town that had availability for a boat or RV storage. There are no assigned spaces and a car hauler who takes up multiple parking spaces throughout the entire facility and a row of spaces in the back for boat N RV parking that is in the mud. They offered me a deal for a discounted rate if I paid four months in advance. After only one week of parking there they called and asked me to leave work to come and move my boat so someone else could have parking and then was blocked in when I went to get it on a Saturday. This place is a joke and makes no accommodations for people who paid their fees just like everyone else. I paid 4 months in advance and parked there for two weeks and got zero money back. Pay the extra money and go somewhere else.
