My first time at this Food City location. Parking lot was clean, the exterior of the store looked nice. The inside was clean and orderly. It was easy to find the items I needed. The produce was beautiful, I bought a package of sliced watermelon and it was as yummy as it looked. I used the self-checkout and it was smooth and efficient. I will definitely be back to this Food City.

Food City is great for a dozen roses! $9.99 plus tax, except at holidays. Great pick me up for those you know have had a hard day!

I like going to store there.The workers was nice and help me out. I have one complain in the deli. I asked for 6 slices of cornbeef cut on number 2. I dont like thin. Boy was it thing, my husband said you can read the newspaper thru it.

I love Shopping at Food City..It is very convenient for me because my bank is located in the store.Also I use the pharmacy in Food City.

There ok. As far as the maynardville foodcity there gross like Eewww ! Rotten strawberrys , dried up chicken ! And a 3month old drinks! Ya wow!

The ladies that work the register and was bagging my order was so nice to me and my daughter. Its about time they got some polite workers in there.

I was very pleasantly surprised that this location had Loma Linda vegetarian hot dogs and various other products from them. They are a go to brand for the best meat alternatives. Ill be a regular customer of this location since this discovery.

I like shopping for groceries there! Very hood gud atmosphere, workers are very oriented with a southern welcoming mat for any one!

The employees seem happy. Selection is lacking in areas.

It is a decent grocery store with the food fundamentals that you may need.

They still had mask and were giving great deals on essentials.

Prices here are good and the location though is littered with loud music and drug deals in the parking lot. Seems to be a local meet up spot.

Quick save by management! An employee did not want the hassle of getting a book of stamps for me even thought I had called 15 minutes earlier to confirm they were still available. I sent my son to buy them and that woman on the phone said he was too late. Even though customer service was still open for 15 min. My son called then I called the store back for an explanation. The same employee said that the managers were to busy to help him!!!!! I got a manager on the line and she said that no one even told her what was happening. 5 min. Later my son had the stamps! Better communication is needed. Thanks management

Nice place to shop or the prices are reasonable and the cashiers are good and they got a dining area in case you want to eat good environment good vibe and friendly every time I go there bus go there too its real nice and comfortable inside got a pharmacy enjoy shopping and a butcher shop

Smells horrible...have to use this store bc of location .NEVER HAS FRESH CHICKEN OR BEEF . And the produce wilted most of time. When you check out better prepare to bag your own groceries or be prepared to wait 45 on someone else to bag them...(every single time)

Everything was fine until I went to pay for my stuff the bagger put cans in with my fruit and on my bread and put my milk my lemonade and my frozen dinners together in one bag so I think you need to retrain your bagger she was not very appropriate

Every time I shop at this Food City, I always have a good experience. Low prices and friendly service that cant be beat. Gives you that down home feel of the good old days.

Food city is all right, with this pandemic Ive never not found what I needed until today, but when I go back the next day it will be there. Everyone there is doing the stay safe and wearing there mask and making sure the carts are clean, plus if you dont have on a mask they will give you one. Thanks Food City for all you do. 😊

Best part about foodcity is them labeling what items are approved for WIC.

It is a good store my favorite is Ive never seen the store dirty you have great deals there. employees are so nice (most you have very few crab apples) over all its wonderful.

Nice collection, albeit a bit costly. Also I feel like it lacks the options in terms of fresh vegetables, at least couple of outlets I visited. Wont recommend if you have other options available. However the foods and produces were very fresh and good in quality.

At least if this food City we can find what were looking for.

The worst food city Ive ever been to and unfortunately its only 3 miles from me and sometimes I have to go there. I buy food city yogurts every week probably 28 cups and they run out because they refuse to order more than 10. Even though I buy them all.. they also refused to take back cat food for me but I went to Clinton hwy and he did and was super nice about it!! Love the Clinton hwy fc !!!

Dont try & go to this store close to closing time, everyone including the on duty police officer proceeded to tell me exactly how much time I had left to shop! 4-5 different people to be exact! What ever happened to customer service & when I worked there yeah we closed at midnight but I never chased down customers coming in to tell them they had to leave by closing time! I wouldve been fired!

Once again WAITING AND WAITING AND WAITING at customer service for someone - ANYONE- to show up and do western union. Everyday its hella wait.

Its ok. It smells like fish everywhere. But if you need a quick stop for brand name stuff, perhaps tailgating, its great. Take note of the make your own 6 pack. I have no idea why but they stock local brews and an excellent variety.

Everyone there are great. Manager Ferbie is great. I live close to this food city and wouldnt go anywhere else.

First off I want to say that I actually work at a food city but Everytime I go in this one the associates are very rude. I went there last night to get drinks and one of them followed me and harassed me and started swearing because it was getting close to closing time. A time before that I went in an hour before closing time to buy drinks for my family and none of the u-scans was open and none of the other registers was open. There wasnt even anyone out there so I had to put my drinks back and leave. Every single time I go in there they used to make me wait to use someone elses food city card before I could pay for my groceries and I would tell them I dont want to use anyone elses. They made me wait 5 mins one time just because no one with a card was around and the night time manager is super rude, she always has an attitude for no reason. Im honestly never going here again.(If I could give zero stars I would)
